We made sure to include all that you would need including a full kitchen, spacious tiled baths with tiled showers. We also included a washer and dryer stack unit for laundry inside your unit.

Our family owns and operates commercial and residential property in the area of Jefferson City. We love to travel and bring back design ideas from all the places we go. We love europe and the simplicity of layout and design of living there. We have extended those ideas in this property.

Many years ago this second story space in this building was my office space for our family business. We later moved to another location and this space remained vacant for many years. One day we just knew we could make this space special for residential stays and that's exactly what we did. We split the space into two apartments and gave them a great finish.
With frontage right on Hwy 11e our location is easy to find and easy to get to the major areas of commerce from the Sevierville areas to our local industrial cities like Morristown or Jefferson City.
Our main advantage is style and space. We have made these unit a joy to stay in and a place of relaxation. We hope you can stay with us.
We enjoyed our stay in Apartment B. The place is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, well maintained, and nicely furnished. The size and quality made us were happy to have guests join us there for a graduation party. The owner is responsive and helpful. The microwave started malfunctioning and he replaced it immediately. Sometimes you can hear the people in the next apartment if it's occupied, but there are two sound machines provided to mask that down. One thermostat controls both apartments via the Nest app, so occasionally we had to open or close some of the vents to balance the temperature. It worked out okay. If we're ever back in Jefferson City, we hope this apartment will be available!
Loved this rental unit. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. The owner was super nice and very helpful. Very private. Short ride to Walmart and several restaurants. Not a bad drive over to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Had WiFi connection. Nice kitchenette and dining area. The only complaint was no ESPN to watch the football game I was looking forward to. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice affordable place to stay when you are in the area!
We were visiting the area for Carson Newman's Homecoming. We were very pleased with the beautiful upstairs apartment! It was a nice comfortable place to come back to and relax. It slept 3 adults and 1 child comfortably. Conveniently close to Carson Newman and Knoxville.
We had a wedding nearby and needed a nice place to stay. The owner is very attentive to needs and the actual condo/unit is immaculate. This is probably the nicest overnight rental in all of Jefferson county in a great central location. We are very impressed and would urge you to give it a try if you need a great place to stay. Worth every penny.
For months I searched for a place to stay while I taught for a semester at Carson-Newman University, but I found literally nothing. I only needed housing for five months, but the shortest lease most apartment complexes would issue was seven months long. Thankfully, just before I had reconciled myself to hotel living, I happened upon a posting for this unit. It's a godsend! It's much more than I expected to find in the area—comfortably furnished, televisions, washer and dryer in unit, full kitchen—and worth every penny!

When you stay will us you are just 25 miles straight in to downtown Knoxville TN as an easy commute or only 15 miles away from Morristown Tennessee. If you enjoy shopping and the mountains, Sevierville and Pigeon Forge are only 35 minutes away!
