Évadez-vous sur notre magnifique üle de la mer pour des vacances reposantes!

Notre maison est trĂšs confortable et rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain et un tout nouveau canapĂ©-lit et peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. Nous avons la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble et le wifi. À quelques pas de la plage. Des chariots de plage sont fournis ainsi que des parasols, des chaises, des glaciĂšres, des articles de pĂȘche, des planches de bodyboard, des jouets de plage ainsi qu'un grand parking et de la place pour une remorque de bateau. Tous les draps sont fournis. Il y a un gril Ă  gaz sur le pont. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et rĂ©cemment mise Ă  jour avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et une buanderie est fournie. Rampe de navigation et terrain de golf sont situĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ©.

This was a short 2 night stay for us but that did not keep us from the area and the amenities of this home! You guys nailed it! Everything was well thought out and labeled for full usage of the property. Great location with beach access! The beach being more private to the neighborhood vs the main parking lot made for a very peaceful adventure, with well over 40 rentals under our belt in the last 12 months, this place is near if not at the top of our list! Can’t wait to visit again

Great location to beach, house had everything we needed. Enjoyed having a shower outback to rinse off with. Loved that we could bring our pet as well. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Seaside Escape

Spring break fun

Spent a wonderful week exploring the island. House is located in a very quiet neighborhood and beach felt as though we had it all to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely stay

My husband, our dog and myself just got home from a wonderful week at Seaside Escape. It is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. The beach was super close - around a corner, across a street and over a small sand dune - 3 minutes. Our pup loved the fenced in yard. We were there over Christmas and they surprised us by putting up a Christmas tree - a wonderful treat. We had a small issue with the door lock.The owners were responsive and quick to resolve. A couple and their dog were in the upstairs unit for 2 nights, which we hardly heard. I highly recommend staying here. I hope to be back next year.

Excellent location

We’ve stayed at this property in the past and will continue to book here whenever we visit Amelia Island. Steve and Lynn are awesome host. We were vacationing at Venice Beach Fl when Hurricane Helene hit and we had to evacuate. We had booked a week in Amelia to follow the Venice trip. We called Lynn and Steve and ask last minute availability at Amelia and without hesitating they said yes, come on over! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Peaceful Fernandina Beach

The property was just as described. The neighbors are pleasant and friendly. The neighborhood is very quiet and dog friendly. We enjoyed the local restaurants and small shops. Make sure to go to the Fernandina Beach Museum and do the Docent talk. Fernandina Beach is very dog friendly. Loved Fernandina Old Town!

Great spot for beach and dogs

This was the whole first floor of a house in a quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities we wanted. There's a fenced side yard that's perfect for dogs. The beach is just a 2 minute walk away, with a private path over the dunes. We'd like to return someday!

Excellent escape

We had a short but relaxing stay that was everything we needed for our little getaway. We were looking to do something different for us for Thanksgiving and this was perfect. The place was cute and tidy. Check-in and out was a breeze and the place had everything we needed and it was all easy to find. We are so grateful they allow pets too, we wanted our whole family together for the holiday. I cannot say enough good things. While it wasn’t our first time on the island, it was our first tie staying here, but won’t be our last!

Perfect place

This property was perfect for anyone wanting a restful, convenient, comfortable vacation! The home was lovely (even better than the photos) was nicely furnished, and had everything you w need. It was very clean. Location was great - easy access to a lovely more secluded part of the beach. Close to shopping and dining
 Even the neighbors (who live there full time) were friendly and welcoming. The owners were delightful! Wonderful support and communication! I’ll be back!!

Seaside Rscape

This condo is amazing. We’ve stayed here before and again it was perfect. It is always clean. It is decorated nicely by the owners and has supplies readily available. The condo is conveniently located near historic downtown Fernandina Beach, but it is very close to the beach, is very peaceful. There is plenty of parking and we had wild deer in the neighbor daily as it is right next to Fort Clinch! We will definitely be returning.

Perfect location for privacy and peacefulness

Very spacious and everything you need for a perfect stay. Small annoyance with hearing movement with upstairs renters but that won't keep us from renting again; we look forward to staying longer next year!

A perfect getaway for us and our puppy dog. Lovely accommodations, easy beach access just across the street, far enough away from the crowds for peaceful beach going, but close enough to the action for great shopping and dining within a few minutes. Hosts were very responsive. Will go back again.

Relaxing

So close to the beach that you can open the windows and let the sound of the waves put you to sleep. Everything you need in one place with plenty of space. Owners are very thoughtful providing lots of extras like wagons and chairs for the beach, beach towels, anything you could possible need for the kitchen, lots of pillows, plenty of towels, information on local places, dog dishes, dog towels and well anything you might have forgotten except the toothbrush. Plenty of parking and lots of fenced in yard room for your dogs. A great value for the price!
