Serenidad por el mar

Disfruta de una ubicación tranquila en el hermoso puerto Pinnacle. Nuestro condominio de dos habitaciones está convenientemente ubicado en el primer piso de la torre. Tenemos un espacio de estacionamiento reservado para que lo use durante su visita.
Este condominio cuenta con colchones nuevos (mayo de 2018), muchos muebles nuevos, pintura, baños renovados.
Nuestra sala de estar da a la gran piscina y a la playa. El sofá hace una cama queen.
El dormitorio principal de arriba tiene un balcón con una hermosa vista del lago Powell. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño privado completo.
La habitación doble tiene vistas a la playa, también. Hay 2. 5 baños en el condominio.
¡Disfrutarás de las maravillosas puestas de sol y arena blanca en Pinnacle Port! Aléjese de las multitudes pero lo suficientemente cerca para disfrutar de lo que la Ciudad de Panamá tiene para ofrecer.

Great Location

Great location, and great beach! Nice, deep white sand beach, not too crowded, just down from Rosemary Beach. Condo fit our needs well (2 couples), nice 1st floor unit. Very pleased.

Loved this condo! We’ve stayed in many at Pinnacle Port, but this one was by far our favorite. Great views, very clean and had all the amenities that you need for your stay! Great commmunication from the owners. We will definitely book this unit again next year!

Fall break

My family has stayed at this property several times in the past 35 years so we knew where everything was located. The property is always clean and well kept. It was the first time with this owner. Condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, pans etc. Dishwasher, refrigerator, stove are updated. Plenty of towels provided. This condo came with an assigned parking place which was really appreciated. I only had to contact the owner when making the reservation and when checking out but she was quick to respond both times. Two things occurred that were out of the owners hands. The whole building was without hot water one day from early morning until dark for maintenance. No warm shower after a day at the beach. The internet/TV service is really BAD. I called the number left in the room to report problems and left messages. I never received a call back. The internet would come and go which made it difficult for my granddaughter to turn in her college work for the week. Other than that, we had a really good week. I would like to rent this apt from this owner again in the future.

winter getaway

The weather was not as warm as we expected. Through no fault of the owner, the unit next to us, above us, and across the hall were all doing remodeling. We listened to sawing, scraping, pounding, etc sometimes till 10:30 at night. So not quite what we were expecting. Many of the restaurants were not open yet- were opening the week after we left.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a great view of both the beach and the lake from our condo. We loved the quiet, family-friendly atmosphere of Pinnacle Port.

Wonderful location! Could use some updating!

We enjoyed this condo for the most part! We loved the location and the parking spot was amazing, especially with small children! The couches were pretty dingy looking and definitely need to be covered or replaced. The kitchen appliances and washer dryer definitely need updating. Other than that, the condo was lovely and clean. Very convenient to the pool, and the beach.

We are glad that you enjoyed the condo and sorry you weren't completely pleased. Our refrigerator actually is brand new-delivered on June 5. We do have white appliances instead of stainless. Our w/d is older, but it still works great so we haven't replaced it. We hope that you did enjoy your time at the beach. Thank you for renting from us.

I loved my stay at Pinnacle Port!

I loved the actual resort, the condo (A133),but hated the room cleaner. We arrived early, and were told that we could see if the room was ready, if not go to the beach or pool. Well, when I entered the room, a lady yelled, "What are you doing here?" Then she looked me up and down as though I were scum, when she looked like trash in actuality. Anyway, she preceded to follow me outside and stated, "You know only 6 people can reside here. I'm only leaving 6 washcloths and towels." I stated,"That's fine." We all had our own washcloths and etc anyway, due to the strictness of face towels. Other than her attitude, the room was lovely. Everything was nicely cleaned. However, the living room area had a horrible smell, it smelled of mildewed clothing or something. My family loved everything about the condo. I would recommend this location to my friends and others. Great job Mrs. Connie!!!!
