We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college house parties, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

This was the first time we stayed at Coral Shores but we have been coming to Atlantic Beach for 10 years! The beach was nice and quite and not too many people. The pool was very nice and the grandkids had a blast in it. The pool is open until 11 pm and that was a plus because the kids could swim after we returned from going out for dinner. Atlantic Beach is a onderful place to take the kids as there is plenty to do. We can hardly wait until next year to return and yes we will stay sit Coral Shores.

We have stayed at Coral Shores for 10 years, booking through Cannon Gruber each time. Each year our service from Cannon and Gruber has been exceptional. This year our experience with Cannon and Gruber was positive but our experience with Beacons Reach was a difficult one. We were notified within 1 hour of arrival no towels on the balcony. We immediately took the towels down, but watched as other units had towels on the balcony all week. Due to walkway maintenance at least 2 parking spaces were taken up with lumber and a trailer and Miss Mary notified us that 2 parking spaces meant you were required to use the garage as one tagged spot and Renters were only allowed one spot in the lot. In our ten years at Coral Shores we have never been told that you must have a tag to be in the garage. Large vehicles, trucks, and SUVs would not fit. Lucikily we had a small car that would fit. The third vehicle we were told had to be parked in the "overflow" lot. Cannon and Gruber graciously paid the $50.00 extra vehicle fee to park at the overflow lot. Again, we immediately complied, moving the vehicle only to see our vehicle the ONLY car in the overflow lot from Coral Shores for the entire week. Other units with owners had 3 vehicles, some with no tags in the lot and every garage was definitely NOT in use like we were told. Our family felt singled out and the attitudes of the Beacons Reach employees were rude and demeaning. We have always enjoyed renting through Cannon and Gruber but unfortunately our stay at Coral Shores was a stressful one due to Beacons Reach employees that need training on dealing with the public. Will not be back.

The location of Coral Shores was absolutely perfect!! Having the beach and the pool right outside our back door was amazing!! The condo was bigger than we expected. It had amazing views from all bedrooms. We were provided with more than enough linens. We were worried the upstairs would be hot since we were under a heat advisory most of the week, but the opposite was true. The condo stayed cool the entire time. We also downloade the Cannon and Gruber app. It gave us helpful reminders and made checking out easy. We really enjoyed our time at Coral Shores!!!

Great location, nice to have a pool, but if you're going with your family and are planning on cooking most of your meals, this isn't the best condo to choose. The pots, utensils, toaster, coffee pot, etc are very old. Because of the age of the cookware, you cannot cook without everything sticking (not even scrambled eggs). Spent a lot of time cleaning and scrubbing after cooking. Cable only worked on one TV. Leak in ceiling in hallway. Multiple roaches (not Palmetto bugs). Beds were very old, hard mattresses. Pretty disappointed after paying almost $2000 for one week.
