My husband and I stayed here with our three teenage kids and some of their friends. It was awesome! There were a lot of us and this place is so spacious, we weren't crowded at all. It has huge windows and we really enjoyed the gorgeous views! Beautiful cabin where everything works well and is clean.
The property management company was prompt with our requests for garbage service and we also called them because a bbq is listed as an amenity, but it was in the locked garage for the winter. They came over and got it out for us. Very friendly and helpful.
The driveway is huge and easy to get in and out of, which we appreciated in the snow.
We had a great time and enjoyed this place so much! We definitely recommend this home.
A few notes that are different from the photos and description for this property:
-the upstairs bathroom has the shower/tub (the photo caption lists it as the downstairs bathroom)
-there is another huge sofa in the big room downstairs (the photo only shows two) and they're the kind that feature a reclining option on the side seats!
-there is a folding table and four folding chairs in a downstairs closet, so everyone had a seat and table for meals (along with the bar stools at the counter)
-the master suite is huge and feels like its own retreat apart from the rest of the house! The master bathroom has a big tub with a beautiful view out of the window. So peaceful to watch the snowfall...
-it has 2 full bathrooms AND a toilet/sink bathroom (half bathroom), but the description only lists 2 bathrooms. Actually 2.5.
-it lists "pantry items" which I interpreted as salt, pepper, maybe some leftover coffee, a few spices... there weren't any of these items. Not even in the beautiful salt and pepper shakers on the table. Take your own spices, coffee, salt, pepper, oil... there aren't any food items.
-there weren't any large serving spoons (for soup, for example), but we found a measuring cup and used that to serve soup.
-dishwasher soap, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets were stocked in the cabin. Each time the property management representatives came (promptly and amicably) to pick up our trash, they brought more dishwasher soap and garbage bags.
-there were games there for us to use. Beautiful wood chess and backgammon games, puzzles, and a few board games and books.
-wi-fi is provided and it worked well.
-there is a vacuum cleaner in the closet and it works. No broom, but there were dust pans.
We have rented many properties over the years as our family gathers. This was a small gathering for us, a Father's Day treat for Gramps. Home is wonderful on every level. We loved the peace, the comfort, the beauty, the ease, the space, the amenities (including foos ball...which I don't know how to spell?) the deck, the views. It was a perfect couple of days and perhaps we will have the opportunity to come again. Thank you! I dare anyone to find any flaw in this property. It is indeed perfect.
