Newly remodeled, Lahaina Baby Beach Place, a 4-bedroom, 2 bath home offers all the best of Maui. We also have an additional blow up queen mattress. Our max. sleeping capacity is up to10 (8 adults and 2 children under 5).Please ask us for more details to see if we are a good match for your party. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Baby Beach, downtown Lahaina, the Cannery Mall, Safeway, Foodland, and many amazing local restaurants. The home is decked out with a private pool, barbeque, and infrared sauna. It provides large decks with daybeds for lounging, reading, meditating or just taking in the views of the West Maui mountains, the famous Lahaina sunsets, and a variety of birds and flowers – and that’s just on the outside.

As you enter from the downstairs you find a serene, yet comfortable living area with a large screen television, two elegant daybeds, travertine floors with rich and colorful rugs. The room shares an open area with the fully-equipped kitchen, including a full size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, island/bar that seats 4, filtered drinking water and ice system, and has a full compliment of cooking utensils, dishes, cookware, and serving bowls. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed outfitted with an organic memory foam mattress and organic sheets and pillows. There is an air filtration system, ceiling fan, and air conditioner as well to complete the package that earns this room the title of “Sanctuary.” The first floor guest bedroom has its own air conditioning unit and ceiling fan, along with a queen size bed that overlooks and opens out onto the pool. The guest room is tastefully decorated in subdued and pleasant tones, lending itself to a relaxing night’s sleep atop the memory foam mattress pad covered with 1500 thread Egyptian cotton sheets. The bathroom boasts luxurious travertine showers and floors, modern fixtures, and the added bonus of a makeup area with an oversized mirror.

For a completely unique experience, you can climb the antique spiral stairway to the second floor where you will encounter a “beachy-chic” ambiance. The wide open room with vaulted ceilings offers a super comfortable sitting area, flat screen TV, a fully-stocked 3/4 kitchen with its own refrigerator, and a cozy dining table that seats 4. The master bedroom on this floor is light and airy and bursting with color. From the Bali mermaid that hangs over the king size bed to the turquoise accents, the room radiates a tropical vibe in harmony with this beach house home. For ultimate comfort, this room also has its own air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. The guest bedroom overlooks the pool and offers the same tropical mood as the master, but with a queen sized memory foam bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning unit for supreme sleeping comfort. The bathroom is spacious and elegant with travertine showers and floors and a full view mirror for making sure you look your best before heading to Lahaina for a stroll downtown.

This eco-friendly, low/no voc paradise retreat is located within one minute walking distance from Baby Beach, a top choice for the locals of Maui. It’s popularity is derived from the fact that the water is almost always warm, calm, and suitable for swimming. It is also reef-protected water, which creates amazing snorkeling and child-friendly conditions. The home is in a private and quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to downtown Lahaina with its restaurants, galleries, ice cream shops, and myriad of stores. From the wharf in Lahaina, you can also catch the ferry to nearby Lanai or go for a whale watch on one of the many daily excursions. There is ample private, off-street parking for two vehicles. If you choose not to rent a car, there is a bus system that is very affordable and taxi services. For those of you who would like to meet the locals, Maui now has a network of Uber drivers who can get you to your destination and fill you in on some “must see” sights.

SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STIPULATED BY MAUI COUNTY AS A CONDITION OF SHORT-TERM (vacation) RENTAL PERMIT/LICENSE:

a) Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area;

b) Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited;

c) Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street;

d) No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur; and

e) Occupancy is for 2 guests per bedroom including children of all ages.

About Moana Diamond

Although I currently live in California, this vacation retreat was my family's home for a few precious years. We recently remodeled it after obtaining our Short Term Vacation rental license (STWM 2013/0007) with the intention of making a beautiful , eco-friendly and healthy environment for travelers. We have plans to continue renovations that will make this property the completely unique "get-away" that we envisioned from the start.

After years of vacationing on Maui, as my personal retreat and restore haven, I was making my usual, almost daily visit to hang out at Baby Beach. There was a "for sale" sign on the house at the corner. I could not resist buying the property.

What makes this house unique

From the minute the we closed on the home, it became one of my absolute favorite places in the world. It provides a front row seat to a quiet , tranquil, not-too-crowded yet centrally located treasure of a beach. It holds precious memories of my mom, who has since passed away, and it is my touch point with Maui, which I've always considered my home.

Our Sanctuary Master Bedroom(downstairs) has Organic Cotton Damask 300 count sheets made by Coyuchi . and an organic mattress, and mattress cover, a high quality air filter( made to help filter out allergens including VOG and solid hardwood bedframe .At least 2 sets of linens are provided for each bedroom. Perfect location! Look no further!

