About this property

902 - Newly Updated 3/3 at the Princess!

This unit is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit with 1744 square feet of heated and cooled living space.  You'll enter through your wide entry foyer leading directly to your open floor plan living/dining area. The living room opens directly to the spacious balcony and has a sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner and club chair.  There is also a new 65 inch television and LG DVD player.  The adjacent dining room has a new dining set that seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.  There is also a wet bar with a giant ice maker for your convenience!  The living area is truly elegant.  

The kitchen is huge and fully stocked with all the amenities that you'll need for a truly memorable stay.  Your sink faces the beach so you'll have a great view no matter where you are!  There is also a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and a separate large laundry sink for all you beach items.  Their is also a mini fridge in the laundry room for additonal food storage.

The master bedroom is beachfront and boasts a king bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser and a 52 inch flat screen and a DVD player.  The luxury master bath is huge!  You'll enjoy his and her sinks, a makeup area and a whirlpool tub.  There is a separate room that contains the toilet and extra large shower.   On top that, you'll have a walk in closet and a separate linen closet too.

The first guest bedroom has a king bed and a private bath. There is also a 43 inch television.  The second guest bedroom has a king bed and a separate twin bed.  There is also a memory foam twin rollaway bed. This room has a large bathroom accessible from the bedroom and also has a door to the hall.  This room has a 40 inch television.

Found this property on VRBO and it was an excellent experience. We were able to go directly to the unit, extra keys were in the unit along with coupons and things to do while visiting. Communication with the property managers was great. We love staying at the Princess. It is very quiet and you don't have to deal with the crowds. I would definitely stay here again!

Favorite place in PCB so far!

We have stayed in several different places and this has been our favorite! It has plenty of space and is on the quieter end of PCB. The property managers were great in communicating and were very helpful! We will definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t have been happier with the check in process and communication with owners. The condo was as pictured with lots of space and on a part of the beach that wasn’t crowded at all. The ice maker at the wet bar and extra small refrigerator were very to have. We would definitely play a return stay here.

This condo was perfect! It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and furniture was all updated. Great view of the ocean. Entire condo complex was very clean and nice with 3 pools and a gym. Having beach chairs was an added bonus.

Perfect getaway

VIP were great to work with and made the whole process so easy from walking right to room with no in- person or stressful check in (or checkout process) to a great rental property with awesome amenities!! The security of the property helped us relax even more. Three bedrooms all with king size beds (one with another twin and rollaway in the closet) and all with their private bathroom was an excellent set up for our group. Will be back for sure!!

Definitely coming back!

This was our first trip to PCB and our condo made it all the more wonderful. After driving several hours to get there, walking into this beautiful unit was refreshing. It had everything we needed and more. The under counter ice maker was such an added benefit as well. With 2020 being somewhat chaotic, the break was welcoming as was the condo. The owners have done an amazing job of decorating and supplying all our needs. It felt like a home away from home. Thank you for such attentiveness. We can’t wait to come back.

Family vacation

1st time going through VRBO , quick and easy to book . The condo was beautiful and breath taking ! Magnificent view with the ocean front balconies off the master room and living room . If you rent our condo, you will be the able to relax in your FREE BEACH CHAIRS under your own beach umbrella while watching the waves and people on the beach. If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on your vacation.
