Review of La Playa property

The condo was updated and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the people go by and of course, that beautiful ocean. Marijulia was there for us when we needed her. Other than that, she just let us enjoy our vacation. I would recommend this condo and we would love to come back in the future. Lynne and Mike Melnyk

Amazing beach house , Great location

We stayed for 2 weeks in this nice beach house with sea vue. Located on the Hollywood brodwalk , it was a perfect location for us. Planning on going back for sure.

Wonderful location

The LaPlaya is in a great location. It is right on the broadwalk with fantastic views of the ocean. The unit we stayed in could use some updating. The bathroom sink did not drain well and there is no normal size oven. Just a toaster oven. Otherwise very nice. Owner was always available to answer questions.

Perfect location, beautiful home.

La Playa wins again!

My family and I have stayed at this beach and this building several times and it never fails to disappoint. The location is close to all the action yet just far away enough to be quiet for sleeping with little ones. All the right accommodations for a stay and a host who is second to none in terms of communication and flexibility. We will certainly be looking to stay once again as soon as possible!

Great stay in this condo. Steps from the beach. Great view of oven and beach. I

The rental process was easy. Great communication with the owner. She answered all my questions quickly. We spent 21 days and had a great time. The condo accommodated 4 adults and 2 children. There were beach chairs in closet but we had brought our own. Loved the location. The condo is located right on the broadwalk . You can walk to shops and restaurants .

A Day in Paradise

-Begin the day with racquetball. Free courts 2 blocks away, paddles provided by owner -Then jump in the pool, pool toys provided by owner -Next off to the beach, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, toys provided by owner -Off to dinner in one of the many restaurants on the boardwalk a short walk away - Then free concert 5 blocks away on boardwalk next to Margaritaville, Weds- Fri, 7-9pm. Great condo, great location

The condo was clean, with a newly remodeled kitchen. However, the kitchen does not have an oven or dishwasher. The location is on the beach, with many bars and restaurants just a short walk down the broadwalk. You get one parking space, and there is a laundry room on the main floor that takes a credit card.

Perfect in every way

Last year, I stayed at a timeshare in Hollywood. I met some friends on the Broadwalk and we sat in front of this hotel. I told my friends that this was on my bucket list. I made it. Everything was perfect...including the weather. I have never stayed in a unit that was as well stocked as this one. There is so much to do and see. You step out your door and the ocean is right there before you. I would highly recommend the all day EcoSafari trip to the Everglades. It was fantastic. There are many nature parks to visit and people watching is the sport of the day. I am very grateful to our hosts for sharing their home with us and I sincerely hope to return.

I loved the condo! Location could not have been better. Right in front of the beach access. View on large terrace was amazing. Perfect level and condo was perfect spot. The boardwalk was fabulous. Absolutely Perfect!

Looking for great location to beach, boardwalk, restraurants or in general, Paradise. Look no more...you will find it here. From the moment we were met by Mairjulia and Fonzi we felt welcome. Their warm smiles immediately took away all our worries. When entering the condo, we found fresh flowers awaiting us. All instructions (very few) were given and they left us to enjoy and explore. The condo has recently undergone total renovation. Beautiful! We are in our mid 50s and brought along my father(75). He awoke each morning to drink a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from the table on our balcony. When I awoke we took a three mile walk on the boardwalk/beach and then had breakfast at one of the outdoor cafes. We rented a car, but you really don't need one untles there are places you want to visit. There is enough on the boardwalk to keep you busy. We walked down to the Boardwalk Theater each night to see what was happening. (7:30-9:00). Very entertaining and everyone was enjoying themselves. If you're look for a getaway, but still close enough to attractions...this is your place. In under 100 steps you can step out your door to a balcony,down to the pool/common area, The Boardwalk, and sit beach. It was amazing to watch people walk by and just stop to look at this location. I (honestly) had three different couples ask me contact information for renting. I was just sitting on the balcony reading and they got my attention from The Boardwalk. Stay for all the reasons I mentioned or just for the kindess of The Balarts. They are really nice peole with a lovely beach home.

Great Time at the Beach!

I love Hollywood Beach, but my fondest memories are of staying at this unit and building. It was the first time I was staying right on the beach, and I loved the easy beach access you get when staying at a small building, as opposed to a mammoth condo complex. I also loved coming in from the beach to the pool area and enjoying a swim there, or a rest in the shade. The building has a great location, because it's close to all the Broadwalk action, but still a little off to the side, so you can enjoy a quiet time as well. The unit is spacious and well appointed, and the owners easy to work with and willing to accommodate reasonable requests. I stayed in 2007, the system would not take that date.
