Aloha and welcome to Rodanthe, NC. This 3 BR/3 bath (2 indoor, 1 outdoor) semi ocean front home was completely renovated in 2015. Enjoy the ocean and sound views from the expansive deck or take the 30 second walk to enjoy the beach! Inspired and designed from all your favorite TV shows; please make yourself at home in this classic beach cottage with a modern flair. All your towels and luxurious bedding are supplied to allow you to just show up and start your vacation. Each BR is fitted with black out blinds for those who need some extra R&R. New cordless blinds have been installed this year in the sun porch room.

This handicap friendly home is the perfect space to take in all the Outer Banks has to offer. Enjoy your meals from the custom farm table while looking out through a wall of windows toward the ocean. The modern European kitchen boasts plenty of space and a bar height counter for additional seating.

Each room has a wall mounted flat screen tv and is designed to maximize your senses to the Ocean. Rainy day or too hot? No problem, enjoy the outdoors from the decked out, open-air lanai. A large tiki bar is calling to be utilized for your anytime happy hour. There is a ¾ bathroom outside and plenty of space for all your favorite games.

Enjoy some of the best fishing in the Outer Banks as the Rodanthe pier is just one street away. No fishing license is required on the pier.
The brand new concrete driveway offers abundant parking and allows for a clean transition from the beach to your vacation home.

This classic beach cottage has plenty of space for the whole family. The bedrooms include: Master: King Bed and giant custom bath that is handicap friendly; Bedroom 2: King; Bedroom 3: Queen. Full towel and linen service provided.

Need a little help getting into the house? Please utilize our ground level handicap 48" ramp with the best views anywhere! If you can not or choose not to use stairs then this house is for you. Our local ocean rescue team can even be contacted to arrange your transport directly to the beach.

If you are looking for the best single family home the Outer Banks have to offer then this is the place for you. Please ask any and all questions so we can maximize your enjoyment while staying in the Aloha House.

Need more space? Aloha Too is next door and is 3BR/2 BA. You can easily entertain all in the Aloha House (seats 13 for meals). Why spend $$$ on a house and cram everyone together when you can have 2 complete homes. Please see listing for property photo and proximity to each other.

Easy to stay due to wheelchair ramp and lovely wheelchair shower. Few houses in Outer Banks have this disability access. And the view and beach access are very nice. The house was perfect—clean and comfortable; we felt like we were home. Close to market and gas. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful home super close to the beach

The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more to make our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. It’s very close to the beach and you can see the ocean from the huge deck. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor shower and bathroom downstairs were both very convenient. We would for sure stay here again!

The Aloha house was perfect for our family of 4. The attention to detail and beach aesthetic of the property added a special touch to our long weekend. It rained for a few days during our visit, but that didn’t stop us from surf fishing….and fishing off the Rodanthe pier (5 minute walk from the Aloha. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home

I rented this home out for short get away. This home is perfect for a short get away with friends. Super close to restaurants, great location ti the beach and pier. The weather did not cooperate with us but we still had a great time and is big enough for our crew of friends. I would recommend this house to anyone

For someone that lives in the mountains and longs for the water, it was wonderful to see and hear the waves from the house and walk just. over. there…to feel the sand on my feet and dip my toes in the ocean. The house was cozy and clean and —did I mention?—steps from the beach.

We LOVED our stay here! We always come to the Outer Banks, but this was our first time in Rodanthe. This house was absolutely perfect for us! We came down for a last minute beach trip with our baby for the first time, and this fit everything we needed. Host is great to communicate with, and they truly provide everything you need! The property itself is GORGEOUS - the photos don’t do it justice! Panoramic views of the ocean and pier from the 3 sides of the house/deck. Possibly the best VRBO we’ve had!

Labor Day Vacation

We arrived just in time to sit through a tropical storm. The house was wonderful. We could go downstairs under the house during the storm to get out of the house. The outside shower and bathroom were a bonus. There was plenty of room in the house for three couples and dogs. The property manager was very attentive and communicated well. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

THE BEST BEACH COTTAGE IN RODANTHE

You will not be disappointed in renting this adorable, comfortable and very clean beach cottage. The Aloha House has many outside nice features from the lower deck area with a bar and swing also includes a full bathroom and the upper deck has great views of the ocean. Only takes a minute to walk to the beach. The location is outstanding and there are numerous restaurants and shops you can venture out to near Cape Hatteras, Buxton and travel into Nags Head and other close villages. The Rodanthe Pier is also a quick walk and great for fishing. This cottage is definitely one our family will consider renting again for the week. You will love the charm and decor of this home!

This place is awesome!

We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again. The photos don’t do the property justice, IMO. VERY clean and well stocked house. There was nothing that we needed! The decor was nice and perfect, without too much stuff sitting around…You can tell a lot of thought went into the furnishings. Great outside seating areas on porch and also underneath house (a whole additional gathering area!) Even though the house isn’t “oceanfront”, there are views of the waves crashing and the Rodanthe pier out of the abundant windows, so we still had the oceanfront vibe. Communication with owner was great! Although we didn’t need anything during our stay, she made sure we had contact info. Hope to stay here again!

*10 star CLEAN* and a few steps to the ocean

If you've been searching trying to find the best place to stay that is right by the beach, dog friendly and extremely clean, stop right now and book this place. Consider this review to be the sign you were looking for! 😂 We loved Rodanthe so much better than the northern end of OBX where all the touristy stuff is. We were blown away by how clean this place was... Literally the cleanest rental we've ever stayed! The sheets and pillows were so nice and they provided tons of towels with no extra charges like some rentals do. We could see the Rodanthe Pier & the ocean from the deck. The house is just a few steps from the beach and it's on a nice dead end street so there is no traffic at all to worry about. There are no big hotels or anything around to make the beaches crowded. We had the beach to ourselves most days. They had beach toys and chairs to use and a nice rinse off station and outdoor shower/bathroom area too. The kitchen was great with everything we could need. There was tons of seating around the big table and bar area. The dryer and washing machines were top notch top and made me realize I need to upgrade my home machines! We also loved having an electronic code to lock and unlock the house so that we didn't have to keep up with a key. They even let us pick our own code. The house was close to good restaurants and even a local pizza place with free delivery. We're so thankful that we found this Aloha house and will definitely be back in the future.

Aloha house was a great place for our stay! It was well-equipped, super comfortable beds and had a great view with quick access to the beach…..just walk to the end of the street. My son only wanted to shower in the outdoor shower!We loved it and will be back!
