Keuka Guest Cottage w/Hot Tub

The private hot tub is a real plus and is available for guests booking reservations.!. The cottage has three bedrooms. (Four total beds - 2 queen beds and 2 full size beds in the largest room) and one bath with shower. It is nicely furnished with large leather sectional couch, brand new and efficient electric fireplace, individually heated bedrooms and a wall mounted split unit heating and cooling system in living room. Enjoy fabulous panoramic lake views. Just steps down to Keuka's pristine shores. The perfect location for wine tasting or simply relaxing. Open and covered deck with dining table that seats 8 plus great sitting area. Enjoy your very own bonfire on the beach around the open fire pit. Just a 15 min drive to Hammondsport or Penn Yan- and 3 minutes into Branchport where you'll find two small grocery stores, the public library, a gas station, a church and a small restaurant.

We ask that you have parties only with registered guests - those people staying in the cottage. More than 6 people staying in the cottage - or having parties with additional non-registered guests will be subject to additional charges.

Your dog may be welcome. . Just Ask ! Crate trained dogs are generally ok...and bring dog's own bedding. No dogs on or in beds, please.

The stay at the Keuka Guest Cottage was memorable. It is a beautiful location, the amenities were good, although a another kitchen chair would have been useful. We found some board games and had a nice family getaway.

April Getaway

Tried Keuka in April. The boys love fishing up here. Although we had a cold rainy weekend, we had a great time. The property is cute and cozy for cold, rainy days. The host was excellent as well.

Great family vacation

We always enjoy our time at Lake Kueka and the cottage was a perfect compliment to a great long weekend. Our kids loved the hot tub, fire pit and easy access to the lake for swimming. Linda was very welcoming and a great host. The location was perfect for us as it's close to many breweries and our favorite bakery in Hammondsport. We can't wait to return next year!

Amazing cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this lakefront property! Very clean and comfortable. Met with host Linda who made us feel at home. The weather was great so we were able to enjoy the deck with a beautiful view, have a fire by the water, utilize the hot tub, and kayak. We cut our winery visits short to come back and enjoy the property. We will be coming back!
