This 1920's Craftsman style bungalow is 1/2 block from the Naval Academy Stadium and within walking distance of the Historic District. Its close proximity to Baltimore, Washington DC and Maryland's Eastern Shore make it a great location for day tripping. This well appointed bright lower level apartment with private entrance includes many Craftsman details including a custom quarter sawn oak wine bar and kitchen cabinets. The open floor plan includes a living room and wine bar with fridge/freezer, sink and Advantium Microwave and Ice Stone counter tops. The apartment offers a bedroom with a full sized bed, full bath with tub/shower and laundry with washer/dryer. Guests are welcome to share the patio and backyard with the main house. Friendly pugs may occasionally greet guests in the backyard.
