"Porch Time" es un condominio recientemente renovado de 1. 5 habitaciones ubicado en Gulf Place Cabana's a lo largo de la Costa Esmeralda. ¡La hermosa decoración nueva ofrece colores serenos de pintura, muebles nuevos, colchones, Smart TV, WiFi gratis y mucho más!

Ubicado en el 4to piso, "Porch Time" tiene un espacio abierto de sala y comedor con capacidad para 6 personas. Asientos adicionales en la sala de estar con Smart TV, una cocina totalmente equipada y puertas corredizas de vidrio hacia los mejores asientos de la casa. Llamada acertadamente Porch Time, seguramente pasará las mañanas y las tardes viendo salir el sol y ponerse sobre el hermoso Golfo de México.

Al final del pasillo, le espera una suite principal con cama extragrande, TV de pantalla plana y una combinación de baño y ducha privados. ¡Una habitación litera incorporada ofrece 2 lugares más para que las personas descansen y un medio baño completa este espacio que ofrece el espacio adicional de tocador para que 4 se queden cómodamente!

My husband and I enjoyed this condo so much! The view from the back balcony was beautiful, and proximity to the beach/restaurants was perfect. The master bed was very comfortable, and condo was very clean. We LOVED the included bikes, and were able to bike to breakfast one morning. We can't wait to come back here again!

Place was nice. Providing bikes was awesome, used them every day. Would recommend providing complete spice rack as well as beach towels. We left two beach towels in the quilt cabinet.

Very clean and spacious condo! Directly across the street from beach access, so very easy walk to beach with young children! Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking. Wonderful pool with umbrellas and chairs! Great location! Will stay again for sure!

Fantastic location and beautiful place

We absolutely loved our stay at Porch Time Condos! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach and perfectly situated near great restaurants, fun bars, and plenty of shopping. The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with a cozy, welcoming vibe that made it feel like home. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch—it’s the perfect spot to sip coffee in the morning or wind down after a day at the beach. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Porch Time to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Great view and perfect location!

We loved our stay. Sure it was small, but we weren't in the condo very much. There's too much to do to stay indoors. It was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great Convenience

Property was all as stated! Very convenient to beach, restaurants and shops! Bikes we perfect for a morning ride to get coffee/protein shake in Blue Mountain area.

Perfect condo for a family of 4

We loved our time at this property. It was beautifully decorated, and the space was used well. We had a couple of incidents where we needed maintenance (wasp nests out on the balcony) and they were very responsive and came quickly. Also, you won't find a better location! I hope to be back sooner than later!

Excellent Property and Location

With having several trips on the agenda for the year, this condo fit nicely into our budget. It’s proximity and private access to the beach was perfect. I might also add that we enjoyed seeing the ocean from our balcony as well. The condo was very clean and met my overall standards of cleanliness. This short trip has made us 30A lovers!

Perfect for 2

This condo is adorably decorated & perfect for 2. Not very large but the view is amazing. Bed is comfy. Check in & out was very clear. Elevator on property was nice. Parking was easy and you aren't far from shops restaurant or beach access! All in all I would stay here again!

Great communication with host! We have stayed many times at Gulf Place and it’s always a great location! This Unit ok. Cute beach decor but needs a lot of updating. The carpet was torn and dirty leading into the bedroom. The kitchen needs work. Surprising my, the bed was very comfortable though! Was surprised that the beach chair vendors take the front row everyday blocking any one else who wants to set up. Seems unfair that they are allowed to do that. Gulf Place is a staple for Santa Rosa, like I said, Great location!

Wonderful views and restful stay

The property was clean and master bed comfortable. The bathroom was okay but could use a grab bar on the wall just outside the tub as we had some difficulty getting in and out of that tub. We asked about a Kurig but that was not answered or we could have brought our Kcups from home. The unit was quiet even for the first week which was Spring Break and Easter weekend.

Porch Time

The view from Porch Time is as advertised and the best view of the Gulf in our many stays at Gulf Place. A tight fit for more than just a couple so if have kids might check out a two bedroom condo at Gulf Place. Close to several of our favorite spots right of 30A including Shunk Gulley, The Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea and Pecan Jack's. Love the proximity to the beach (a 5 minute or less walk). Sandpiper Property Management was responsive to our only maintenance need (Cable TV / wifi issue) and helpful with our request to extend our stay one more night (with a discound i might add)

We loved the location and view of this Condo! Nice to be able to walk or ride the bikes everywhere

The property was fully furnished with all necessities . The property is just the correct size for two adults . View from balcony was fantastic . The Condo was very clean and comfortable . The sliding glass door and screen doors were worn out and we had difficulty opening and closing the door . We called maintenance and they were quick to come out. Very nice. Basically the doors need new rollers or just new doors. Other than that everything was great. Property managers were very nice and accommodating ! Would definitely consider renting this property again.

This condo has a wonderful view. Location to bike trails is perfect. N

The condo has a noticeable odor upon entering the room. It smells as though a cat or wet dog had lived there. The couch is dirty and has some kind of per hair on it. Needs replacing. The master bedroom has dust balls hanging from the ceiling. The place needs a good deep cleaning the tub/shower drain is very slow draining and we stood in water as we showered. We stayed a month and our clothing started to smell like the odor of the condo. Suggestions are: please deep Clean the condo. Remove the carpet in the bedroom and hallway and the carpet in the living room. All very dirty and smelly. The utility room is full of dust. We stayed the month of Feb and expected the condo to be clean and odor free. Our friend visited and had an asthma attack while in our condo. We truly love 30 A and all that it has to offer nearby. The pool was clean and warm and beach access is great. The condo we stayed in last Feb at Gulf Place Cabana was so nice in comparison, that is why we came back. Please clean up 403 and we’d return.

Beautiful Place

We absolutely loved our stay at Gulf Place. It was the BEST vacation spot we've ever been to. We ate some of the best seafood, walked along the ocean to see the most beautiful sunsets, rode our bikes along highway 30A, and so much more. Positive note - we arrived on Sunday and did not get into our vehicle until Friday when we left to go home. The bikes were a HUGE bonus with this property. We WILL be back!

Beautiful View

Porch Time was a great stay. (We loved the Gulf Place area. The private beach access was great and so convenient with a beautiful, clean beach.) The condo is small. Enough room for a couple or a couple with small children. Otherwise, it's cramped. I felt like it was clean. A few items (heating and air grates, toilet paper holder) were rusting and needed replaced. Porch door was VERY hard to open and close. Kitchen was stocked but dated with old appliances. Overall, We enjoyed our stay at Porch Time and would stay there again.

Great location and view

The condo was clean and easily accessible. The view was fantastic. When we had any questions they were quickly answered and everyone I spoke was very pleasant.

Our stay

Nice, clean. A little outdated. Much smaller than anticipated from pictures. All marketing should include sq footage of property. ADDRESS WAS WRONG on web. Had to call for correction. Previous reviews suggested the tv was difficult to operate. It was! Had 3 remotes, we used 2 to get local networks but that's all we could do. We were told there would be directions for the tv. There were not. Location was good. Parking good. The rest of the directions and information about the property were spot on.
