OCEANFRONT SLEEPS 8 - RESERVE SU ESTANCIA - TODAS LAS CUOTAS INCLUIDAS

Nuestro "Anclado ~ En tierra", la casa frente al mar tiene increíbles vistas de la línea de la costa de un extremo a otro. Nunca hacemos publicidad en craigslist.

Con este plano de planta de dos niveles, ofrecemos dos áreas de estar completamente separadas para que las parejas / amigos tengan su propio espacio privado. No hacemos publicidad en craigslist.

Nuestra planta alta ofrece magníficas vistas panorámicas desde el salón y la zona de la cubierta superior. El nivel superior alberga una cocina completamente equipada con todo lo que uno pueda necesitar. Tenemos dos habitaciones amplias y privadas que están bellamente decoradas, una con una cama king y la segunda habitación con una cama queen. Esta planta superior también cuenta con un baño completo y un área de ducha de gran tamaño.

Nuestro estudio de nivel inferior también tiene increíbles vistas al mar desde todas las áreas.
El estudio tiene una cocina completamente equipada, baño completo, cama queen y un colchón de aire queen. Este estudio nivel inferior también ofrece fácil acceso a la zona privada de la playa directamente en frente de la casa. Aquí puede disfrutar de su propia mesa de picnic, anillo de fuego y grandes y cómodas sillas de playa.

Además de todo eso, también tiene un patio interior con un área de descanso para una disfrutar, meditar o simplemente disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la fragancia del jardín. (nunca hacemos publicidad en craigslist)

Great house

Great location on the beach. Nice to have separate living quarters. Great property. The only down fall would be the very small TV's. The one in the bottom studio is way to small to even watch TV on. Other then that great house, amazing location.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!

We had a much needed relaxing and calming time here! The views are amazing, access to the beach is right out the back yard. Everything that is listed in the details is there, plus some. The downstairs apartment was perfect for our 19 year old son to have his own space but still be with the family. Tammy was wonderful and very responsive. We loved the area and the town. My boys and hubby spent hours in the water and playing in the sand, I spent hours watching the WHALES AND DOLPHINS. Yes, you can see whales and dolphins in the water playing and the deck on this house is the perfect vantage point. It was the 4th of July and we saw fireworks in many different directions!! The house is older, so you cannot expect perfection, but it is perfect for a getaway by the ocean! Thank you so much, Tammy. WE LOVED IT.

Old tired unkept property

We got a call from property manager when we were on our way to the property-was told there was an issue with the sliding glass door to get in to the house and they were not sure if they could get someone out to repair it. After getting to the house It was pretty evident the door had an issue for a long time. Fan and light didn’t work. I cut my lip on a wine glass when I took a sip and a piece of the glass broke off in my mouth-glass apparently had a crack on both sides-we were required to sweep when we left But it was obvious that the floors had not been cleaned before we got there— way over priced for what we paid

Best place to reset you mind, and clear out thoughts that way you down. The sound of the beach .

I personally got to clear my mind near the beach, reset my thoughts to be a better writer and performer. The place on the beach was very relaxing.

Charming Beachfront House

The neighborhood, beachfront backyard, and house were perfect for our family. We enjoyed playing at the beach, watching the beautiful sunsets, and loved the unique touches in the house like the stained glass windows, bookshelves, and artwork as well.

This house on the beach was more than expected..right on the beach walk out the house and your toes are in the sand and than a short walk to the ocean water..rules were easy to follow..thank you Tammy for making my fiance and girls happy on the birthday getaway.

Wonderful Place

A few friends and I rented this house for Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time! The location couldn’t be better and communication with the property owners was easy and consistent. We would highly recommend this house and would love to come back!

Excellent stay and location!

My fiancée and our close friends stayed from July 22-25, 2021. The location of this place was excellent for what we were doing, (visiting downtown, going to Steve’s ATVs). The alternate check in location for Steve’s was less than a mile from here and the main office .3 miles walking distance. Downtown was about a 5 minute drive. The place itself was beautiful, with patio decks on both top and bottom rooms. Both have a full kitchen although the bottom room has a much smaller stove than the top room does. I would recommend staying at the bottom room just because you have direct access to the beach. A few things to note for management, some of the cooking utensils were flimsy for cooking and we noticed some bugs (tiny roaches) crawling around at night. But other than that, everything was perfect. We will definitely come back again!

AMAZING VIEWS

The description and reviews of this property was spot in! The location was perfect and views were absolutely amazing. My husband, daughter and I stayed the weekend and the studio downstairs was a bonus which provided easy access to beach. We enjoyed a bonfire and watched the sunset and sunrise all weekend. Would recommend location for any small family or group.

Best Vacation rental in town

Right on beach , 2 floor , wide ocean front, clean, easy check in out. Near to market as well. Host provide everything we need . I highly recommend this vacation home. I planning again for 2nd trip to pismo .

Excellent location and host

The location of this property was amazing. Having the beach right at your doorstep, the sand dunes, and the ocean provided kids and adults of all ages plenty of fun and things to do. The property has a fire ring and a grill, and it was so great to have those. We enjoyed bbq and campfire and s'mores every night. There were a few minor things but Tammy was super responsive via text and we got things figured out right away. This was the family weekend getaway we all needed, and this property and location was perfect for it.

Open the door, you're on the beach!

We had a fantastic stay for 4 generations of family. Clean, easy to make ourselves at home, and the most fabulous location ever, literally step out the the door and you're on the sand, gorgeous sunset views and easy to get to. We will be back! And back! And back! Thank you for sharing your terrific house with us!
