¡Casa completamente nueva durante todo el año con todas las comodidades, mucho estacionamiento, wifi, TV directa, chimenea, segunda nevera, lavandería con lavadora y secadora grandes, cocina abierta perfecta para familiares y amigos! Parrilla de gas al aire libre y mesa alta con chimenea, ¡ideal para cenas al aire libre y café por la mañana! Su estadía también incluye acceso al lago (cruzando la carretera, 600 pies), muelle para relajarse, kayaks y bote de remos. También hay espacio para atracar botes o motos de agua si es necesario. Host was very welcoming. There were cookies and a bottle of wine for the adults and a wine glass with a poop bag and biscuits for our furry family member, it was so cute. House is beautiful with an amazing view !!

Fall Bro's Trip

This house was amazing! We have been coming to the lake for 15 years and this was our favorite house yet. Open layout and plenty of room. The view of the lake is 5-stars by itself.

Great house!

Homey Stay!

Location was perfect,amenities were good,outside seating areas amazing, beds quite comfy,loved the kitchen,it was vey cozy feeling with that great island!! Wonderful view of lake. Only downfalls were the faucet handles in hallway bath,they didnt line up right and was hard to figure out water temp ratio. And we were surprised we had to wash our linens prior to leaving,it worked out ok though because some had a late flight . We were driving and left quite early,,so it could have been an issue but it worked out with part of our party leaving later. I would just be sure to note that in the description so folks can plan ahead or bring their own linens. Would book again with a big group,so much room for 6-9 people!

A great place to stay in the Finger Lakes

My husband and I spent a long weekend here with 2 of our friends and had a great time! The house is just as it's described and there is plenty of room to move about without being in each other's way. The kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast each morning before heading out to go wine tasting or for a hike. We stayed in October and the view of the fall foliage on the lake was top notch. We appreciated and enjoyed the fire table on the deck which helped to take some of the chill away while catching up with friends on those cool October nights. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Modern House with Lake Views

Really nice house, great layout, plenty of space for everyone. Gorgeous open deck with lake views. A short walk downhill to private docks and lake access. The swim platform was a hit with our kids and they loved learning to kayak around the shallows. We enjoyed the areas of Watkins Glen, Hammondsport, Penn Yan, Keuka Lake and Senaca Lake during our stay. With so much to do and explore around the Finger Lakes, it’s no wonder we keep coming back.

Great house and view!

We spent the long holiday weekend at the property which was great. Between the beautiful views, lake access, and local attractions, the group had a fantastic time. Shona and Tom were very friendly and helpful hosts which made the experience even better.

Nice family getaway

We had a very nice stay at the property. The owners were nice - they even left treats for the humans and the dog. We had everything we needed.

Lovely Keuka Lake Retreat

This house is so lovely and perfect for our girls weekend getaway. The house is beautiful, situated a short drive from Hammonsport, with a view of the lake. It was very clean, had plenty of room for the eight of us, and Shona was so friendly and helpful.

Excellent Experience

We have been renting beach front condos and Lake Homes for the past 15 years and this experience has been one of the best! Shona is very attentive and accommodating, responding to messages very quickly. I recognize and appreciate the trust she has in her customers by not requiring a damage deposit nor a signed contract. The home was very nice, especially the back deck!! We're very much looking forward to staying here again in the not too distant future.

Gorgeous views of Keuka Lake

Our family enjoyed the beautiful view from this lovely property. Home is set up nicely for multiple family members. We enjoyed the fire pit and fire pit table for the cool nights. We brought our fishing boat which the owners let us tie up on their dock. Also rented a pontoon boat which was extremely fun! Owners are VERY responsive to any questions or needs that may arise. It was an excellent vacation. Highly recommend!

Had a great staycation with my big family. House is very clean, spacious, with amazing island kitchen. Location perfect, overlooking the lake and Mountain View’s. Highly recommended. Will stay again in the future!

Overlook at Splitrock

We loved the Overlook at Splitrock! The view from the deck was amazing and a perfect spot to eat, chat, and just hang out. The kitchen was beautiful and spacious with everything you need to make a light breakfast or hearty dinner. Having three full bathrooms was perfect for everyone to get ready at the same time! This was our first time at the Finger Lakes - we'll definitely be back and would love to stay at the Overlook at Splitrock again!

Quick escape

Wife, 2 daughters (2 and 3 y/o), and our aunt and uncle stayed for a few days right after LDW. The house is in a great location and we had a great time with the all the lake amenities provided by the owners. There were 2 kayaks, a SUP, a paddle boat that fit 4, multiple docks and a floating swimming dock. The beach is rocky (as expected) and the depth is gradual and 25-30ft in its still only 3-4ft deep which was great for small kids and our dog. They also have a pontoon boat for rental right at their dock! The water is crystal clear and clean. You can either walk to lake and cross the street (it’s a bout a 3-5 min walk across a large yard and one street that is easy to cross with lots of visibility) or drive in the car for 30 seconds and park at one of the owners 3 properties. We walked every time with absolutely zero issues with the kids. The owners are amazing and friendly. The house is deceivingly huge. Sleeps 10 in beds plus coach space and very open. Inside is updated and very clean. The back deck is beautiful and the grill and gas fire table (direct gas line) made everything easy to use. They built this house for renting so it’s set up perfectly and well appointed with all necessities. In all this is a great spot at a laid back lake. I would rent here again without hesitation.

Best experience!!

Not only was the house amazing so was the owner! She met us there on check in and showed us the property. She was sweet and kind! This was my first time using vrbo and I was surprised by how easy it was and I think it was because this owner was so nice! I will definitely stay there again!

Great family home!

We stayed for a long weekend after 3 long months during COVID-19. We were six adults, 3 children age 2 and under and a yellow lab. The house was perfect for us! There was a pack-n-play and high chair, and the kitchen was completely stocked! We spent most evenings on the deck which was completely safe for the toddlers. The fire table was great for late night chats after the kids were in bed. Shona and Tom were so welcoming and gracious! The large yard was perfect for our dog and the kids to play in. We hope to be able to stay again! Thanks so much!
