RENTS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

This Beachhouse Rental is available for your family's vacation enjoyment. Location for this home is perfect for an active family. It is located 1 street off of the beach and is directly across from two Public Beach accesses and lifeguard stand. Stop N Shop is between you and the beach for a quick pick up of necessities such as ice, sun screen & anything else you need for a day in the sun (Grab drinks and made-to-order Boar's Head sandwiches!)

House has 3 Bedrooms (King, Queen & Bunk Beds) full bath with tub; large outside shower with hot/cold water, dressing area, light and mirrors; kitchen with dishwasher, microwave & ice maker; air conditioning; 55" flat screen television; cable; free high-speed WiFi; full sun deck with patio table & chairs.

There is a full-size washer and dryer; a park grill; and ample off-street parking. Just bring your linens (sheets and towels).

This is a fantastic location. In addition to the ocean, you can easily walk to shopping, restaurants, and local activities such as the Wright Brothers Monument where flight began. Your family will most certainly enjoy evening walks to Dairy Queen.

Saturday to Saturday rentals during high season.

Grab Your Bathing Suits and head on to the beach!!! Less than 200 steps to the Kill Devil Hills Bath House beach access!

This home was comfortable for our family of four, and we enjoyed the close proximity /walkability to the beach and some local restaurants/shopping. It was also very convenient for a short drive (without having to get on a main road) to Target for any forgotten supplies. The outdoor shower is so convenient after a day at the beach, that was a nice plus!

Cute beach house in perfect location!

This property is in an ideal location for Outer Banks-you can easily get to all of the major outer banks areas in 30 minutes or less. Also, it is in a great location for Kill Devil Hills-so many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Also, just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach! We really enjoyed the outside decks in the evening, the outdoor shower, and fully equipped kitchen.

Comfortable and convenient

This is a great little house! Proximity to ocean, quickie mart, and area attractions was ideal. On-site laundry and plenty of beach toys, along with a fully stocked kitchen made this a great place to visit with kids.

Location can’t be beat! You can not ask for a better location for the price. Two minute walk to the beach access with lifeguard stand and right behind stop n shop for everything you need for the beach. Linda was a very responsive host. The house is older which I found charming. Lots of “old Outer Banks vibes” along with new appliances and fixtures. Quiet street with restaurants a short walk away. We can’t wait to return!

Beach 2023

The property is great. The location is ideal as it is one block from the public beach access. Property has a fully stocked kitchen so you can prepare meals if you want to. Nice deck with a table so that you can enjoy your meals outside if you like. There is a great shower outside that is private so that you can shower right after the beach. Property has a washer and dryer. Also has outside clothes line for hanging up wet beach clothes and towels.

Fantastic beach house!

Fantastic little beach house! Owner is very communicative, and any issues (dryer was heating, but not spinning) were solved quickly. The house is in a great location: about half a block from a beach entrance with a lifeguard station, a quarter block to a convenience store, and about 2 blocks to a large beach shop. You can also pretty easily walk to the Wright Brothers Memorial and other shops if you don't mind crossing 158. We didn't cook much (only breakfast/lunch), but the kitchen is functional, and there's a grill on the downstairs patio. We had a great week here!

Cute and convenient!

Cute beach house! We loved that it was right across the street from the beach and the Stop & Shop. It was nice to be able to be close to the beach! Ms.Linda (the owner) was so nice! She got up before we did on my daughter's 7th birthday and got fresh duck donuts! Of course with SPRINKLES!! It was too cool! The house was everything we needed, and she even had a baby gate ready for the porch if we wanted to let the dog hang outside with us. The house was clean and comfy. The beds slept comfortable, the shower was good and hot, and the outside shower was great too! Everything was great!

Quick trip

Lovely little spot. With excellent kind communication from the host. Great location, I could walk to the beach to drink my coffee in the morning, and plenty to do in the area. The boys loved the big sun porch to set up their fishing gear. It had respectable mattresses compared to most rentals and a new refrigerator with an ice maker that works! I wish I had thoroughly read the description because no towels or washing machine was a bit of a shocker. But that is entirely on me. Still, I can’t wait to go back.

Quick walk to the beach!

My family and I stayed in the little pink and white house and had a lovely time. It reminded me of visiting an aunt on the shore—homey and quaint decor, comfortable, lived-in vibe and all the essentials a family needs for a relaxed getaway. Linda was responsive and made the whole process easy and stress-free! The beach was a quick walk away, and there are a ton of walkable restaurants and shops nearby. We’ll definitely come back to OBX!

Great spot, well maintained. Lots of beach chairs, a little collapsible cart that holds all your beach/fishing supplies. Roomy, nice new floors. Great beach decor too..
