The large dining room and kitchen are open to the living room. So no one will ever feel left out.  The living room and master bedroom are beachfront and have direct access to the balcony,  And everywhere you go in this unit, you will have the best views of the beach and gulf! And if your looking for fresh air, just step out onto your large balcony!

You can't beat Princess 302 at the Princess Condominiums, a luxury resort.  This unit has a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom and 2 queen beds in the third bedroom.  Unit 302 has been updated with new carpet in all bedrooms, new tile in the living room and dining room and a new recliner in the living room. THIS UNIT SLEEPS 10.  There are twin bed rentals available for a small fee and come with all linens.

The Princess, an east end Panama City Beach condominium complex, is a family friendly place where all the condos are beachfront.  There are 2 beachfront heated pools and an outdoor Jacuzzi.  If that's not enough, there's also a beachfront heated indoor pool and a fitness room to work off all those seafood feasts.

Very nice location and clean unit with all amenities especially Kitchen. Balcony is very spacious and perfect spot for Sunsets and good photos. My Family had good time and would love to come back. We also saw dolphins few times from balcony and binoculars too. Walkable beach and good family location. Indoor pool is also great along with outdoor heated pool and spa. Overall happy with the stay !!

Clean, great location, and has it all

We chose this condo because we’ve stayed in a different unit at Princess before. We like the area - it’s more quiet & this particular complex seems more upscale. From the moment we entered the unit, we noticed how clean it was. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The decor was nice. The beds were more on the firm side, but we all liked them and slept soundly. A big draw for us was the 2 beach chairs & umbrella that was included (we flew in to ECP & weren’t able to pack our own chairs or umbrella, so this was a definite plus for us). Communication with VIP was easy and smooth. We had some very minor/cosmetic issues with the dishwasher and a shower drain, but neither required fixing while we were there. The only negative was that the indoor pool was closed for renovations while we were there (but that’s not the fault of VIP - i was just unlucky enough to go when this was happening). I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat (& plan to!)! 🏝😎

Quick weekend getaway with the family!

We decided last minute that we wanted to bust the kids out of school for a much needed weekend getaway. The whole process with this property was so smooth. From booking - check out. The ladies that manage the property were super helpful and on top of everything. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo has amazing view of the water and is way bigger than we expected. If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on your vacation.
