Spacious and remodeled, this oceanfront 3-bedroom townhouse is just a private walk away from the beach. It offers three bedroom and 3.5 baths. Two private decks give you beautiful views of the beach. The master bedroom is on the third floor and offers tons of privacy while the two other bedrooms are on the first floor. This townhouse sleeps 8. Master has a king bed with renovated master bathroom with walk in shower. The lower front bedroom has a queen and private bathroom and lower back bedroom has two double(full) beds with a hallway bathroom.
The second floor offers a family room with 55 inch TV and a dining table that seats eight. The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances to help stretch your budget. There is also a half-bath on this floor.
Brand new Pergo flooring on all three floors and steps. This townhouse also offers a one car garage.
The Seawinds complex offers two tennis courts, a pool and sauna, a gated front entrance and a private entrance to the beach.

We had an absolutely fabulous time! The property was incredibly clean, the views were amazing, and the owner was so responsive and kind (she even checked in on us knowing that Hurricane Erin was roughing up some of the waters along the East Coast). We could not believe how many beach/pool items were available for our use, and the kitchen was beyond fully stocked (even had a wine bottle stopper). We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to travel to St. Augustine!

Great for families. Each family group had their own room and bathroom!! The view of the sunrises and beach were breathtaking with multiple balconies. Beach short walk from condo and you can also drive on the beach with a 4x4 to take your stuff down. Kitchen very well stocked. All very clean and beds comfortable. Pool was nice too. Must not be afraid of stairs

Fantastic Ocean Front Condo!

The condo had spectacular views of the ocean and was exactly what our family was looking for for a beach vacation to St. Augustine Beach. The condo was clean and supplied everything we needed included some great beach chairs, toys etc. We will definitely be back!

This property was perfect for a couple and 2 singles. The unit was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was a joy to enjoy the beach from our balconies. The location was convenient to restaurants and a grocery store.

My parents were original owners at Seawinds. I started vacationing here when I was 18. Fast forward 40 years and I am still vacationing here! My family and kids loved going to our place in St Augustine growing up and now vacation there on their own. I bought this unit in 1992 and have recently renovated it. I try to visit as often as I can but it only happens a few times a year. I live in NJ full-time.
