We have owned this gorgeous condo for 16 years now. For the first time in 5 years, we are looking for a new winter tenant due to travel restrictions from Canada. This condo is perfect for either a family getaway, quiet romantic vacation, or a winter residence.

Why they chose this property

This condo has been remodeled with granite counters and has everything you need for a great beach side stay. The building is primarily owner occupied. You will have a very peaceful stay.

What makes this property unique

Amazing views, mostly owner occupied building with two month minimum rental. Three bedrooms two have trundle beds. Perfect for if you have guests and need more room! We have a locker fully stocked with umbrellas, beach toys, and chairs.
