Casa de piedra con espectaculares vistas de 180 ° sobre el Luberon. Se encuentra a orillas del hermoso pueblo de Gordes (tiendas a 5 minutos andando). Medio ambiente muy tranquilo.
La casa con aire acondicionado tiene hermosos volúmenes de recepción abiertos al exterior. Una magnífica terraza de 100 m2 con espectaculares vistas panorámicas sobre el Luberon. En la planta baja una habitación con cama de 160 y cuarto de baño, WC separado, salón y cocina / comedor que da a la terraza. Arriba, el dormitorio principal cama 160, cuarto de baño y ducha, WC independiente. Dos habitaciones con 2 camas individuales. Cuarto de ducha y WC separados. Todas las habitaciones dan a la vista panorámica. La decoración moderna y elegante.
En el jardín "restanques" forradas con paredes de piedra y plantados con más de 100 olivos, almendros y almez, muchas terrazas con sombra para disfrutar de la vista.
La piscina climatizada 15mx5m estacionalmente y protegido por un obturador eléctrico está situado en una zona verde con vistas panorámicas sobre el Luberon.
Gran casa de la piscina de 60m2 cómodamente amueblada y equipada (sala, comedor, aseo, lavavajillas, nevera de estar).
Hermosas caminatas posibles de la casa. Pueblos de montaña hermosa alrededor (Gordes, Roussillon, Lacoste, Ménerbes, Oppède el viejo ...)

Paradise in Gordes

The most magnificent house with a fantastic view within a ten minute walk of the centre of Gordes- a beautiful Provence village. Such a quiet relaxing week’s holiday for the second year in a row.

Stunning

Everything about this villa was absolutely perfect. We stayed for a week with my parents and baby, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The villa is gorgeous and the views!!! I will never forget those views. We would sit on the patio with coffee and wine looking out all day. Carole, the property manager, is so kind and gave us a tour after greeting us. She also gave us the best recommendations for baked goods, food, and groceries in a town nearby. The pool was one of my favourite parts of the villa and we spent a lot of time lounging and swimming. Every morning my daughter and I would walk and pick a fig off the tree. The olives weren't ready yet so we will just have to come back! We loved our stay here and would absolutely return. Thank you so much for making our visit to France so magical!

Magic week in a superb villa with a fantastic view.

We had a fabulous relaxing holiday in La Magnanerie. Although we visited many of the wonderful villages of Provence, it was even better to come back to the peace and view here. Delicious croissants from just up the road each morning.

Amazing Stay

The house is spacious, very comfortable, spotless clean, beautifully furnished and well stocked. The view (!!) and the magnificent garden were the true highlights of our stay. La Magnanerie is conveniently located, just 5 minutes walk away from a bakery and small supermarket. Communication with Anne and Carole who greeted us, were super easy. The house is perfect to (re)discover Luberon.

Beyond expectations

We weee excited about our stay just from the listing photos and reviews. But the villa and the service exceeded our expectations! We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties, but this was by far our best experience. Super clean, well-decorated and maintained. Carole was so attentive and helped with reservations and suggestions. We had her plan for a chef to cook dinner one evening and it was superb. Best trip ever.

A Magical Stay with Wonderful Friends

We were a small group that wanted privacy and a home that was walkable to one of the wonderful hill towns in the Luberon- and La Magnanerie was perfect! Easily reached by car or taxi (a few hairpin turn to test your skills) and once you are there, a 5 min walk into lovely Gordes. You can get to just about any town you may want to visit in the region using this as a home base for day trips- or enjoy the well-appointed and comfortable home- lounging in the outdoor spaces and taking in the breathtaking views of the valley while sipping aperitifs or local wine. The home is beautifully restored/updated. Decorated simply and handsomely. So comfortable- we were there for a very warm week, but were able to stay comfortable and, of course, enjoy the stunning pool. There are many spaces in and around the house for all to spread out- or come together- lots of options. The kitchen is well-appointed if you choose to have meals in- buying meat in the local butcher shop and grilling/eating outside taking in the view was a highlight. Carole, who manages the house, was so delightful and helpful- suggesting day trips, lunch/dinner locations- even offering to make reservations for us. So supportive with our limited French- she was available for anything we needed which added to the success of the trip. I would recommend this beautiful home without reservation- note: a week is not long enough! I hope to return to Gordes and La Magnanerie. On behalf of our group, thank you Anne and Carole.

Wonderful house in Gordes

This is a really lovely house, in a quiet, private but very convenient position, with views to die for and a fantastic pool. We had a really super time. Very highly recommended.

