I am delighted that you had a pleasant stay with us. and I thank you for sharing your opinion regarding certain points because indeed we pay great attention to the reception of our customers and the opinions are always constructive and allow us at any time to readjust. Regarding the check-in schedule provided under our conditions, which is at 5 PM, I agree that it may seem late to you but it is nevertheless quite classic and above all we need some necessary time for cleaning between the outgoing and incoming people. However, anxious to be pleasant to our hosts and as far as possible, we offer an organization "upon request" in order to welcome our tenants upon their arrival in Paris. Which was the case for you. We have, at your request, organized your reception at noon. We waited for a while but without news from you despite our messages, we had to leave to honor another appointment and postpone your arrival to 5 PM. I note, after your stay, that you would have appreciated a second chat, which I can understand. It is however a shame that you did not make the request to me during your stay. And indeed, our Parisian apartment is not associated with a wine estate... does this opinion question me? maybe I didn’t understand your comment

Hello dear Catherine, Indeed, I arranged for our cleaning lady to be at the apartment to welcome you in our absence. And you are right to draw my attention to showing how to turn the key in the front door lock (not the bedroom). It is not difficult to open but there is a sense to put the key in the lock and turn the key. I understood your concern when you called me in front of the door and I immediately called the caretaker of our building who came right away to help you and show you how to open. However, I thank you for having drawn my attention to this point. And I am happy to have at my side a present and trustworthy team to help me in case of need, which has been the case here. Thank you very much for these lovely compliments. Indeed, we have the pleasure of being the owner of this beautiful apartment, beautifully located for a pleasant stay in Paris. And as you have noticed, this is indeed our private apartment and therefore it is furnished and decorated according to our sensitivity. For our comfort and that of our 'guests', it is true that we have preferred a washing machine and a dishwasher and that we have no other place for a drying machine. However, we use a clothes drying rack that attaches to the radiator and is quite practical and most of the time sufficient. I keep an excellent memory of our meeting.

Thank you for your comment. All comments are important because they make it possible to take stock and regularly question oneself. Regarding the price you found high, I can understand it especially since you made this reservation for one person. Nevertheless I imagine that the size of our apartment corresponded to your needs. As for the "destitute" side that you found it, I can also that the furniture and decoration does not correspond to your tastes, however there are enough photos on the site for you to get an idea of the apartment. This is our apartment, with the elegant decoration that resembles us. It is true that the majority of Parisian apartments for rent are usually investor apartments with "impersonal" decoration and everywhere the same. So far our tenants have enjoyed our apartment not only for its location, brightness, calm, elegance of the building and also for our decoration "so Frenchy". It is true that 99.9% of our clientele is American and maybe we have the same sensitivity..
