This beachfront condo has been completely updated with all new full-size appliances, flat screen TV's, furniture and flooring in the master bedroom as well as new carpet in the guest bedrooms.   You'll also sleep like a baby on the brand-new top of the line Jamison luxury mattresses.  Sunny colors just welcome you to the beach and say, "Come on in and relax!"   There is nothing you won't enjoy about this unit!  Clean and inviting, updated and well maintained' all you have to do is come on down and start enjoying your Panama City Beach Beachfront Vacation Rental!

This is as high as you can go at the Princess.  Being on the 16th floor, you will have all the privacy you will need. But you'll still be able to watch all the activity along the beach and catch a glimpse of the dolphins as they swim by. And you will never be without a view of the Gulf or a spectacular sunset! The beachfront open plan living/dining room and master bedroom have unobstructed views of the best sunsets ever!  This unit boasts tile in the living room, dining room, kitchen and the three baths. The guest bedrooms will have carpet,while the master bedroom has wood flooring. The large balcony is almost 300 square feet and will accommodate a large crowd and seats 10!

The large beachfront living room has a 75 inch TV and a Blue Ray DVD player, as well as plenty of seating for all.  The large dining room seats 6 at the table and 4 more at the kitchen bar.  The large kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms and is fully stocked for the gourmet cook. There is an extra ice maker at the wet-bar so you have plenty of ice for the beach! And the laundry room is big enough for all your beach toys, floats and extra chairs and has a laundry sink, full size washer and full size dryer.  There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in this condo.  So, each guest will have their own bathroom!  The luxury master bath includes double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower and a walk in closet.  There are flat screen TV's and DVD players in every room, so your whole family can stay entertained.  This family friendly beachfront condo is ready and waiting for you!  Don't forget about the three beachfront heated pools and the beachfront hot tub.  Come on Down!

This is now our family's favorite condo and beach stay! The Princess Condo property was clean and parking was always easy! Condo 1604 was very spacious for our family of 11. The beds were comfortable, the laundry room spacious and great for storing the extra beach stuff. The balcony had amazing views and was roomy enough to allow us to read, rest, and play games. The elevators were extremely quick in service and always clean. The 3 pools provided fun away from the beach and night swims were great! At night it was so quiet that one would think they were in their own home. We all felt very safe at the property as well. This was a very amazing, comfortable, and relaxing vacation thanks to the Princess Condos. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Heavenly PCB Haven

Princess 1604 was the ideal spot for us and our visitors. We preferred being in a smaller complex and on the quiet end of PCB. Our unit was clean and comfortable, with spectacular views of the gulf. Being on the far end of PCB, we still had access to many great eateries and amenities. The beach and pools were never crowded. Donna & Jennifer at VIP Properties were great! We'd definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean! We have/had just a couple of things to mention. We didn’t like having to do bath towels/laundry every day. Not doing laundry is one reason one likes to go on vacation. The other complaint was that the water did not drain fast enough in one of the showers. Now in all honesty we did not call maintenance to come fix it because we just used one of the other showers we had. I’m not sure how that might have been handled but I do not lay the blame entirely on them. Not so sure we cared for the pools being on each side of the condo either. The condo itself is so tall that it kept the one pool in the shade and even though there were two pools they were small. We would probably not stay here again, but that is just us. If this is a review to be seen by the public don’t let what we wrote keep you from staying here it was really very nice and clean!

OMG!!!!! Best condo ever. We've stayed at quite a few condos from gulf shores all the way to Santa Rosa, FL. This has by far been the best vacay we've taken. Awesome condo. Extremely clean and well taken care of. Great location in proximity to everything there is to do in PCB. Definitely will stay there again in the future. Recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Would defiantly visit this condo again. They didn't skimp on anything. Everything in the condo was of great quality from, furniture to kitchen pans, serving dishes, mixing bowls, beach items etc. We got to enjoy seeing sharks, manatee’s , sting rays and sea turtles all from our balcony . If you rent our condo, you will be the able to relax in your free beach chairs under your own beach umbrella while watching the waves and people on the beach. If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.M. To 10 p.M. Daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on you vacation. Panama city beach has great restaurants and fun attractions for the family to do and see!No pets are allowed. This is a non-smoking unit. You must be 26 years of age or older to rent this condo. Check-in is 4 p.m., check-out is 10 a.m.
