Newly renovated loft-style condo. Luxury appointments and upscale furniture throughout.

Top floor and no elevator. The kitchen shares an open floor plan with the living room and 2nd bedroom.

Unit includes: A/C and free parking; fully stocked kitchen with complimentary food staples (coffee, sugar, oil, etc.), towels, paper towels, napkins, etc; hotel bed linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap; wifi and 50' TV in living room with Netflix.

Very convenient to train: Chestnut Hill stop on Greenline (B) and Cleveland Circle stop on Greenline (C).

Check in is 3:00 pm or later and check out is by 11:00 am. I do my best to accommodate early arrivals or later departures. Please contact me to coordinate.

Beautiful Property Close to Everything

My entire family was very impressed by the property and the owner - who took the time before our trip to answer questions and provide suggestions, and kept in contact with me during our stay to make sure everything was in order. My kids were sad to leave "their building" by the end of our stay, and loved listening to the train come and go. Super close to the Green T Line, and easy parking for a rental car. Very comfortable beds and the kids loved the Netflix! Thanks again for everything.

The condo was extremely cozy, comfortable and great price. Extremely wonderful.

The Master bedroom mistress was absolutely five star quality. The bathroom shower is spar quality absolutely loved it. Insure if you park on the street pay attention to the street sweeping schedule. Best to leave your car park for your visit an use public transportation. Nice restaurants with in walking distance. You can't beat the price for the quality of the Condo.

Wonderful Brighton Condo - Absolutely Perfect

Three of us had a wonderful three-night stay at this condo. Very clean and well maintained. The free parking spot was very convenient and a must have if you have a vehicle as street parking is impossible in Boston. Very safe neighborhood with lots of personality. Our stay was at the end of April/beginning of May and flowering shrubs and bulbs were on display everywhere. So beautiful as you walked the neighborhood. Our favorite restaurant was @Chilli Thai Bistro just a block away. Excellent food and very affordable. Public transit was a breeze with 2 stations just a few blocks away. We also loved the sound of the train as it passed by the front of the condo and would keep the windows open just to be able to hear it. The owner was very responsive and replied immediately to any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, etc., and there were plenty of extra linens. The condo itself is beautiful with very nice furniture, updated kitchen and bathroom, and very spacious. If ever back in Boston, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Brighton loft

The loft was very comfortable and beautiful. The 46 step stair climb was a great work out.

Parking wasn't super convenient.

Perfect.

I make it a point of always booking this apartment when in Boston visiting my daughter, a BC student. The location could not be better, the unit is very cool, very comfortable. Greg has always been an attentive host. The parking that Greg provides is pure gold. Two things to know going in. If you are a light sleeper you will be aware of the Green Line just outside on Commonwealth Ave. Also the climb up to this 4th floor Unit which is quite steep and narrow is not for everybody. As for me, I hope to continue using this residence on my return trips to Boston.

Very clean and nice, suited our needs

We came to Boston for a convention and had no experience with renting an apartment. The owner had everything ready for us, down to small details like jelly in the refrigerator. Great having the T very close by. It's also close to many restaurants and convenience stores, there is a 7-11 nearby. Overall this is much better than staying at a hotel, especially if you have a family. Only negatives are the building is old and so there is no elevator, worked out ok for us, but if you have someone elderly or with a walking disability may not work out for you, cheers!
