Beautiful beach duplex with a Southern Charm. This place is perfect for a couple or two couples just wanting to relax. We are located across the street 3/4 minute walk to the beach. It will sleep four people comfortably ,and comes with all the amenities of home. If you have a large family and need more room there is also a sister unit next door that can be rented. It is kid friendly and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the beach without breaking your wallet. This is a beautiful neighbor hood to take a sunset stroll, bike ride or sit at the beach and enjoy the sunset. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place. Panama City Beach has lots of great places to eat, shop, and just hang out. The locals are always friendly and look forward to seeing new faces. Don't miss out on this sweet little place to make memories with friends and family. The fall weather is great and one of the best times to enjoy the beach. It is quiet with no one to bother you. It's as though you own your own little paradise. Once you get here, you will never want to leave. This cottage has back yard and patio to relax on. If you enjoy reading or just surfing the internet, what better place to do it then sitting on the deck watching the beautiful sunset.

Check in process was seamless, the host was quick with communication and accommodating!Just a few minute walk from the beach.Kitchen had basics, do wish there were extra trash bags, we had to improvise with grocery bags. Very cute property and perfect for what we needed. Would stay again.

Great little property for a small family. Clean and offered plenty of amenities. Close to the beach in a nice little neighborhood. Close to so much yet not in an overcrowded area.

Peaceful vacation

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I and our 2 small dogs came for the weekend. Place was ok… small and quaint, good location but not real pet friendly. No grass for dogs, only sand, and very small area. We did see multiple bugs which I was told are palmetto bugs, regardless, looked like roaches to me and I am NOT cool with that!

Close to beach

The property was nice, it was close to the beach. You would walk about 5 minutes and be right at the beach. It was about 15 minutes from the main strip of Panama and 15 minutes from pier park so it was in a great location. The only issues I had was there wasn't a place to store dry food which if you don’t cook it’s not a big deal and the sandspurs. Anywhere we took our dog she got them. She wouldn’t go in the back area, there was sand and not any that I could tell. She is just picky where she uses the bathroom. The sandspurs issue is more about letting people know that they are around the place in grassy areas but not in the back area. If your dog isn’t picky you should be fine! Also not an issue but the washer/dryer is shared with the other unit which isn’t a big deal at all just thought I would share that with others. Overall, we had a great time and loved the location. We had family staying on the main strip saying how loud it would be at night we did not have that issue. So if you are looking for a place that’s close to the main areas but not directly in it, this is the place to rent.

Suitable stay, good location

Good location to beach access and main strip. Furnishings (couch, shower, towels/linens, AC units) were not as clean as other reviews stated. Not having AC in the bathroom or working light for the shower was kind of uncomfortable but we dealt with it. Backyard is also shared so keep in mind if bringing your dog. Decent for a few nights stay but wish it were cleaner. Owner was responsive when communicating about it though.

A good start

Probably the least amount of included amenities encountered in a long time. No spices such as salt and pepper, etc. No extra toilet paper or paper towels. I only offer this as informational, not a criticism, just a fact stated on the house rules sheet noted upon arrival. Climate control worked well and with 2 mini splits, zone comfort could be achieved. A very easy walk to the beach. Ideal for two guests.

The best little cottage in west PCB!!!!

as soon as we walked in, it felt like home!! It’s so quaint and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful!! The owners are wonderful!! Definitely will stay again!!!

Nice getaway

Nice, comfortable place to stay. The only thing I would have changed was the temperature. The living area would not get cooler than 74 degrees.

Close to beach, cute, clean

We enjoyed the unit. It was close to the beach. 1.5 blocks , the unit was clean and updated with a beachy vibe. Close to restaurants. We rented a golf cart for the week and rode all around PCB ❤️ we will be back !

Cute Beach Retreat

We love this place! Easy walk to the beach and it’s a very nice neighborhood. It’s also a close drive to many restaurants. We will continue to stay here as long as it’s available!

Childhood memories

If you want glitz and glamor and got to be in the center of it all then this is not the place for you. If you want comfort and clean and peace and quiet but still close to everything this is your spot. The pictures don’t do it justice. The owners are easy to communicate with and were right there when the microwave blew a fuse with a brand new one… Everything you could want to cook with comfortable bed perfect covered patio on back… cable in living room and Netflix and other options in bedroom, short walk to the beach and a comfortable lounger on patio where I enjoyed a good book.. This place reminded me so much of the places my family would rent for vacation when I was a kid.. Thank you Southern Charm for all your comfort and charm .. we will definitely be back for more…

Perfect getaway

Everything was just as described in the listing. We loved the fact that we were literally 5 minutes from the beach. We walked there everyday. We cooked breakfast and lunch at the house most days and even grilled one night. Location to shopping and activities was great. This was a perfect getaway for our family of 4!

As for me (Judy) I live in Ky with my husband and work as a nurse,and he runs his own business. We all have much in common such as enjoying the beach,old cars and hanging out. God has blessed us truly by giving us the chance to be friends and business partners. Our goal is to grow old on the beach together and just enjoying life.

Having purchased a home here a few year ago,I had the opportunity to meet this wonder lady who has became a great friend.We share many things in common,one of them the beach and spending time together talking about decorating. we are both Southern born and hold true to our roots.God blessed us with the opportunity to become business partners so,we purchased this wonder beach cottage.we wanted to put our stamp on it and share it with others. We love this area and couldn't imagine being anywhere else.

We have always admired this place and knew it would be a charm. It is a cozy beach cottage, and we wanted to make it ours so we could share it with others . This place has so much to offer, and we look forward to putting our Southern charm on it.
