Holiday Surf and Racquet Club, # 504, is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 5th floor, completely renovated beachfront condo sleeping up to 8, located directly on the beach on Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida.
It offers fantastic views of the sugar white sand, the emerald green Gulf water, and some of the most amazing sunrises and sunsets you will ever see.

A complete kitchen renovation includes Quartz counter tops, tile back-splash with copper inserts that accentuate the copper flakes in the Quartz and new stainless GE “Café” series appliances. Fossilized wood looking Eco-wood floor tile has also recently been installed throughout the condo.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player and a completely remodeled private master bathroom with tiled walk in shower.
The guest bedroom has a Queen Size bed with a full-size pull-out trundle bed and a flat screen TV with DVD player. The second also remodeled full bath, features a Delta rainfall shower and is accessible from the main hallway with a private entry from the second bedroom.

The living room has a sleeper sofa with a premium Cozy mattress system and a matching love seat. The living room also features artwork by Florida artist Kevin Brant, a 58” Vizio Smart flat screen TV, DVD player, and access to the balcony with it's amazing views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes Mr. Coffee drip and Keurig K cup coffee makers. It has a breakfast bar for 4 and dining area with seating for 6, completing this perfect spot in paradise. The unit has in-Room High Speed Wireless Internet and there is also Wireless Internet in the lobby and pool areas.

This gated facility has direct access to the beautiful beach, a seasonally heated pool, two tennis and pickle ball courts with FREE racquets available for guests, shuffleboard court, sauna, fitness center, 2-coin operated laundry facilities, 2 BBQ grill areas, complimentary beach service that includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella each day of your stay (Mar 1 - Oct 30) and a business center.

In addition, you can take advantage of the upgraded TV movie package for your entertainment.
Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is just minutes away from the "Harbor Walk" boardwalk, with its dining options and many attractions that include multiple opportunities both on and off the water. Fireworks can be seen from our beach every Thursday night, in season and it's just a short drive to upscale shopping, premium outlet stores and a myriad of restaurants and bars.

Although we totally get not smoking inside the unit, you’re NOT allowed to smoke on balcony nor beach. This includes vaping.

Exactly as advertised

This was exactly what we wanted and what was advertised. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It’s right on the beach with fantastic views and had free chair service which was great. The only feedback I would have is the TV in the guest bedroom is very small and almost unusable but it was minor is our view. Location is great and right in the middle of it all. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect Getaway!

Our stay was August 14-17th. Entire property was very clean, condo well maintained, staff was professional, informative and friendly. Check-in and out was a breeze. I don’t think I saw one piece of trash anywhere, boardwalk had water/shower to rinse off, pool was crystal clear. Communication with owners/property managers was prompt. Would highly recommend! Great condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very clean and great for a small family! We had plenty of beds and room for two families. The elevators were always quick and we never had to wait. The pool was nice for when the kids were tired of the beach and sand! My only complaint would be not being able to get front row beach chairs because we did not want to get up at the crack of dawn! And we weren't able to put our small tent up on the beach for the kids. Other than that no complaints!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time at the resort! If we were nitpicking, the curtains in the living room were hard to maneuver and were transparent in light. The other nitpick was the squeaky beds. Those two things aside, the place was very conveniently located to great restaurants, grocery store, and other amenities! We were able to enjoy Destin and didn’t have to deal with too much of the traffic. Despite the double red flags on the beach, we really enjoyed ourselves on the shore and the sand! Parking was not an issue and the room had everything we needed to cook meals. It was clean and nicely decorated. Overall, a great place to stay!

This condo is in the perfect location. It has everything you need in just a short drive. You literally stay on the beach. The only thing we would say is the mattresses really needs updated but that is it. The bathrooms are nice and updated. I would recommend this condo for sure!
