Tout sur cette belle maison du sens! Dès que vous entrez, il y a un sentiment de paix et de calme qui vous enveloppe tout. Que ce soit des teintes douces, des plafonds hauts, ou la lueur des magnifiques planchers noueux-pin, vous vous sentez immédiatement à la maison. La cuisine spacieuse a beaucoup de place pour manger ou se divertir. Vous trouverez armoires généreux, un grand cellier, beaucoup d'espace de comptoir fini avec le granit, et GE Profile appareils en acier inoxydable. Intégré dans la salle à fait bon usage de chaque pouce carré tout en un demi-bain complète le premier étage. Le deuxième niveau est l'endroit où vous trouverez une suite parentale incroyable, une salle de bain avec double lavabos, et une petite terrasse sur le côté où vous pourrez déguster votre café du matin. Une chambre d'hôtes à la reine, salle de bain complète et chambre avec lits superposés double peut également être trouvé au deuxième étage. Serpentent jusqu'au troisième étage où vous trouverez une autre chambre d'hôtes avec 2 lits queen et salle de bain complète avec douche. La salle de lavage peut également être trouvée dans cet étage. Perfect Getaway!

Loved this house and the location. Just 2 blocks off 30A, so close to the center of Seaside, but also had some privacy. Loved being right next to the pool. We were able to walk or ride our bikes everywhere. Private beach access a plus. Used the concierge service for dinner reservations and bonfire setup. Very convenient. Great vacation and we will be back!

Great House for a family getaway

Great Seaside Home

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Perfectly Chilled, however, if you are staying with 10-11, the main living floor is very tight. It appears bigger in the pictures and is a bit misleading. Being at the back of the community is also a bit difficult to navigate vehicles. If you have a party of 6-8, this house is great for you.

Good, but not great

Reviewer Comments: I love Seaside, I LOVED this house last summer, but it was just ok this year -we were disappointed with the wear and tear very visible in the house - especially the floor in the kitchen - it was so buckled that we all tripped over it SEVERAL times - basically a hazard all of the time - especially if there are people in your group not steady on their feet.

The home had a water leak during high season leaving very limited time to address it with demand. As soon as the house opened up in early August the owner replaced the floor in the kitchen and half bath with a beautiful tile that work really well with the surrounding wood. I hope you will give Perfectly Chilled another try. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back to Seaside again very soon!

Unexpected surprise!

Reviewer Comments: We were initially booked into a 2 bedroom 3 bath unit, but earlier that day I received a call from Homeowners Collection stating that because of the rain, the roof started leaking; they would have to move us to another unit. They gave us all the pertinent information for the new rental, but when we arrived someone else was in it. We went to the office, and the 3 people from Homeowners Collection placed us in the only unit available, a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home. They made sure all was well before we took possession, and even sent a maintenance man over to change some burned out light bulbs. The home was right by the adult pool and the fitness center, a perfect location for us. They did an awesome job getting us a place to stay.

Cheaply finished, poor location, won't return to this house

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed in many many properties over the years in Seaside ranging from relatively luxurious houses right on the beach to original cottages on the East side that were desperately in need of updates. This was without question our least favorite and we will not stay in Perfectly Chilled again or in Venice Circle. This trip was booked late and it was all that was available for our needs. Venice Circle is claustrophobic, noisy, and too tucked away from everything. The house is incredibly cheaply finished and fitted and no significantly less expensive than other nicer properties. Think everything bought at Home Depot level quality: cheap flooring (what is that cheap stuff stuck on top of the stair steps and first floor??), cheap cabinets, vanities, the cheapest possible appliances, washer and dryer, tiny TVs, etc. etc. Pretty sure I have never seen fiberglass shower tray/pans outside of a mobile home or RV before. The house was clean and functional, but way less than special and we won't return, there are so many other better options. Seaside as always was wonderful if a little spring break crazy.

Perfectly Chilled was a HIT!

Reviewer Comments: We had 6 people stay at Perfectly Chilled the 2nd week of June at Seaside Florida and had a great experience with the home and with Homeowners Collection. A representative of Homeowners Collection met us at the home within a few minutes of our arrival to ask if we had any questions. The location of this home is perfectly located right next door to the fitness center and just steps from the adult pool and kids playground. Just a 5 minute bike ride is Seaside's pavillion and food trucks, book shop, coffee shop and a dozen places to eat. A quick 5 minute bike ride to the large family pool made this the perfect location. Just steps away from our front door was the covered pool which was a perfect relief from a hot sunny day. Homeowners Collection gives you access to the private homeowners/guest/local beach access (Tupelo St. pavillion is a 5 minute walk away and has a private bathroom and two showers to rinse off) which was not crowded at all. The kitchen could use a large frying pan as we only found an assortment of pots and a small 8" frying pan but as most travel here with families a large frying pan would be helpful in the kitchen. Publix is a quick 5-7 minute car ride or 10 minute bike ride away which was very helpful. Make your restaurant reservations well ahead of time and if you need umbrellas and chairs contact the designated company used by Homeowners Collection well ahead of your arrival or simply set up your towels behind the chair/umbrella rental company set up which worked well for us as well. The home itself was clean and true to the pictures.

Perfectly Chilled was Perfect Indeed!

We had 6 adults / 2 teens and 2 children and the house was perfect size for our group. The half bath on the main level was great so no one had to climb stairs for bathroom breaks during the day time hours. We were located super close to the adult and family pools and that was nice as well. We rented bikes to get around the property and had them delivered to the house which added an extra measure of convenience. We also took advantage of the beach chair set up each day so we didn’t have to carry chairs to the beach. Highly recommend!!!

Love seaside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this vacation home at the last minute so was our only option. The location is great. Short walk to the beach and to the town. Right next to pool and fitness center but we did not use either. The bunk room is very small and hot (needs a fan) but the other rooms are good sized.

Perfectly Chilled Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was quite good and we enjoyed our stay at Seaside. There were a few issues with the building we stayed at. The dryer wasn't performing properly and it turned out the vent was completely plugged. Also, the wood floor in the kitchen area in front of the refrigerator was buckling and was a tripping hazard or a place to stub a bare toe. It really should be replaced/repaired. Finally the code provided for the pavilion bathrooms was incorrect and we had to call for the correct one.In spite of these minor inconveniences, we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our 50th wedding anniversary with our entire family at Seaside. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone asking about it. We ate at a different restaurant every day, and although prices are a bit steep, quality and quantity of food was very good.

But, due to timing we did an interim repair to the floors. The home is already on block from August 5th through the 20th to install tile throughout the kitchen area. I'm sorry it impacted your stay. I also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the dryer and the incorrect code and was glad we were able to rectify those during your stay. We hope to welcome you and your family back to Seaside again very soon!

Perfect family vacay with littles

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family’s first stay at Seaside and it was a HUGE hit. This home was perfect for our adult children and 4 grand-daughters. Absolutely perfect location. The home is beautiful and so well equipped. Plenty of room for 9 people to have their own space. Loved the top deck at night and the screened in porch with coffee in the mornings. We will be back. One of our best vacations yet with all the family.
