Such a beautiful house! Very comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked, host was very communicative and provided recommendations for places to eat. Overall a fantastic home in a beautiful location that is quiet and minutes from many things to do and see. Highly recommend!

Great weekend in Carmel

Accommodations were wonderful - two bedrooms and a loft . Kitchen is great and backyard is cozy. Hot tub is a little jaunt up the hill but lovely view!

What a gem to enjoy Carmel by the Sea!

We are on a Spring Break road trip from LA to the Redwoods. What a nice place to stay a little longer than a new hotel every night we are doing otherwise. The place is perfection! The house, the host, the town, the area. We look forward to returning.

Great VRBO - well decorated, clean, great outdoor spaces. We loved the location. Walkable to beach and close to downtown and nice quiet area. (Only addition I would add is another full length mirror in bedroom or 2nd bathroom - we had to dress up for a few dinners and would have been more convenient to have that). But we loved it!!

Very hospital owner and lovely property

The home was lovely. Very comfortable beds. The owner,Laura, was easily reachable and helpful with local information. The mark against the listing may have been VRBO’s fault (listed a gym on premise which was incorrect). We were sad that the fireplace did not work as it was a rainy weekend, but the lovely home and hospitable owner made up for it. Great stay overall.

FABULOUS Property

We had a fabulous time at this property! It comfortably sleeps 6 adults and has excessive living space, both indoor and outdoor. The kitchen and finishes in this house were top notch. The hostess was extremely responsive and accommodating when we arrived in town early. It’s located on a very quiet street with only one other home on the hillside that made for INCREDIBLE views off the front patio. It was a great location close to downtown Carmel. We hope to visit again soon!

Lovely home and great location

This property is a gem. We will definitely stay here again if it is available. We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The home has a well equipped kitchen and nice layout. We used only 2 of the 3 bedrooms. We also used and enjoyed the hot tub. The property is located an easy 5 minute drive from the many restaurants and shops in Carmel by the Sea. (Plan ahead and make reservations!) Excellent communication and easy check-in and checkout.

Even Better than the Pictures

This rental property is absolutely stunning. We travelled to Carmel for a girls weekend and booked this house for its proximity to restaurants, the beautiful view, and outdoor space. The house was even better than the pictures. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are very spacious and can easily accommodate a group of 5-6. We also loved the outdoor space, the hot tub, and the well stocked kitchen! They have every appliance you could possibly need, all the way down to a waffle maker. Communication with the host was very easy throughout the trip. I cannot recommend this property enough and hope to book again in the future.

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The online description is accurate. The house is tucked away on a very quiet street, so you can enjoy a morning coffee on the front deck or in the courtyard without any traffic noise. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are multiple nice sitting areas. The bedrooms were comfortable. We didn’t need to contact her for anything during the stay, but the host was always very quick to respond with pre-visit questions. Overall, an enjoyable visit.

Private and Fabulous!

We just returned from our stay in Carmel and couldn't be happier with our choice of rentals. First off, Laura was very easy to communicate with during the rental process and during our stay. She responds quickly and graciously! The house was perfect for our group, very comfortable, clean and the perfect location. Lots of dishes, towels, laundry supplies if you need it, etc. Plenty of parking, and I loved the fact that we were on a quiet "private" driveway. The hot tub and backyard was a BIG plus. And we enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the front patio. We will definitely check to see if this home is available on our next trip back to Carmel. Thank you, Laura, for your hospitality and graciousness.

Charming rental

Lovely home near Carmel by the Sea. Very clean and nicely decorated, comfortable yet elegant. Kitchen was well appointed and very clean. Outdoor space with ping pong and hot tub was great with 2 teens. Loved front patio as well for morning coffee or afternoon wine. Highly recommend !

Comfortable, easy and sunny!

We had such a good experience staying at Hatton Fields. The house is really nice and tastefully furnished. We cooked a Thanksgiving feast and the well stocked kitchen was a big help. The outdoor space was lovely for eating outdoors and the sun shines into the living area all day. At night the fireplace is cozy and the beds are all comfortable. We will definitely return. We took walks into town for our exercise. Laura was very helpful, friendly, and responsive. Thanks!
