Great ocean view and great location - enjoy the sun, sand and waves

Our condo has plenty of space and a beautiful 16th floor view - all in a building with nice amenities and that is convenient to everything that Daytona Beach Shores has to offer.
Our condo is perfect for families, friends and couples that want to relax and have fun.

The condo is well-equipped. The master bedroom includes a premium adjustable bed and a roll-in shower. There is enhanced cable TV throughout. In addition to the two bedrooms there is a bonus room (with sofa sleeper) that doubles as office space. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.

The ocean front balcony covers the entire width of the condo and the building is right next to one of the beach ramps.

The seawall, pool deck and pool are brand new.

You will have one assigned parking spot in the garage that is on the lobby level.

In addition to an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean - with great beach views both north and south - the front of the condo has a nice view of the Halifax River and the Dunlawton Avenue Bridge.

Another wonderful stay with Niel! Love this location so much and perfect for a small family of adults. My parents and I had a great time once again at one of our favorite places and can't wait to come back next year. Great communication if there were any minor issues.

We had an excellent experience over all. The living room furniture could have been more comfortable and we could have done without loud construction noise the last two days of our stay. Otherwise perfect!

The property is spacious and 6 adults would be very comfortable. Beautiful view right on the ocean/beach, nice pool and hot tub. Parking was great right inside the garage, easy access in/out. The condo is well supplied with all kitchen items needed. The condo was clean, bright and comfortable. The Host was very accommodating as a result of some renovations being done in the condo above. We have not found a better host than Neil. He is so helpful. The condo is clean and comfortable with a new dishwasher and living room furniture. The master suite has a great mattress. Towers Ten is always clean and wonderful. You will love it here!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Daytona Beach property! Everything was exactly as expected, and Neil made the check-in process incredibly easy and convenient.The location was perfect. Waking up to the beautiful ocean view every morning was one of our favorite parts of the trip, and having convenient stores nearby made everything even easier.As a mom, I especially appreciated that the master bathroom had two showers. It made getting everyone ready so much more convenient, especially with kids.Another thoughtful touch was the stocked pantry with snacks and basic supplies. After traveling a long distance, it was so nice not to have to rush out to the store as soon as we arrived. We even added a few items to the pantry before we left, and we hope another family enjoys and appreciates it as much as we did.Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and couldn't have been happier with our experience. We will definitely be back very soon and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Daytona Beach!

We loved staying at this condo. We were here for 16 nights. Would have loved to stay longer! Weather was beautiful! Unit was clean and up to date. Master bedroom bed very comfortable. Sofas and throw rugs all looked new. Loved it was tile all way through. Nice amount of supplies was available. Appreciated beach towels and supplies! Pool area was beautiful. Loved the beach. We have stayed in many condos in Daytona over the past 30 years. We love the DiMucci properties! Would definitely rent this unit again. Host was wonderful! Checking in and out was a breeze. Parking area was in a nice covered garage. Lobby area was always very clean and had a good smell. Thanks for letting us rent! Definitely recommend and would like to return in future.

Beautiful views! Quiet and peaceful. Many great eating places within driving distance. Though the truck didn’t fit in the garage space, we always had parking space outside in the lot. Excellent response time from owner!

Great stay

The owner was great and communicated well. Property was awesome (even though there was still some damage from the hurricanes) and right by a beach access. Other people at the property were very friendly. Will definitely stay again next time we are here.

We had a great 3 weeks at this condo. The owner was very attentive to everything we suggested or asked. The views are fantastic, the pool is wonderfully warm and everyone was friendly and helpful. The additional den area was great for our teen. Appliances all worked and the condo was well stocked. It could use more serving bowlsbut we worked around it. I would happily go back.

Awesome summer vacation ! Everything was perfect, we did not want to leave. The unit was super clean and functional with everything you could possibly need from a fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, BBQ, beach chairs and umbrella. The owner promptly answered any questions and followed up regularly to make sure all was OK. Highly recommend this place !

Superb location!

Stayed 2 weeks in Niels' condo. Loved it. Walkable to numerous restaurants and a few stores. Gorgeous views of the beach and the intercoastal. Accommodations were good, beds comfortable. Numerous amenities. Would definitely return!

We've booked several apartments in the past, and this most recent one definitely belongs in the top category. Admittedly, the condo is a bit dated, but that doesn't detract from the overall comfort. The amenities and location are excellent. We felt right at home. If anything, the garage parking space, with its inconvenient location, is a slight drawback. But I can, and did, simply leave the rental car outside. We'd gladly stay here again.
