Villa La Torricella is a magnificent Medicean country house immersed in the landscape of Bagno a Ripoli, 20 minutes from Florence city centre.
The property can accommodate up to 13 people and consists of a main building (700 sqm) surrounded by 5.000 sqm of fenced and illuminated garden with lawn and olive trees, a private swimming pool (8.10m x 11.40m, 1.10/1.30m deep) with gazebo, changing room, toilets, beds and shower, from where you can enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside.

Villa La Torricella is also the ideal location for special events such as weddings, celebrations and family reunions.

The villa is spread over 3 floors (2 floors provided with a lift) and is distributed as follows:

Ground floor with lift:
Three elegant lounges in Tuscan style with fine antique furniture and with large windows overlooking the lovely garden; an elegant dining room that can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people; a fully equipped kitchen and a service bathroom.
The ground floor is connected to the first floor by a lift and a large stone staircase that leads to the sleeping area with elegantly furnished bedrooms in harmony with the tradition and taste of Tuscan houses.

First floor with A/C and lift:
1 master double bedroom with TV and private bathroom with shower
1 double bedroom with a king size canopy bed and common bathroom
2 double rooms with common bathroom
1 twin room with TV and common bathroom.
The two common bathrooms are equipped with bathtub and one of this has also a shower.

Attic with A/C (only reachable by stairs):
1 double bedroom with french bed for two guests
1 single bedroom
1 common bathroom with bathtub
A beautiful and bright study area where guests can choose to enjoy a reading, surrounded by the silence and peace of the countryside.
In the studio there is also a double sofa bed that we set up only on request.
1 tiny lovely panoramic terrace with access from the studio.

All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Air conditioning system included in all bedrooms.

Basement:
We offer our guests a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

At the back of the property there are other private housing units with independent access from the villa.

The park is at exclusive use of the guests of the villa and is equipped with a dining area with tables for 14 people, ideal for tasty outdoor meals.

The entrance of the Villa is equipped with an automatic gate and a private video intercom, to guarantee guests maximum security and privacy.
The country road that runs alongside the Villa has very low traffic.

The rental fee includes:
- initial and final cleaning
- 1 weekly supply of bed linen and towels + 1 large pool towel per person.
- water, electricity (max 35 kw/day), gas and waste disposal
- free Wi-Fi throughout the villa
- private swimming pool
- outdoor private parking (for maximum of 6 cars)

It is specified that at the beginning and at the end of the stay the meter for the electricity consumption will be read, countersigned by the guest to acknowledge the accuracy of the reading.
When electricity consumption exceeds 35 KW per day, the difference will be invoiced at €1.20 (VAT included) per KW and it will be deducted from the SECURITY DEPOSIT (required at check-in) of Euro 1.000.00 will be held with pre-authorization on a credit card and returned within 48 hours following check-out, subject to deduction for damage caused and/or payment for additional services.
