The apartments are stylish and comfortable, furniture, bedding and kitchen are quality materials.
The chairs are leather, the table, kitchen and bathroom vanity are made of granite. We have air conditionning and free wifi.There are many restaurants and terraces around. there is a Shuttle boat for a day in St Tropez from Juan les Pins and also a shuttle to the Lérins Islands, beautiful and very close (15 min away) All water sports (parasailing, waterskiing, wakeboarding) possible in the Bay of Juan. Very nice Diving outputs on the Cap d'Antibes and the islands of Lérins. Antibes Juan-les-Pins has one of the longest coastlines in France. There are many beaches along the 25 kilometers coastline, and five ports, one of which is the largest yachting harbor in Europe and second in the world, that of Port Vauban. Here all the pleasures of the sea are available for all tastes: water-skiing or paragliding, diving, sailing. Antibes Juan-les-Pins has also developed other sporting facilities: basketball, squash, walking, tennis. Antibes Juan-les-Pins is considered the most sport-oriented town in the Riviera.

Great stay in Juan

This apartment is ideally placed at the "active" end of Juan les Pins with restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. It is within easy reach of Antibes, Cannes and Nice by bus, train or tram. (We didn't bother hiring a car) Yvette is an excellent host who met us on arrival and showed us around. We will certainly go back.

An apartment that has all you need!

My friend and I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in Juan Les Pins during our trip to the Cannes Film Festival. The location was incredibly convenient, situated near the train station, making it easy for us to travel back and forth to Cannes, and neighbouring towns. The apartment itself had an amazing view, which we enjoyed every morning. Accessibility was not an issue at all, and the check-in process was smooth and straightforward, thanks to the responsive and friendly host. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near Cannes.

une résidence formidable

Nous avons passé un bel séjour. Situe juste à côté de la plage, plein de restaurant et le supermarché à proximité c’était parfait. En ce qui concerne l’appartement, très propre, avec de belle vue de la mer, spacieux , la cuisine bien équipée, j’aimerais revenir pour séjourner plus longtemps.Merci Éric et Yvette pour tous vos supports.

Bel appartement mais propriétaire défaillant !

Pas de table de repassage !(pourtant sur le descriptif) Seulement une petite couverture polaire dans la chambre Lave-vaisselle petit et très sale (donc pas utilisé) photo jointe Lave-linge hyper bruillant du fait que le calage était défaillant pas possibilité de diminuer l'essorage photo joint Frigo également un manque de calage et la fermeture de la porte du freezer se déboite Les 3 spots sur le plan de travail ne fonctionnaient pas Un manque de relationnel EVIDENT de M. GROUX ! À chaque appel vous tomber sur sa messagerie, pendant la durée notre séjour (9 semaines) aucun appel pour savoir si tout se passait bien, mais le pire ce M. ne lit même pas ses SMS nous lui avons envoyé un SMS le mardi 13 Février 10 heures 23 (copie du message : Bonjour Nous sommes à la fin de notre séjour Notre départ ce dimanche se fera vers 8 heures 30 / 9 heures Nous vous deposerons l'ensemble des clefs dans la boîte aux lettres Nous arrêterons tous les radiateurs Bonne journée à vous) M. et Mme FORVEILLE aucune réponse, Egalement le 18 Février 9 heures 34 SMS Nous avons quitter l'appartement à 8 heures 14 et avons fait des photos M. et Mme FORVEILLE pas de réponse ! à 10 heures 08 SMS de M, GROUX Ou avez vous laissé les clefs??? Borned and raised in Antibes where we still live. We have been renting apartments and villas for the last 8 years. We wanted our accommodations to be well decorated and confortable and we spent a lot of time doing so. This apartment was bought early 2016 and like the others are next to the beach, has sea view and parking. We choose Juan les Pins for its sandy beach and its holiday atmosphere most of the year.

Why This Property?

The building is ideally located in the center of Juan les Pins with all the restaurants and shopping around. The sandy beach is only across the street.
All the shops, bars and restaurants are 100 meters away. The Apartment is large comparing the French standard for a one bedroom, well decorated with quality equipment. We have a nice sea view and a large balcony.
