This cottage is one of two cottages - side by side. During the late summer and Fall, the owners utiize the "other" cottages - leaving this wonderful cottage available on a short term basis. The cottage has three bedrooms - and sleeps up to 8. It has one bath with shower, is fully furnished and equipped with fabulous panoramic lake views. Just steps down to Keuka's pristine shores. The perfect location for wine tasting or simply relaxing. Open and covered deck with dining table that seats 8 plus great sitting area. Enjoy a bonfire on the beach around the open fire pit. Just a 15 min drive to Hammondsport or Penn Yan- and 3 minutes into Branchport where you'll find two small grocery stores, the public library, a gas station, a church and a small restaurant.
We ask that you have parties only with registered guests - those people staying in the cottage. More than 8 people staying in the cottage - or having parties with additional non-registered guests will be subject to additional charges.

The owner Linda was there to greet us and was very nice, Great location on beautiful Keuka lake. We used the fire pit by the dock and enjoyed the view from the elevated deck. The only thing that could have been better is the water pressure in the shower. Would go again though!
Since water is pumped directly from the lake, we can only apologize and understand if it's not what you're used to. We hope everything else was what you expected and will return to visit us again. We're always doing "something" to make it better each year! You were great guests!
Beautiful, clean, great location!
Thank you to Linda and her family for all of their hospitality. the house is gorgeous and right on the lake. 10 mins from everything you need and 30 mins from all the vineyards. Highly recommend this house for couples and families.
Best weekend on Keuka Lake!
Had a blast at Linda's cottage on Keuka Lake. It was our first time visiting the lake, and it was breathtaking!
The water was clean and the lake was absolutely gorgeous. Linda and her husband were as nice as nice can be. They were there in case we needed anything at all, and were very understanding of our large group we had staying at their cottage.
The cottage is cute and clean, and the dock and fire pit right on the lake were perfect.
We couldn't of had a better weekend! Thanks Linda and Walt!
Erica...You and your gal friends were just wonderful! Your communication with me was also awesome. Had a few challenges with some of the guys... and I know you tried to control them...but 4 boys and a girl DANCING ON THE COTTAGE ROOF to super loud rap music?!!!! We tried to be understanding, but that was a bit out of the ordinary....you'll have to admit. Our neighbor did mention the very loud music and yelling during much of the evening until around 11PM, but boys will be boys, I guess!!! FYI one of the guests in the back bedroom left blood all over the floor - which I was able to scrub up, thank goodness. No attempt was made to clean it up. Also, finding a mostly used roll of paper towel in the bathroom - and no toilet paper on the roll....was a big concern for us. As the sign in the bathroom indicates, we're on a holding tank, and anything other than toilet paper can be a major problem and huge expense. (There were two rolls of toilet paper in the hall closet - or "someone" could have asked me) We're waiting to see if there is a blockage - which can take a few days to determine. We hope not.
The beach was littered with cigarette butts that didn't make it into the fire...including one that made it all the way into the paddle boat and left a small burn hole. No major damage...but kind of annoying.
I am very glad you had a good time. That's the point of renting a cottage! Because the cottage sleeps 8 in beds - that's the number of people that are generally allowed to stay on the property. Your reservation indicated 6 adults. Our holding tank had to be pumped out a week sooner (cost of $225), and if I'd known that many were staying, I would have charged another $75 per person. Just sayin!!!! Thanks for the great review! I really appreciated it - and know that you won't take my comments - or hope you won't anyway - badly!
old house but good location...
owners were kind & friendly. they stayed up late to welcome us home & made sure everything is ok. will visit again. thanks.
Huge number of awesome wineries, breweries and distilleries within just a few minutes! Heron Hill, Bully Hill, Dr. Franks, Steuben Brewery...and many more!
