Located in desirable Southwest section of Cape Coral, on a wide canal with Gulf access and a view of Lake Louise, western exposure which features maximum sun for your swimming pool. The home was recently renovated and newly furnished. The screened in pool and hot tub are perfect for a relaxing evening by the pool or lots of family fun. There is a huge dock with a large boat lift. Master Bedroom with King Bed. Two additional bedrooms each have one Queen bed. Many local boat rental companies available. Fantastic Fishing right off of the dock. Brand new 12x12 Tiki hut in 2016 makes this the perfect getaway location. Short drive to shopping, restaurants and beaches to fit any lifestyle. Large fish and Manatees can often be seen from the dock. Extra amenities include 2 Kayaks, 2 bikes, Tiki Hut, Boat Lift, complete house and pool sound system. Complimentary DirecTV and WiFi High Speed internet access. Large TV in living room and TV's in all bedrooms. Great neighborhood. The perfect getaway for any family.

Wonderful time!!!

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and well kept. Favorite things were the pool and having my coffee by the canal. The property was close to everything we needed yet so peaceful you couldn't tell. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Spot

This house was all we could have hoped for... The location was nice, Publix groceries is very close as are all stores, shops etc.. We rented a boat, so we were able to take full advantage of the boat lift and dock abilities. We were in the gulf in 45 minutes once we traversed the canals and other wakeless zones. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed riding the bikes they provided through it. We used the pool and spa daily. View during dinners on the lani were wonderful. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had. We will rent here again!

Great Stay in Cape Coral

We booked our stay at Pelican for 7 days. The home is absolutely beautiful and located near shopping and restaurants. We actually rode the bicycles to the Publix around the corner for groceries only 2 miuntes away. Many great restaurants all within 10 minutes or less from home. Fished in the canal and caught several fish and used the pool daily. We felt as if we were at our own home! On checkout day we were sad to have to leave. Bed slept great and furnishings are comfortable and in like new condition. Roger H

Great and relaxing place

We stayed here the week of 7/4/16 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view out the back of the house is very beautiful as the whole back wall is glass. All the furniture and beddings were high quality and we really enjoyed the pool. The new Tiki hut was a joy to sit under especially while a thunderstorm passed overhead - no leaks :) . I would highly recommend this place as it was local to everything - Publix, Starbucks, etc. Check out the Edison estate in Fort Myers as it was a fun and learning experience. Thanks for sharing your home!!

Decided to buy a vacation home in Florida in 2015. We have 2 teenage boys and we all love Florida's Gulf Coast. We wanted a house that we would want to stay at on our vacations and this is the perfect house.

Why they chose this property

We wanted something that we could take a boat right from our house to restaurants, beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. The Sunsets are beautiful and the Dock and Pool amazing. My boys love to fish, so they can fish and swim while my wife and I relax at the pool or Tiki Hut.

What makes this property unique

This house has everything.... Location is perfect, great fishing, lots of extras that you won't get at most properties. I promise you won't be disappointed. Just check out the video, it says it all (please note the TIKI hut is now new)
