This oceanfront condo was immaculate, incredibly comfortable and the sunsets were spectacular! We loved the brand new Tommy Bahama furniture, and that we could see whales and sea life from the living room! Very romantic, and I would highly recommend this property to friends and family, for a couples getaway, or for older travelers. Next time, we'll stay longer!

You can easily park your vehicle in the driveway and walk to several beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes, rental shops and downtown Santa Cruz from this desirable and very central location. Walk to the Santa Cruz Muncipal Wharf http://www.cityofsantacruz.com/visiting/santa-cruz-wharf where you purchase the catch of the day from the Stagnaro Brothers http://stagnarobros.com/ (the largest fish market in Northern California) and listen to free jazz every Sunday afternoon.

Bike rentals are nearby and trails abound to take you in every direction alongside the water’s edge, or up into the mountains.
