Nice place my friends really enjoyed the house even though there was a little confusion with the beach club pass and towels Fred was kind enough to charge me $150 for the confusion

Your welcome. Check out is at 11 am not 5pm. Housekeeping could not clean because your group was still there. You still had towels and my beach club pass at 5 pm. But I did let you slide for the broken shampoo dispenser in the bathroom. Oops! The 3 star review you gave should be for you. You mentioned that I was kind enough to charge you 150. I should have charged 500. but at least I was kind enough not to write a client review on you.

Beautiful Condo and Perfect Location

We've stayed at Los Suenos a few times, and this condo really was the best! The daily house keeping service and location convenience were awesome. The condo was very clean and comfortable and met all our expectations. All instructions from the owner were easy to follow, and everyone in our group enjoyed all the amenities of our wonderful Costa Rica vacation. Will stay again; thank you for your hospitality Fred.

The perfect place

This is the perfect place to stay. Roomy and clean. You can’t beat Los Suenos for the beauty and amenities. The owner, Fred, was so helpful with tours, transportation and everything else we needed. We will be back.

Every thing was exactly as it looks. Clean, well stocked, comfy (master bed was a little too firm for me but hubby loved it), close to pool, beautiful view....A+. Owner was very responsive. Look forward to next time we visit.

Nice condo in beautiful location

This was our first stay in Los Suenos. Everything went well. Owner is very cooperative and provided an excellent written guide before our trip. He also recommended a driver (Ronald) who was a great choice. Both the area and the condo are highly recommended.

EXCELLENT LOCATION TO RENT

I have stayed in this unit for several years and have no reason to change. It's extremely convenient in terms of restaurants, shops and the beach, along with being a few steps to the pool. It has always been a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend it.

Loved it!!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our two college-age kids, but it would be perfect for just about any family. We were on the go a lot of the time but the time spent at the condo was just great. The amenities are terrific. There is a lot to enjoy at the resort. The pools were sparkling clean and the beach club access pass was clutch. We felt so at home at the condo; the furnishings were great and everything you need is right there! A golf cart is a must - a quick trip to the grocery store and you are set to eat at home, even cook out...(and there are even fairies who come in and clean up after you while you are out the next day). But if you are truly on vacation, mom might prefer to eat out, and there are many options for casual dining just a golf cart or taxi ride away. The condo option was truly preferable to the Marriott option for the same total cost. DelMar 4K is the way to go!
