Had a small issue at check-in and the female at the desk was rude which soured our first evening. Unit looked clean and picked up but the floors were dirty. The sofa and living room rug had crumbs and sand. We found a soda can under one of the beds. One of the bed sheets had stains. Bed sheets could be replaced as they were all very scratchy and looked old. As for the condo, it is placed in a good location. Beach was not crowded at all. Beach service for our unit was a plus. View from unit was nice. We never had a problem with finding parking. There was security and I appreciated this. We never felt unsafe .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From when you walk in decor is amazing. The room had towels, toys, and thing in the closet so great to use. The washer and dryer for me was the BEST part of the room. I will absolutely stay in this room again.

Fun, Family Atmosphere

Our condo was perfect for our young adult family of 5. We loved the convenience of the condo to the beach, pickle ball, and to restaurants. Stan was amazing in accommodating our needs throughout our stay. The air worked great and the beds are comfortable!

Great place

The condo was just as described, communication with Stan was fast, informative and always helpful. Check in process was super easy! The condo has everything you can think of you might need. There is shopping and restaurants easily accessible. Great place to stay!

Great weekend getaway.

We arrived on. Friday and stayed till Monday. The weather was unusually cool but otherwise it was a great trip. The property was clean and as described. The communication from the property owner was exceptional.

Property was very cleaned and ready for us to use. It was very comfy and well organized.! the kitchen was clean and had all the utensils we need to cook to avoid the crowded restaurants. The beach view was perfect!! chairs, umbrella and kids toys for the beach were provided to avoid the fee from the resort… The owner was very fast on responding messages of any questions we had and very helpful. I would definitely recommend and would definitely book with him again!

Owner very responsive. Very impressed with amount of “everyday” items that we did not need to purchase for the week.... Clorox wipes, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We usually have to purchase more due to the limited amount supplied. Owner also had a bottle of wine and snacks! We were made to feel very welcome. Room location very convenient to beach. Thanks for the great experience!!!!

Bathrooms need an upgrade, all of the glass sliding doors to the closet’s didn’t work properly, tile pieces were missing from the balcony, the kitchen doesn’t have very many cooking amenities. Also, the door from the master bedroom to the balcony won’t open. Judging from other reviews of this unit, this has been a problem for a long time and hasn’t been fixed. Beds and couches were comfortable.

Love the pool, tennis courts, and beach with daily set up. The distance from the jetty is a mile pins trip so it's the perfect daily walk. The 2br 2ba design is ideal for our family too.

Booking System Glitch

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay got off to a rocky start. when the 3 of us checked in, the front desk stated we booked 2 rooms. we did not. admittedly, Holiday Surf sent us 2 contracts to sign. which we assumed were for the same room. I assumed the 2nd contract was sent by mistake. we never booked a 2nd room. yet we were charged a 350 booking fee for the 2nd room we never booked. the front desk stated they never would have sent a 2nd contract had I not booked the second room. apparently they did. we never received anything close to an apology from the front desk. they were more concerned with being right and blaming us. I paid the extra 350. but, next year, my 1700.00 weekly rate will be going to Inlet Reef Club or the Islander thanks to the smugness at the front desk.
