"¡Sueños de verano!" - Su escapada de vacaciones frente al Golfo!

Completamente renovado 2 Br, 2. 5 baños condominio frente al Golfo con cocina actualizada, totalmente suministrada y lavadora / secadora de tamaño completo. Nuevos pisos en toda la zona del dormitorio de arriba, así como nuevos armarios y ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones. Arriba se ha repintado en enero de 2018. El dormitorio principal tiene ropa de cama Queen nueva, baño privado y vistas al hermoso puerto deportivo y al lago Powell. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y hermosas vistas al golfo y la piscina. La sala de estar cuenta con un nuevo sofá cama Queen con colchón mejorado y vista al golfo. Televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y dormitorio principal con canales de cable mejorados y Wi-Fi. Nuestra casa alquila de domingo a domingo.

Clean, and fully stocked with all you would need. The perfect spot for a family of 4! Our kiddos love the flexibility of going from the beach to the pool and back again! A fun restaurant at the pool- offering snacks and burgers- awesome drinks and a good break from the beach! The private beach is always clean, chairs and umbrellas for rent, tons of shells and an excellent beach for walking, family time and sandcastles! Vicki has been an amazing host for the past few years and we will definitely be back!! The perfect spot!!!

Room was Great! View was amazing, sunset and sunrise views from the room. The master bedroom seems to stay warm, and bright, sunrise gets you up early every morning. Would definitely stay in this room again. We love Pinnacle Port! The owner was great at communicating with us during our stay, as we had an issue with an appliance during our stay.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The views were great from the beach front balcony to the lake view balcony. Everything was very clean and ready for us to enjoy upon our arrival. Vicki was an excellent host and responded to all messages quickly. We will definitely be booking this condo again next year!

Great place to relax!

The unit is Very nice. It is decorated in a great thoughtful beachy tone. It was extremely nice having the bedrooms upstairs away from the living room and kitchen. The owner is very quick and responsive if any issues. We had an issue with the refrigerator and the owner had it fixed the next day, no problem!This is in no way a knock on the owner, the cleaning crew could do a better job attending to things like mildew in the showers or overall cleanliness of the kitchen area and floor. Nothing that couldn’t be solved with a deep clean. But I do know that with the summer season the inability to spend hours scrubbing before another family comes in… overall a great unit would definitely stay again!

Lovely condo in a fantastic location

Condo is clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The closet and drawer storage is ample and it fit everything I brought for 1 month. The bedding is comfortable, soft ,and high quality. The only downside is that this building is older, and there is alot of loud maintenance occurring on almost a daily basis. Hammering, pounding, drilling as well as common areas not being not accessible was disruptive and inconvenient.

Best Condo at Pinnacle Port

Carillon is a hidden gem and this condo was perfect for our family. The owners thought of everything with the renovations and furnishings. Master bed was so comfortable, master bath like a spa, kitchen table large enough to have friends over to play cards, ice maker in the fridge made enough ice so that we didn’t have to buy any, nice high top chairs and table on the balcony, great wifi and ac. We will definitely be back.

Better than pictures!

Extremely clean, decorated so cute, kitchen has everything you would ever need. Seems newly renovated. Location is great. 5 minutes from everything. Owner replied super fast with a simple question. We want to rent her condo again next year.

Everything you could need!

This condo is exactly what you need as a family with two young children! Safety was a top priority- right away I noticed the gated community with someone manning the gate 24/7. We had to verify our pass and entrance each time. Extremely beautiful grounds and well kept community, this truly is a hidden gem!!! Perfect for a family vacation! The owner, Vicki was quick to respond and very kind, answering any question I had. The condo was extremely quiet, we all rested very well. The beds are extremely comfortable. It is very apparent that Vicki spent time and paid attention to detail with updating and designing/decoration the condo. It is beautiful. The condo is newly updated, clean and had ample supply of items needed for daily living. The closeness to the beach and pool made it easy to switch back and forth with kiddos. The pool was well maintained and even has a great snack/bar area to buy snacks/drinks. The location was perfect, close enough to everything you would want/need, yet the gated community allows for quiet, peaceful relaxation at the same time. The beach was beautiful, plenty of seashells to collect, and easy to walk. It was never crowded, lots of space for kids to run and play and spend time building sandcastles. The community had so many perks, movie night at the pool was neat and the kids loved it. Live music during one of the days at the pool! I cannot say enough for how wonderful this condo and location was. We will surely be back! Thank you Vicki!

Beach stay

The unit itself is beautiful and recently remodeled and very spacious. It offered all the supplies we needed for cooking. Unfortunately, the unit was not cleaned when we arrived, due to an unexpected conflict with the cleaning service, so we did have to clean the unit ourselves upon arrival after a very long drive. However, the owner was very gracious and apologetic, and did extend a partial refund to us, which we appreciated. We really enjoyed the views from this unit, and the convenience of being so close to the beach, which was very uncrowded at this time.

Beautiful Condo!

My family loved our stay in this condo and enjoyed the grounds of Pinnacle Point! The owner was very communicative and strived to make sure our stay was perfect! You can't beat the location on the beach. ***10/10***

Another Wonderful Vacation

This was our second stay in Summer Dreams. It will definitely not be our last. Once again, it was absolutely perfect. It is incredibly beautiful from the furnishings to the views. We can't wait to get back!!

Great stay

The location and beaches are beautiful. The condo was wonderful and a great size for our family. It was clean and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. I loved both balconies, especially the quiet one off the main bedroom. The owner was a great communicator and provided all the information ahead of time for our stay.

A delightful Months stay

This was our second trip here, and again this year it was terrific in all repects. Accomodation more then adequate, being really well maintained,clean and well stocked. Amazing stay!

The property was very clean and inviting! The host was very responsive and the views from both balconies were better than any picture can show. We felt right at home! We enjoyed a very relaxing and fun trip. This was our 2nd stay at Pinnacle Port and won’t be our last! We will be booking this unit again for our yearly girls trip.

We love the water, deep sea fishing, golf and boating. We all love the wonderful beaches and of course, the outstanding dining and entertainment venues that "the Emerald Coast" offers.

This property in this place is truly unique. There is no more beautiful area of Panama City Beach. Being adjacent to Camp Helen State Park and gorgeous Lake Powell means the view is protected and will never change. The gated entry provides security to enjoy all that this very special property has to offer. From stand up paddle boarding on Lake Powell, to cycling from Pinnacle Port down to Grayton Beach, this property is ideal for relaxing with family or engaging in sports activities in a pristine setting.

No matter the season, there is always something enjoyable to do at Pinnacle Port. The indoor/outdoor poor provides swimming year round. The men's and women's sauna is lovely. With its own marina and access to the Gulf and Lake Powell, fishing, boating and kayaking as well as diving and snorkeling are available year round. There is an activity group that enjoys various indoor and outdoor activities in the off seasons. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf and Lake Powell year round while indulging your pastimes. Pier Park is less than 30 minutes to the east and the small, boutique 30A communities are 5 minutes to the west.
