NOTE: There is NO swimming pool or hot tub from April 1 – November 30, 2018 while they are remodeling it. This is true for all the condo complexes in the Peak 9/Columbine area. Our rates have been discounted during this time frame.

This 2-bedroom + Loft condo sleeps 6 comfortably. It has cozy leather furniture, gas fireplace, a deck off living area and master bedroom, large HD TV, and free WiFi.

The perfect location! In just minutes, you can walk to the high-speed ski lift at Peak 9 or to Main Street for dining, shopping, and nightlife. There is no need to drive around and look for parking.

The main-level master bedroom and upstairs bedroom have queen-size beds. The loft has a daybed/trundle bed to fit two single people or a couple. There is a full bathroom on the main level and a half bath upstairs. This is a third-story unit with vaulted ceilings and lots of light.

The condo is great for couples or families. Games and videos are included. Ski locker and free laundry on ground floor.

Fully remodeled inside and outside Summer 2012. All new kitchen and master bathroom, new carpet, new paint, and new TV's. It looks fantastic!

Sorry, not even small and/or well-behaved dogs are allowed.... This is a third floor unit with no elevator. There is no air conditioning in the unit, but there are a number of fans. This is a non-smoking condo.

We love being able to walk to everything -- town and the ski slopes. Breckenridge is such a cute town, and it offers amazing ski terrain for all types of skiers as well as great hiking, biking, and fishing in the summer. This condo is a dream come true for us!

What makes this condo unique

Great margaritas at Mi Casa, the Scooter Special at the Quandary Grill, playing video games at Eric's Underground, taking in the current play at the Backstage Theater, coffee and dessert at the Crown, rock climbing at the Rec Center, fly fishing in the creek, and enjoying one of the many festivals Breckenridge has to offer throughout the year.

Homey, comfortable and great for a group looking to explore breck

The condo had everything we needed, and was in a great location. I would definitely recommend this place to someone. My only complaint was we couldn't get the cable box in the master bedroom to turn on for some reason.

Great location

Nice condo in an excellent location. We were there to hike; and this location was on the south side of town, which put us closer the the trailheads. It was also within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants as well.

Breckenridge Condo

We loved Breckenridge. My family enjoyed the condo. It fit our needs completely. It was clean and well organized. Communication from Robin was great and we never had any issues getting a hold of her. We would recommend this condo to any family coming out to Breckenridge.
