You deserve the kind of convenience our condo offers; don't waste your time dealing with parking hassles, slow elevators, and slippery stairs.

This condo is continually updated and has the perfect Florida vacation vibe with a family friendly layout. Unlike most properties on the island, this condo features carpet for comfort and safety. There are (3) LCD TVs -- living room and in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with amenities of home. There are (2) full bathrooms, including a master bath in the back bedroom. The spacious master bedroom features a King bed and reading chair plus very large closets augmented by a large dresser unit. The front bedroom has (2) Queen beds and features a closet and a large dresser unit. We installed hurricane doors and windows in 2016, which are nearly soundproof allowing you to sleep peacefully.

The condo has a south-facing walk out patio which receives incredible amounts of sun year round. Unlike other condos on Siesta, the sun is never blocked here by nearby high-rises. The space surrounding the patio is referred to as a 'garden setting' and offers seclusion and privacy that units near pools and heavy-traffic walkways do not. The patio is protected from the wind too. On cool or breezy days our patio will feel 10-20 degrees warmer than the beach. We have (2) lounge chairs, (2) drink tables, and (2) regular chairs outside for use. There is a very large stainless outdoor gas grill located nearby for your use.

The property is on the gulf side of the island so there is no need to cross any streets or deal with parking hassles. You simply have an easy walk through the garden to the beach. Don't feel like the beach, there are also (3) pools on the property. The closest pool is usually the warmest.

You will love the convenient parking directly at the door of the unit. No need to haul luggage and groceries up stairs or bother with elevators. The condo includes parking space for two vehicles.

Digital door lock (no carrying keys) plus Wi-Fi

We offer private folding chairs, a beach umbrella, swim boards, foam pool floats, and a awesome beach wagon to haul everything onto the beach. Please rinse them off and return them to the condo daily and once your stay concludes so future guests also can enjoy them.

Coin operated laundry room within complex for guests

Our family has been coming to Siesta Key for over 30 years and owned this condo since 2000. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The nearby Siesta Village offers good food and entertainment. The island has a system of 'free' taxis where drivers work for tips, making getting around remarkably simple.

If you would like to rent but need a special consideration, please contact me as we are flexible to some extent.

Our family has been coming to Siesta Key for (3) decades and relaxing on America's #1 beach. The condo was purchased in about 2000 and has undergone (3) updates since that time. We vacation here 6-8 weeks annually and enjoy having a beautiful modern space. The condo is owned by my parents (Nancy and Phil), and I manage the VRBO website on their behalf.

Perfectly Perfect!

Everything was as you see it in the pictures--or even better--so many times, what you see is not what you get! James was quickly responsive to any emails we sent or had questions about--even though, we are very familiar with Siesta Key and Sarasota, it was nice to have someone let us know their favorites and insights. While it is a place a bit further back from the beach--it is really only a 6-8 minute walk from the condo--but, when you walk down the corridor in between the condos of Jamaica Royale, it is a very pretty stroll. What was nice about Jamaica Royale as a whole is the community spirit among the residents and visitors--we met people who come every year and those live there part time...everyone is super nice! We have stayed in other condos along this beach area and they are not usually this nice!

This condo had all the necessary items one would need in the kitchen for cooking meals and we really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio--especially early in the mornings. Sheets were nice, beds were comfortable, and lots of space (dressers).

We had only one issue, and that was the keyless entry--but, we had 2 sets of keys so it didn't matter--but, I was able to solve the keyless entry and we all found this to be great! no one ever had to take keys to the beach or if we split up, we didn't have to worry about someone getting locked out!

Parking was great--space for 2 cars--which we ended up having! in the high season, i'm sure there are more cars, but, we had actually 4 spaces to ourselves since the occupancy was less that week!

Great vacation location!

Enjoyed our trip- awesome location; one of the closest to public tennis and volleyball. Private, much less crowded beach- plenty of lounge chairs. Apartment was spacious and came with everything you could possibly want.

Wow Beautiful Beach and very nice area!

James the owner was so easy to work with getting the place reserved for us. James provided us with great information prior to our stay and during our stay. He even checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need. He supplied beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and even a beach wagon to hall it all to rhe beach. Being this close to the beach was awesome and you can walk to the village.

Best Weather ever!! Great accomodations!

New king size bed-- very comfy! Well equipped kitchen. Our third year here and we love this place! The owners are so responsive and aim to please in every way possible. It is a pleasure dealing with Mr. Gilpin. One of the pools was being renovated and one of the grills was temporarily out of order but that did not hinder the experience in the least! Two other pools to choose from and a new grill was delivered the second week we were there. So, all in all, it was an absolutely fabulous two weeks. Only downside is there is no washer and dryer in the unit but there is a coin operated washer and dryer available for your use. Water temperature was the warmest we had ever experienced in February-- got up to 72 degrees!! And, it is only a 5 minute walk from the condo to the beach

Wonderful stay!

We were guests at the condo from 12-19 August 2017. Everything is exactly as described! The bedrooms are spacious and there are so many extras that are included, such as coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, tube/noodles! Three pools to choose from in addition to the the #1 Beach...what more could you ask! It was a bit of a walk from the condo to the waterfront, but you are able to park in a guest spot at the beachfront to bring all of your items. Definitely a bonus for us! All of the eateries that we chose were excellent; most from recommendations that James gave us. James was so helpful answering all of our questions before arrival and also providing valuable "tips" during our stay. We highly recommend staying at this condo and we hope to make a return visit in the future.
