This home is one house from the river. Private heated salt water pool with southern exposure. Very quite neighborhood that's great for walking and biking. The home has a very large pool deck for sunbathing or just watching the boats go by.

Only 20 min to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island! This home is near everything!

Home is equipped with some exercise equipment, basketball hoop, 2 Kayaks, fishing rods, bicycles, beach chairs and scooters for the kids!

Why they chose this property

This home has a beautiful Tiki Hut that sits off of the river on a 200 foot plus canal. It has a southern rear exposure for the most sun on the pool and is located on a triple lot .

What makes this property unique

We have an amazing dock system with Tiki Hut overlooking the river south facing on a large 200 ft canal.
