We have stayed in this home several times and it is our go to place for vacation. It is clean, well maintained, and in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to my daughter and her family who only live about 2 miles away. We will continue to stay here during our summer vacations in the future if it is available!

A great clean place with two bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space and kitchen room. We loved using the fire pit for smores and the location near the beach. The hosts had great communication and an awesome welcome binder with a lot of local information.

We loved Woodland Retreat. It is in the perfect location. The fenced in back yard was perfect and private. The place was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

First of all, I want to say that our time spent there at the house was great. The only thing that I didn’t like was that I couldn’t close a blind or curtains we are older people and live in the woods and I don’t have neighbors, but there are neighbors and there’s traffic so if you wanna have a little romance, you better bring something to hang over the windows just saying

Home is older and not all windows are in working order. Water is very iron rich. Fenced backyard is amazing with fire pit and plenty of seating! Home is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, laundry, blankets, etc. Wifi works great. Air conditioner in the living room and box fan for cooling the bedrooms, not that you'll need the A/C much. Walking distance to Au Train beach, Northwoods Outpost, Da Yak Shak, and Au Train Grocery. 15 mins from Munising and 40 to Marquette. It was a great place to spend the week.

We stayed at this property Thursday - Monday. It was a perfect location. Big yard plenty of space to sleep and hang out. It was really nice that everything there was supplied in the kitchen and bathrooms 10/10 would stay again.

Location was great. Place was clean. Fortunately it was cooler the week we stayed otherwise there’s no way the AC unit in the wall would have been enough to even reach the bedrooms.

Wonderful stay!

10 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. Good fishing spots close by. Great to come home to after a day exploring the area! We’ll be back!

Three nights in the UP

The property was amazing and just as described, very convenient to lots of things to do. Weather was perfect, scenery is great. Fall colors just starting to settle in.
