Mother Daughter Getaway

My mom and I had such a great time! We were able to enjoy quiet reading at the cottage, the beautiful beach and the adorable town full of shops and eateries. Would absolutely go back! Great host and fantastically equipped and decorated place to stay.

Cozy cabin that is very clean and well appointed with practical furniture. Bathroom has full sized shower, which is difficult to find in small cabins. Within walking distance of Ludington Beach and downtown Ludington. Quiet in the evening. Would stay here again.

We loved this cabin! We came up to spend the weekend playing pickleball, and needed a cabin close. This was not only close but also had a community area with grills. We will be back!

Lovin’ the Beach Life!

Love the quaint little cabin! Just a short two minute walk to the beach. Hosts were great! Very nice and quick on their responses. Great place to hide away from life for a little while!

Ludington Cottage

This property was as expected-cute,quaint,& near Lake Michigan. Check in & out process was a breeze & property manager was very communicative. The place was clean & had needed amenities for the weekend, except coffee. Starbucks, however, was a close driving distance away. We would definitely stay here again. Location was great. Close to restaurants, bars, & state parks.

Perfect summer vacation home

Cute cottage with a fully functional kitchen. Well stocked with all the utensils and linens we could need. We love the deck out back with tables and big gas grills on which we cooked some fabulous meals. The cottage is clean, well maintained and lovingly decorated for a very homey feel. The host is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Ludington Cottage

The owners love for this property shines throughout this entire cottage. The Cottage is super clean, comfy and the details in the decor are so well thought out from the many baskets for storage to the sailboat toilet bowl flusher :) such a sweet cottage. We had a wonderful 4 day weekend and really hope we are able to plan another visit soon. We loved the outdoor space and going for walks along the beach every morning. Thanks for sharing you space with us!

Good location

We have been staying at Park View cottages for the last 22 years or so but this is our first time renting through this host. We have two other groups that come with us & they also stay at PV. The reason we come back is simply the location, the walk to the beach is the perfect distance. We are use to staying at the main house, which is no longer being rented, so we felt a little crunched in this smaller setting. There is not a lot of storage for clothes. There were a ton of totes and pillows that we had to store in our vehicles so we had room for our things. It would be nice if there was a dresser in the cottage (there are drawers under the trundle), & less decorative totes & pillows. It is beautifully decorated but it just needs more practical storage (get rid of magazine/book holder & put cabinet/storage for food, wall unit in bathroom with small totes was really just for decor with small boxes in it...need more small for toiletry bags instead). We had to plunge our toilet quite frequenty... & the shower is very small and challenging if you have little children....just make sure you have a big pitcher to rinse kids off with (which they do have in the kitchen). There were lots of little red beatles in the house & no air condition. The pans they supply are great & easy to clean. We also liked that they had beach chairs, umbrella, beach chair clips, & a drying rack. I would also like to suggest getting a streaming device for the TV. This place is probably best for 2 not 4

Cutest cottage in Ludington

I can't say enough about this darling little cottage. It is decorated in all nautical items and so clean! I was able to connect with Linda prior to my stay and get the code for the door and even communicated with her during my stay. Although the cottage is tiny, it has all the amenities one needs. and, it is only 2 blocks to Lake Michigan beach. I highly recommend it.

You'll want for nothing

This property is so fully equiped that you only need bring food and luggage to make for an amazing stay. The block from the beach was perfect. Loved our stay!!

Small but perfect

This cottage is perfect for a home base for a beach week. My 13 year old and I stayed two nights and my husband and 16 year old joined us for 2 more nights. It’s cozy with 4 people, but was just enough space for us all, especially since most of our time was spent outdoors. The only thing I would change is that it’s a little challenging to find a place to put the 20 throw pillows at night (although they are very adorable).

Cute cottage in perfect location!

Even though the cottage was smaller in size, it had everything and more for our stay! Despite not having an AC unit, it stayed comfortable and cool with breeze from water. My toddler slept very comfortably and had no issues. Highly recommend if looking to stay in Ludington. Beach is right across the street and walking distance into town. It was a great stay and hoping to come back and visit again.

Great Stay

I was looking for a place close to the beach for my 2 kids and I to have a short vacation. The cottage was extremely clean and the decor was perfect. Great location as we could just walk to the beach and return home for lunch. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience!

Small, but charming and convenient

Cottage 3 is small but they make very efficient use of the space. We had everything we needed for a beach vacation. The location is perfect! Only half a block to the beach and walking distance from Downtown in a lovely neighborhood. But...If you are a very large person, you may not fit in the shower. I also thought the bed was going to be a queen, but it too small for us to sleep together.

Adorable cottage in excellent location

We loved our stay at the cottage - it is so cute, clean, and inviting. We enjoyed eating on the back patio, and we walked to the beach and the downtown restaurants. We were a short drive away from the State Park, so we couldn't imagine a better location. The whole check-in and check-out process was easy and made for a refreshing escape and long weekend for our family.

Get away

Loved the cottage and it's location. Very close to the park and the beach where we viewed several sunsets during our stay. Also close to downtown which we visited many times. We would stay here again.....Great trip

I provide all linens, towels are changed midweek.all paper products, foil, zip lock bags and trash liners are stocked for your entire stay. Two beach towels and two beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided. I have a list of things/places to go posted inside this cottage. Just bring your food ..personal items!
