Great holiday experience

We stayed 10 days and had a great time at this lovely house. The hosts are very friendly and gave us the tour upon arrival as well as a bunch of tips on where to go for sightseeing and food. The house is a fantastic, typical tuscan style with a large garden including the pool to cool off in. Everything is clean and in working order. We had nothing to complain about during our stay. One should know that the house is not in walking distance to many things, so a car is a must in our opinion! All in all, highly recommended if you're into a more non-touristy type of vacation.

Tolles Haus mit Garten

Das Haus und der Aussenbereich sind wundervoll. Ohne Auto, ist man jedoch hier aufgeschmissen. Der Strand ist sehr weit entfernt so wie auch die Stadt. Die Stadt und der Strand sind au h sehr teuer, an gewissen Stränden zahlt man 60.-€ für 2 Liegestühle, 1 Liege und 1 Schirm. Kann aber au sehr gut die zeit im Haus und Garten mit em Pool geniessen.

Vermutet nehmen sich keine Zeit für Check-in und Check-out

Vermieter ist nicht zum vereinbarten Check-out erschienen. Die Kaution wurde auch 2 Wochen nach Urlaubsende nicht erstattet. Der gute Gesamteindruck dieses Urlaubsdomizils wurde hierdurch erheblich getrübt.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Whirlpool

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und sehr schön. Alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlage. Besonders gefielen uns die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten: Im Haus gibt es in der großen Küche einen Tisch und dann noch einen großen Esstisch im Nebenzimmer. Im Garten gibt es einen Tisch, wo wir jeden Morgen frühstückten und dann noch viele Liegestühle und zwei sehr große Sonnenschirme. Besonderes Highlight war der Whirlpool im Garten. Mit dem Auto war man in 10 Minuten am Strand, morgens zum Bäcker konnte man zu Fuß gehen. Die Unterkunft gefiel uns sehr gut! Die Vermieter empfingen uns sehr freundlich und haben dafür gesorgt, dass der Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft nicht leer war. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem zentral

Lorenza und Alberto sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Eigentümer. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß kann man sich in einem Mini-Markt versorgen und in nur 10 Minuten waren wir am Strand. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen!

We had realy nice time in Casa Pozzi.

Alberto and Lorenza were very hospitable. The house was ancient but fully renovated. There were AC in every bedroom and big TV in the living room wich were highly important because of championatship. The kitchen were well equipment. There were even some food in the frige to begin with. It was perfect to have our breakfast under the olive trees. We would recomend to all to spend time here. The highest level was in everything. And everything were prepared in smollest details. If we have a chance - we will be here again for sure. Irina & Alexander

il week perfetto

Abbiamo passato un meraviglioso fine settimana presso questa splendida casa veramente di charme. Grazie al bel tempo (sembrava di essere in estate) siamo anche andati in spiaggia a prendere il sole. I proprietari ci hanno inoltre consigliato 2 ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze dove abbiamo cenato con 35 € a testa. Esperienza da ripetere e consigliare assolutamente.

A peaceful oasis near Forte dei Marmi

A classy house with a quiet garden behind a high stone wall: it's a pleasure to go home after a day spent visiting the beautiful surroundings (Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Viareggio, Lucca, etc.). The house is fully equipped, has 4 comfortable bedrooms and a lovely garden with olive trees where it's nice to have breakfast. The building is well built and gives a feeling of tradition miles away from the contemporary houses. Pietrasanta with its restaurants and art galleries is just 4 kilometers away, Forte dei Marmi with its beaches and fashion shops is less than 5 kilometers: both places can be reached cycling. We spent a long and happy weekend: hope to be back in the near future.

"Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni con amici. Villa bellissima e dotata di tutti gli accessori in un contesto mare/monti unico. Proprietari gentilissimi. Molto apprezzato il grande TV plasma con SKY. Unico neo uno scavo nel giardino che ci hanno detto essere stato fatto per una prossima minipiscina ma visto il periodo invernale non ci ha dato fastidio. Torneremo sicuramente"

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Our 1700th's house has been completely renovated in 2000 with high quality finishes .
The house is located in Pozzi village only 4 km far from Forte dei Marmi's sand beaches and 4 km far from the wonderful Apuan Alps with some peaks 2000mt high.
The house's 200 sm on 2 levels; the floors are made by typical Tuscany clay tiles and the ceilings are all with exposed wood beams.
It's surrounded by 600 sm garden with some olive and cypress trees creating a magical atmosphere as you can find in all of Tuscany.
On the ground floor the always cool cozy lounge 40 sm with a rich wooden library and a 42 inches TV plasma invites you to relax in the hottest or rainy days.
The dining room allows 8 people having dinner.
A large equipped kitchen with wide fireplace completes the ground floor.
You can also have dinner outside under the olive trees.
On the upper floor there are 2 double bed rooms with private bath each and 1 twin bed room with private bath.
All the rooms are air conditioning and mosquito nets equipped.
Outside in front of dining room there is a relaxing area with some chairs and a big umbrella equipped.
Behind the kitchen there is a private courtyard that looks the road through a old wrought iron gate.
Into the garden you can easily park 2 cars.
Within a short drive you can find a lots of historical sights: Pietrasanta (2 km), Lucca (30 km), Pisa (35 km), Volterra (50 km), San Gimininiano (80 km), Florence (90 km).
