Beautiful 3 Bed, 2 Bath home w/private pool in quiet neighborhood, pet friendly

Welcome to the Golden Pineapple... Generously appointed, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with bonus room/home office and private heated (optional) pool.

Located in a nice quiet North Port neighborhood, near i75 and Rte. 41 providing easy access to shopping, dining, great beaches, golf courses, parks and Warm Minerals Springs is a short drive away.

This three bedroom, two bath vacation home is situated on a very nice double corner lot (the yard is not fully fenced in). The home has an open floor plan, when you enter the home you are greeted with a comfortable seating area with views of the lanai. A few steps further takes you into the kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped for all of your cooking needs and open to the living area and breakfast nook. There is also a laundry room adjacent to the kitchen. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, with a walk-in closet and private master bath, with sunken walk-in shower and dual sinks. The primary bedroom also has sliders with access to the lanai/pool area. The first guest bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed and walk-in closet. The second guest bedroom is equipped with a full sized bed, double door closet and sliders to the garden area. The guest full bathroom contains a standard tub/shower combo and the home also has an attached 2 car garage for convenient parking and access to the home. The lanai/pool area is great for swimming, grilling, dining, lounging or just sipping your coffee outside in the morning.

The home is equipped with YouTubeTV which offers a premium subscription with over 100+ channels in the living area and master and guest bedrooms with high speed internet and WiFi is available throughout the home. The house is fully stocked with fresh linens and bath towels and there are also towels for the pool as well as umbrellas and chairs for the beach.

This home is pet friendly (no cats), and non-smoking with a max occupancy of 6 people. Please inquire about the option to have the pool heated during your stay.

Please note, our security system includes cameras that monitor the well & pool equipment and the exterior of the home only (for the safety of our guests). For your privacy, the pool area is not monitored.

We stayed at the Pineapple house for the month of January and had a wonderful experience. The home was very clean and comfortable, with a fantastic outdoor space—having a private pool in the lanai was a real highlight. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including an air fryer, blender, and crock pot, which made it easy to cook most of our meals at home. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we especially appreciated the separate office with a desk and second monitor, which was perfect for remote work. The living room had a large TV, and the internet was fast and reliable throughout our stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood where we enjoyed taking walks/runs and always felt safe. Overall, a great place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This house has everything you could possibly need! We even brought extra items for fear the house would not have it and it had everything we needed and more. We were close to family and just a short drive to the beaches! Our dog is very nervous and he felt very comfortable in the home and we could all spread out and relax for the holidays. Great Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean upon arriving and just a great house to spend our time in Florida. Kitchen was equipped very nicely and the pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. The supplies from toiletries, paper goods, to soaps were just another pleasant surprise. We have used VRBO dozens of times and especially in Florida , we always use renters reviews as a gauge , The 5 star reviews of Johns home are accurate . Clean , close to shopping and in a quiet neighborhood . Top shelf bedding , towels and lots of plates and glasses for inside and out . John is a 5 star host and if we ever decide to return to North Port if his home is available we would book again in a second ! You really could not ask for more .

We recently enjoyed a fantastic week at the Pineapple House. The house was spotlessly clean and well-stocked, making it easy for us to settle in and enjoy our time there. The Pineapple House lives up to it's five star reviews! We loved the layout, and decor of the home. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to prepare meals and have fun at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels). John was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to minor problems and questions. The neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic, I enjoyed walking my dog in the mornings. The lanai and pool were wonderful!

Perfect House

We have been coming to the area for over 7 years, staying in houses along the Tamiami Trail. North Port is central to a number of venues. Dealing with John was a breeze, and there were no problems at all. Unfortunately, the coolness of night did not lend to using the pool. The four of us with an average age of 75 used the lanai to play cards instead. Very nice neighborhood too. Thanks John.

It was fun to have the tropical lots to both sides and the front! Nice landscaping and privacy on 3 sides. Fourth side (back) had houses but a nice fence to separate them. (loud little neighbor girl at times. Was unfortunate).Pool delightful. It would have been nice to keep the pool light a little later, like until 10pm anyway. But we didn't request a change so owner may have accommodated. We did have the owner heat the pool for us. For a charge, but worth it!

Sunny and quiet gateway in Florida

We had a fantastic stay at John's Vrbo in Florida. Five Star Rating and Accurate Description

I had high confidence (and expectations) of this property based on all the previous 5 star ratings. The property was up to those expectations. The house was very clean. The master bed was very comforable. I liked the layout of the house. Makes it easy for spending time with family. The office was very useful and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and I appreciated that they provided dish soap and garbage bags and detergent. They also had chairs, umbrellas, and pool noodles in the garage you could use. The seating on the patio was ample and the two chairs outside the bedroom sliding door were really comfortable. The pool was the higlight and we enjoyed it a lot. The host does a great job of providing all the things you might need. The host provides lots of clear information and instructions and responda very quickly if you have a question. Staying here felt like home, I will very strongly consider returning.