Provencal Paradise

We have been using VRBO since it first launched and this is truly one of the few villas that is even better than its beautiful pictures! First of all, the location is ideal. The view from all angles is just breathtaking! And it's a very easy walk up a small hill into Gordes. And Gordes is perfectly situated for day trips in and around all of Provence, up to Chateauneuf du Pape and even down to the coast. The interior of the home is as lovely and perfectly appointed as the Provençal countryside. The house manager, Carole, is amazing. She's the perfect hostess, and even went so far as to offer us (outstanding) suggestions for dinner reservations. We will 10/10 stay here again. Next time, I hope we can stay for a month!

Amazing villa

We went to Gordes from Paris in June for a week. We absolutely loved this location. The villa was perfect. Gorgeous views, the pool was pristine. I would love to go back. Within a five minute walk of the quaint village. Thank you Anne for a lovely vacation.

Provençale Paradise!

This house and property truly exceeded our wildest dreams! The house is spacious, bright, simply and beautifully decorated. We were a group of 6 (2 couples, 2 teens) and there were so many lovely areas to hang out, read, play games, eat meals, watch movies, etc. The garden and the views are breath-taking, and we ate most of our meals al fresco at the wonderful outdoor dining table. The swimming pool is clean and beautiful, and perfect for lap-swimming or just cooling off and looking out over the Luberon Valley. The house is a 5 minute walk from the sweet village of Gordes, and a short drive to so many amazing destinations such as Rousillon, Isle sur la Sorgue, St. Remy, etc. Highly recommend this incredible property!

Amazing! Perfect location! 5 min to Gordes

My apologies for such a delayed review. To start. We are seasoned Europe travelers and always stay in villas when we do travel. We have always had a great experience. This villa exceeded all other European travel stays. We stayed at this lovely villa in June 2019 for 6 days for my 50th/completing my masters trip with family. We had 8 adults staying at the villa and it was perfect with plenty of space! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this villa where we enjoyed the pool, enjoyed cooked dinner, and enjoyed dining outside by candlelight with the most amazing views! We utilized the outdoor space every night and enjoyed the sunrise and sunset views, which were spectacular! One evening we saw the moon rise and it literally looked like there was a forest fire in the distant horizon...the horizon looked like it was on fire. It was nothing I have ever seen and absolutely beautiful! Gordes village is SO close (literally 5 min walk) that we went into town every morning to buy pastries and grocery items for breakfast and lunch. We also enjoyed walking around Gordes after we returned from venturing out to different villages. The owner and management are extremely responsive to all of our questions and were most helpful in advising us on recommended restaurants and villages to visit. I thank you for that and appreciated your prompt replies! I will absolutely go back to Gordes and will stay at this villa when I do return! The people in the village of Gordes and the other villages we visited were absolutely lovely and so kind! We rented two larger cars and had plenty of space to park two larger cars. We drove out to villages almost every day, that only took anywhere between 20-30 minutes from the Gordes villa. This villa met every expectation...truly a PERFECT villa! All the best and you truly made my 50th Europe trip be the best Europe trip we have experienced. Diana and Scott

Provencal Perfection

This is the most perfect villa in the most perfect location! The villa is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully and artistically styled, very comfortable and with great privacy. It is filled with any amenity one may need. The views from every room and every outdoor space are breathtaking! There was plenty of outdoor space for our 3-year old and 5-year old to safely explore. The villa is a very short walk (5 min) from Gordes, a historic town where you can find great restaurants, bakeries, shops and weekly local market. There are also other great villages to visit within a very short and easy drive away. The pool was a great way to start or end our day and we were very comforted by the pool cover for our children's safety when the pool was not in use. We are very appreciative for the opportunity to stay at this special villa and for the warm welcome and introduction to the home by the property manager, Carole. She was also very responsive to any inquiry we had during our stay. We hope we are fortunate enough to return for another stay in the future!

Heaven on Earth

We had 2 blissful weeks here as a family of 6 ( 4 adults /2 children) , the location is fantastic with a short walk (uphill) into the local town. The setting of this property was incredible and we spent hours and hours enjoying the view over the mountains and hilltop towns. The house is kept wonderfully cool by a central air conditioning system and the bedrooms are beautifully and simply decorated. The kitchen had all we needed ( bar some some cutlery and plates for children ) . The Luberon area did not disappoint and we cannot wait to return to this region and stay at La Magnanerie again.

Paradise (with a better view!)

We recently spent six very enjoyable days at La Magnanerie over Easter. The house is located on the upper slopes of Gordes just a 5 minute walk from the centre of town. The 180 degree panorama of the valley stretching to the Luberon mountains and the hilltop towns of Roussillon and Gault just takes your breath away. It is truly magnificent and many enjoyable hours were spent on the large terrace over breakfast, lunch and dinner watching the changing light over the countryside. We also enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool (even in April!). The house has a stylishly chic minimalist decor and is ideally located for exploring the wonderful Luberon countryside and hilltop villages. We had an incredible time and we will return again at a later time to enjoy the vibrant colour of the lavender fields when they are in full flower. We highly recommend it.
