This adorable cottage" has a bright and clean sailboat theme. The walls and ceiling are the orginial I knotty pine, complete with a working fieldstone fireplace, heated ceramic floors, cozy kitchen with everything you would need, Very clean and well maintained. This is a non-smoking resort. 2024 replaced loveseat mattress and cushions..32 in. flat screen/dvd TV..toaster ..coffee maker.. pots and pans, outside Adirondack white chairs and table. 2025 larger tile shower …new heater, exhaust fan, lights, water on demand, outside light. This has a new keyless entry…4 digit code. Parking is free outside your door...no steps .
Newly installed... Ludington Beach ..hard surface walk way to the waters edge... in three places.. Great for strollers, wagons, and wheelchairs! This cottage is ALL Electric..New smoke detector. new fire extinguisher. new mattress. I have We asked all guests to read the information/guidelines that I have inside our cottages. We do accept longer stays..if you thinking about traveling north we would like to accommodate you. Let me know early …January, February, March. Please inquire about our availability and discount for longer stays.
……NO BOAT PARKING. No trailers..campers or motorcycles per Parkview Cottages Co-op Bi laws.

As of May 2025.. No EV Batteries are allowed in the cottage..you will be charged $500.00 by the Co-Op and asked to leave the property. No refunds will be given.

This is Cottage 3 we also own Cottage 6....7073939 ….ALL Cottages are privately

If you miss reading our House Rules....No fish in our refrigerator or freeze..no cooking fish inside the cottage..no coolers with fish inside the cottage.

There will be an additional cleaning fee of $200.00 or if we have to cancel a guest because of fish
odor..that will be added to your credit card.

VR will not let me share my phone number..I will text it to you once you book.

We also have a web site and business cards inside the cottage.

No refunds for Hoildays

My mom and I had such a great time! We were able to enjoy quiet reading at the cottage, the beautiful beach and the adorable town full of shops and eateries. Would absolutely go back! Great host and fantastically equipped and decorated place to stay.

Cozy cabin that is very clean and well appointed with practical furniture. Bathroom has full sized shower, which is difficult to find in small cabins. Within walking distance of Ludington Beach and downtown Ludington. Quiet in the evening. Would stay here again.

We loved this cabin! We came up to spend the weekend playing pickleball, and needed a cabin close. This was not only close but also had a community area with grills. We will be back!

Thank you for the 5 stars! I so glad your wrote “very small”. The reservation was for two guests .. you texted me and asked for a one night ...a beach day ....for your family. I reminded you that per our Bi-Laws we are limited to four guests. I do not accept reservations for four adults. The cleaner informed me that the cottage was “very dirty”. I would prefer you seek other accommodations. Thanks again Linda

You'll want for nothing

This property is so fully equiped that you only need bring food and luggage to make for an amazing stay. The block from the beach was perfect. Loved our stay!!

Get away

Loved the cottage and it's location. Very close to the park and the beach where we viewed several sunsets during our stay. Also close to downtown which we visited many times. We would stay here again.....Great trip

Great little spot!

Cabin #3 was perfect for us! It was adorable, clean, and perfectly located. The beach is so close that it was easy to go back and forth. It is walkable to everything and is stocked with everything you would need. We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

I was looking for a place close to the beach for my 2 kids and I to have a short vacation. The cottage was extremely clean and the decor was perfect. Great location as we could just walk to the beach and return home for lunch. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience!

Lovin’ the Beach Life!

Love the quaint little cabin! Just a short two minute walk to the beach. Hosts were great! Very nice and quick on their responses. Great place to hide away from life for a little while!

Adorable little cottage

This cottage is tiny, but it is adorable and has everything you need and more. The owner has really thought of everything. It's just a short 2 block walk to the beach. We went to the state park and several restaurants in town. We had a great stay and would definitly come back.

This is a seasonal rental and most of our guests usually eat and sleep here ...spending most of their time doing outside activities. I can’t do anything about the square footage..so I try to provide what I think you would need ..to make your stay as relaxing as possible. You are welcome back anytime! Linda

Perfect summer vacation home

Cute cottage with a fully functional kitchen. Well stocked with all the utensils and linens we could need. We love the deck out back with tables and big gas grills on which we cooked some fabulous meals. The cottage is clean, well maintained and lovingly decorated for a very homey feel. The host is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ludington Cottage

This property was as expected-cute,quaint,& near Lake Michigan. Check in & out process was a breeze & property manager was very communicative. The place was clean & had needed amenities for the weekend, except coffee. Starbucks, however, was a close driving distance away. We would definitely stay here again. Location was great. Close to restaurants, bars, & state parks.

Thank you for the five stars and the coffee suggestion. In the 19 years I have rented my property and Cottage 6 I have found that most food products quickly attract insects. During checkout I do asks all guests to hang up wet towels (spiders) take all your food with you (ants) take your trash out (flies). Since you were our last guests for 2023..I would like to take a second to thank everyone who enjoyed our cottages this year. Linda Owner

Cute cottage in perfect location!

Even though the cottage was smaller in size, it had everything and more for our stay! Despite not having an AC unit, it stayed comfortable and cool with breeze from water. My toddler slept very comfortably and had no issues. Highly recommend if looking to stay in Ludington. Beach is right across the street and walking distance into town. It was a great stay and hoping to come back and visit again.

Thank you for the five stars! This cottage does not have air ..you put it perfectly..there is usually a breeze and we are ten degrees cooler by the lake. I did have a guest who recommended air conditioning. The cleaner let me they had baked..not that I mind..but if it’s 89 and use the oven it will take awhile for this cottage to cool. Anniversary get away

Cutest little cottage! Very well decorated and has everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked and the fridge is full size. It is outfitted with baskets/hooks to keep all of your things put away and not feel like you are living out of a suitcase. Walking distance to the beach (mostly we drove to a more private beach out at the state park only 4 min.)and close downtown, yet in a quiet neighborhood.

Cutest cottage in Ludington

I can't say enough about this darling little cottage. It is decorated in all nautical items and so clean! I was able to connect with Linda prior to my stay and get the code for the door and even communicated with her during my stay. Although the cottage is tiny, it has all the amenities one needs. and, it is only 2 blocks to Lake Michigan beach. I highly recommend it.

Two beach towels and two beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided. I have a list of things/places to go posted inside this cottage. Just bring your food ..personal items!
