Located in Sa Pedra de s'Ase, one of the most beautiful and unspoiled places of Mallorca with spectacular views over the sea and its sunsets.
A 3 'walk in Sa Pedra de s'Ase can swim and snorkel in crystal clear waters.

ACCOMMODATION.
The house is officially registered in the Balearic Government as Vacation Rental Housing. Code ETV / 6285.
The situation of the house is spectacular.
On the covered terrace of 50 square meters you can enjoy the sea view, sunsets.
It is a pleasure to have breakfast, lunch or dinner on the terrace, the colors of the sea change every hour.
The house has satellite TV with more than 300 channels in German, English etc and TV Movistar Plus with series, movies, in different languages with about 100 channels from different countries and also sports.
The kitchen is equipped, cooker / oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. It overlooks the sea and is connected to the covered terrace.
It has a lounge overlooking the sea.
Fireplace to enjoy your comfort (with free firewood for guests).
Heating in living room, bedrooms and bathroom.
CD player.
Three rooms on the bottom floor two double and one single, all with ocean views.
A full bathroom on the floor of the rooms.
A toilet on the top floor.
Outdoor barbecue with butane gas.
In the garden there are sun loungers for sunbathing.
SERVICES AND AREAS.
You can access the sea through a 3 'walk.
The house is surrounded by a forest of pines and oaks (2500 meters) giving a sense of privacy. We have a garden of 350 meters integrated in nature.
Next to the house in the garden there is a parking where we can park under a porch two cars and an outdoor parking for one more.
It offers an ideal outdoor shower after swimming (Private / Reserved).
ATTENTION guests.
In Banyalbufar there is an excellent service bars and restaurants.
The house is very clean, quiet and comfortable.
There is Wifi and Satellite TV.
There is possibility of baby accessories and baby bed, bath).
Not accessible by wheelchair.

HOW TO ARRIVE AND DISPLACE.
Sa Pedra de s'Ase is 1.5 km from the village of Banyalbufar and about 35 'drive from Palma.
It is necessary to use a car to move around. CAR, IMPORTANT. The road is narrow with three sharp curves and unevenness. It is advisable to rent a small car: Volkswagen Polo, Renault Clio, Fiat Panda 4 x 4 Climbing. Experienced drivers are required. When the reservations are made, communication will be maintained to choose the right car.

REASONS FOR HOLDING THE DEPOSIT:
- The house / accommodation is delivered to customers in perfect condition of cleanliness and order. Customers must leave the house in perfect condition of cleanliness and order, otherwise proceed at least to the charge / retention of € 150 deposit bail.
- Care will be taken with the use of bedding, towels, etc. Its misuse will be grounds for withholding a bail amount.
- Number of clients and use of rooms: In the case of exceeding (without notifying) the number of clients hired, the charge / retention of 200 € will be applied to the deposit of the deposit

- In cases of property damage, a charge will be incurred, which will be deducted from the deposit.
RISK OF FIRE, WATER AND NEIGHBORHOOD
- For security reasons, it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to light any type of fires outside. Lighting a fire outdoors is punishable by law
- Please be very mindful with the use of water. Mallorca has limited water resources, please do not waste it