If you are considering this property for your vacation, I have free advice for you- JUST BOOK IT ALREADY!! Our party of ten stayed at the Baby Beach House for a week in April 2017. Five adults including grandma and four kids ages 13, 11, 8 and 4. This was a family reunion, halfway between the US and Australia. The house itself was perfect- two bedrooms on each level with very comfortable beds that we got adjusted to right away. There was an extra inflatable mattress that the teen happily set up in front of the TV upstairs. One bathroom on each floor with standup showers. The kitchen, which to my eyes looked small in the website pics, was in reality more than adequate. We cooked breakfast and several dinners at home and it was great to set up on the breakfast bar each morning. All utensils are provided and we did not need for anything. The kitchen side doors open out to a beautiful dining area where we enjoyed meals and drinks during the cool April evenings. My brother-in-law used the grill on a couple of occasions as well. Another set of doors leads to the pool, which was clean and well maintained. The kids basically lived in the pool when they were not at the beach (see below). The Lanai in the upper level has amazing views of the distant mountains and the foliage. The house was decorated quite tastefully. The overall location is good too. Safeway, Starbucks and Walgreens are a short walk/drive away. Walk to town to nice restaurants and shopping and to book other activities. Make sure to check out the Banyan Tree Park on Front Street. The owner and her entire team were super responsive, courteous and easy to deal with during the entire time starting from the reservation to the checkout.

But, the number 1 reason to pick this house is Baby Beach itself. It will take you literally less than a minute to walk over to the sandy beach. The water is very calm wo any big waves, so perfect for everyone including the little ones to swim, play and snorkel. We saw needlefish, butterfish, parrotfish, boxfish, triggerfish and several others types of sealife. Personally I loved the views of the coastline and the town from the beach. The beach doesnt get too crowded and there is plenty of room for everyone. We checked out a couple of other beaches, including Ka'anapali which was beautiful as well, but for our party Baby Beach was perfect!

Great Maui Location

We were a party of eight adults for ten days and had a wonderful time. The location and amenities of Baby Beach House could not have been better. The house itself has plenty of room to either be together or have quality alone time.

Being one minute from a very nice beach and 10-15 minutes (walking) from almost any location in Lahaina was outstanding. Lahaina is a fun town and has plenty of very nice restaurants and shopping. The walk to town is pleasantly right on the ocean for a lot of the way. And the short distance means if anyone wants to stay in town after a meal and others wish to go back to the house and lounge by the pool or pop over to the beach its super easy.

Also with two grocery stores short distances (one is an pretty easy walk) away having meals at the house is easy. With a nice kitchen and great outdoor grill. And having a washer/dryer on site is great!

We all highly recommend this property as "the" location in Lahaina.

Lahaina Baby Beach Place

We go to Maui every year & until our trip Dec 7-17 '16 have always stayed at the Grand Wailea. The resort makes things so easy, especially with traveling with a small child.

We opted for a change this year. We wanted to be in our favorite town with a more relaxed atmosphere & change in scenery and entertainment.

The house is adorable in literally The PERFECT location.

You are 5 steps off Front St., and anything you need in a 5-10 minute easy walk. We were all able to walk into town for lunch/dinner/cocktails/shopping/dancing & safely walk back to the house. There are also bike rentals available nearby. Should you want a cab to Kanapali, it was very cheap for a van for 6.

The walk across the quiet street and to the beach was MAYBE two minutes - and that's walking with a group, including a 4-year old, toting boards & beach bags!

Baby Beach is a popular spot, yet we were never crowded. The snorkeling RIGHT OFF Baby Beach was amazing! No need to book a trip. The reef and varieties of fish & plant life were gorgeous.

There is barely a currant at BB. It's the perfect place for families with kids of all ages! It's a lovely place to take a walk after dark or catch the sunset!

That brings me to the house!

The dual story home is decorated very nicely. It's very clean and I love that it's a chemical-free home!

It is perfect for a large group due to the space & layout.

The lanai was a favorite of everyone in our group for coffee in the mornings and cocktails the remainder :)

We enjoyed the pool and BBQ space. The house comes with everything you need to cook all your meals, should you prefer that. Being on vacation, I didn't cook but it was great to be able to have snacks and a bar available.

We cooked 1 meal the night my husband, dad and sister-in-law all caught Ahi! The outdoor dining area is lovely!

The optional services available when you book this home - Grocery delivery. Yes. Grocery delivery. Before we left for Maui I placed an order with Denning's so we were SET right when we walked in.

In-home massage was another booking we all enjoyed!

Having a washer and dryer was awesome. We packed 1/4 of what we normally would have!

Both Moana and the property manager were responsive to any questions or concerns we had while we were there. Moana even let us buy a UFC, which she graciously set up for us. We booked 2017's trip while we were still there! Go!

The pool could be a bit warmer, but there were many clouds during our visit this year.

Baby Beach House

Baby Beach house is Lovely! We spent Christmas through New Years at this property and enjoyed it very much. The location is fantastic, easy 5-10 min walk to town and 1min to beach. It's very private, has a nice pool, two living areas, Al fresco dining, laundry and sufficiently equipped kitchen. The owner has done a nice job of decorating.

Perfect Maui Home

This lovely home is the perfect island getaway. The home is spacious and open to lots of natural light. Located steps from the beach and also within walking distance to iconic Front Street as well as the Lahaina Cannery Mall. The pool and sauna gives this property added value. Owner and property manager were responsive, professional and full of the Aloha spirit.

We live on Maui and staying here allowed us to feel like we were on vacation...without the need to fly! We will definitely stay here again.

Charming House in Perfect Location
