This house was perfect! It had every we needed and was so close to a beach entrance we could go back and forth easily if we needed to. We enjoyed the restaurants that were in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again

Amazing Stay

This house was sheer perfection! It was cozy, incredibly clean, and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We immediately felt at home and loved our stay. It was the perfect size for myself, my husband, and three teenagers. It was the best vacation rental home we’ve had. We’ll definitely be returning!

Great house, great vacation

Communication for check in was great. House was welcoming, clean, and well stocked. Plenty of beach towels, and beach chairs to use. As a bonus there was a wagon to help transport all of our items for the 1 block to the beach. Plenty of shopping and food near by. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Beach Stay

Had a wonderful stay at Surf Perch. The house was well equipped with linens and had great living room seating. They had a new tent for the beach and the wagon was very handy to tow stuff. They had a few beach chairs, but I would have probably brought our own had we known the condition. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream couldn’t be beach. It really is a 4 min walk to the ocean and close for a drive to Bulter or Cresent Beach.

Beautifully Appointed

102 10th St. exceeded my expectations. It’s always a bit of a gamble booking online. Pictures can make even a ramshackle home look inviting. The opposite was true with 102 10th St. Everything is perfect: the furniture, amenities, and decor. The only amenity missing—and I find this missing from about 90 percent of accommodations—is a full-length mirror. (But hey, it’s the beach, so don’t fret over your outfit!) Our group of four was very comfortable with everything provided, even the couple of games. iTrip.net was attentive throughout the week, to the degree of helpfulness but not so much as to be bothersome. At one point, I inquired about extra trash bags. (It didn’t occur to me to bring extra, though it had occurred to me to do so with toilet paper, etc.) iTrip.net delivered additional bags that very day. That was an extra and unnecessary service, demonstrating their customer-centric model. I’ve never stayed in a VRBO that I would rent again, but I would stay at 102 10th St. again.

Surf Perch

This was a quaint house for our family while visiting for college graduation. The amenities were great and the area was even better! Close to restaurants, shops and of course the beach. Loved our stay there! Would highly recommend!

Great place for a special trip

We were in town for the wedding of family members who live in St. Aug Beach and we were looking forward to enjoying the island life. The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host’s communication was top-notch. Check-in was hassle-free and location was perfect. Walkable to everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Place!

February at the Surf Perch

The Surf Perch exceeded our expectations even prior to our arrival. Leading up to our trip, the communication was exceptional. Responses were fast, friendly & thorough - allowing us to properly prepare for our month long trip. The check in instructions were crystal clear & allowed us to arrive and enter the property with confidence and ease. Upon arrival at the Surf Perch the home was bright, spacious and clean. The “welcome kit” of daily essentials (soap, laundry pods, paper towel, garbage bags) was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the property is well stocked with all dining & cookware needed for home cooked meals - including a gas grill for family bbqs. The location is fantastic, walking distance to most, if not all, restaurants & cafes on St Augustine Beach. Directly across the street from the beach for quick access on those sunny days. Lastly, the free coupons & day passes to local businesses & attractions was an awesome perk that we took full advantage of. Allowing us to get acquainted with the best St Augustine has to offer. We can’t say enough good things about Surf Perch. Book & Stay with confidence!!!

Perfect Cozy Retreat

My husband and I took a weekend to visit Saint Augustine. We had never been and looked forward to exploring. The house was a very short walk to the beach and minimal drive to downtown and restaurants. The house itself was well decorated, very clean and the kitchen was supplied with all needed to cook at home.. Our last night pizza and a movie was enjoyed in cozy comfort. Will stay again!

Great place, great location

Check-in and communication was easy, property was clean, everything was as advertised. It was a short walk to a huge beach and a short drive to many other things. We would recommend Surf Perch.

Great place to stay near the beach

This is our first time in St Augustine beach! This place was a perfect location to walk to the beach and drive into town. We loved all the restaurants around us in walking distance too. High recommend. We will be back next October.

De superbes vacances!!!!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans une charmante maison très bien équipée. La localisation était parfaite, propreté irréprochable, hyper proche de la plage à pied et à une très courte distance de voiture du centre historique. Toute la famille a adoré! Beach time

A wonderful location with just a quick walk to the huge beach that was never packed with people!! Sunrises and sunsets on the beach were just steps away and were gorgeous! The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The tv needs instructions, tho, as it was somewhat difficult to figure out. Would definitely choose Surf Perch again!
