Incredible view of the ocean
We have rented on the beach in the area for 7 years. While walking, we always comment about view from that unit. We finally got the opportunity to rent it
We were right the view is Breathtaking!
Unit was sufficient and clean. Decor was strange. We are already planning on booking that unit again.

Great Get Away
We booked this property at the last minute. We were booked in Panama City Beach, but Hurricane Michael forced us to look elsewhere. We loved the property and the quirky unit. Somehow I missed that it was a 3rd floor walk up, difficult for us, but doable. The view from the top made the climb worth it! The unit was comfortable, but very dated and needs cosmetic repairs. The unit is also a little dark, but the many lamps helped. This didn't bother us, as we tend to look for the interesting and quirky. Our focus is the beach, not new and polished surroundings. If you prefer new and modern, this isn't your unit.. The only thing that was a disappointment was the balcony. The living room glass door to the balcony was broken and not usable. Access was only available from the master bedroom. This is also not an accurate picture of the balcony furniture. There was no padding for the beach recliner and the balcony was totally cluttered with too much furniture, all of which needs replacing. There were 2 tables with chairs, one high, one low. Both tables were suitable for drinks, but both were too low in relation to the chair heights to be able to comfortably have a meal. But we did it anyway. Breakfast outside is one of our favorite things to do. We called maintenance twice. First time was to find out if there was a trick to getting the dining room chandelier to come on. There was and a call by Vtrips to the owner's maintenance person had an answer in less than 5 minutes. The second call was 2 nights before we left. The 1st and 3rd floor lighting for the stairs to the unit were out when we came back from dinner. As the staircase is open air, it wasn't totally dark, but we reported it. The next day, when returning from dinner, not only were those lights not fixed, but the 2nd floor was also out. I sent an e-mail to maintenance this time and also reported it to Vtrips when we checked out. This issue was somewhat out of their control as this was a property issue, not a unit issue, but they reported it immediately to the property management. What we got was a very restful 5 days which we really needed.

Enjoyed being able to vacay with my family, including my fur babies. Weather was great - thunderstorms rolled in and out - nice breeze from ocean. Balcony view was perfect. Close enough to town but still felt private. Condo was clean with funky decor that made me smile. A little out dated but I knew that going in... My only con was WiFi was non existent because it was so slow loading. Had to turn it off and go over on data.

Old and needs updated
Unit was not well equipped, dryer was in poor working condition and would take 3 hours to dry a load of laundry . Had to strip all the bedding and rewash them because a bunion pad was in between the sheets. Because the dryer was in poor working condition we had to hang our bedding to dry on the balcony and then was reprimanded by someone who sits on the board.
Hi Diana. We truly apologize for the issues for the troubles that you had with the clothes dryer. Guest convenience is one of our main priorities and it pains us to hear that in this instance, we may have missed the mark. We do see that a cleaner was offered to resolve the bunion pad issue; however, we did not receive a call back. In regards to the dryer, since your departure, the source of the issue has been identified and it should not be a problem moving forward. In any case, we extend our sincere apology for your encounter and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention so that we are able to improve for the future.
Location location location
The best thing about this property was the location/view. The Condo needs to be remodeled. Simply a fresh coat of paint would help. Sliding door frame was falling apart and carpets had several stains. Basically it's old and dated. The best part is the location and pools/beach.

Generally rundown. Value was good. Everything worked!!! Always a plus!! Dog friendly!!
