This spacious contemporary home is just 0.7 miles north of Wellfleet Center! Located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom home has comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces.

Enter a foyer which leads to the the main living space with dining area and living room. The living room has comfortable seating and flat screen TV with cable and an ornamental fireplace (not for tenant use). The dining area has a large table with plenty of seating. Just off the dining room is the nicely equipped, eat-in kitchen. Beyond the kitchen is a family room with comfortable sofa--a quiet place to curl up with a book or get some work done.

The first floor also has one bedroom with a twin trundle (two twins) and a bathroom with tub/shower.

The second floor has a primary bedroom with queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a private balcony deck. There is also a bedroom with two twins (may be put together to make a king bed) and another full bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.

Air conditioning: There are three ductless split unit air conditioners on the first floor--one in the main living area, one in the sitting area off the kitchen and one in the bedroom with twin trundle. There is central air conditioning on the second floor.

Just off the family room is a screen porch. A door from the screen porch leads to a large, lovely deck with gas grill, outdoor table and chairs and additional seating--a wonderful spot for cooking out and relaxing. There is an enclosed outdoor shower on the deck.

Comforts include WIFI, cable, washer/dryer, air conditioning, gas grill, deck and enclosed outdoor shower.

Head down to Wellfleet Center and Harbor for restaurants, shops and galleries. Short drive to Wellfleet's ocean and bay beaches, freshwater ponds, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites and the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
