Toes in the Sand est un chalet abordable, adapté aux animaux de compagnie, en famille. Cette maison offre aux clients une retraite idéale pour des vacances à la plage en famille ou un week-end sur l'île de Tybee. Plan d'étage ouvert de cette maison offre aux clients une grande chambre avec télévision à écran plat et un mobilier confortable. Il y a une salle à manger, avec une table pouvant accueillir 4. La cuisine est ouverte sur le salon et dispose d'une cuisinière / four, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes (mais pas de lave-vaisselle).

La première chambre d'hôtes est meublée avec un lit Queen. La deuxième chambre est meublée avec des lits superposés et un lit double. Les deux chambres ont une télévision. Il y a une salle de bain complète qui est partagée avec les deux chambres. Profitez de l’extérieur avec une cour spacieuse, un enclos pour chiens clôturé et une terrasse dotée d’un gril à gaz, idéale pour les repas en plein air.

Great beach trip!

This was our first time at Tybee and we had a great time. We loved Toes in the Sand! It is everything you need for your beach trip. Close to the beach and on the quieter side of Tybee. We would love to come again.

Loved the property. Loved that it was pet friendly even though we didn’t bring any or use it. Quick walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood .

Great place. We had 3 kids and a dog. 14,12,10 and 100lb goldendoodle. We live at the jersey shore and this place is great. Shower needs to be raised and drain needs to drain faster. We would return. Go to Geralds for bbq and Huck-a-poos for inexpensive food (nachos are banging)and craft beer.

No dishwasher, have to pre wash everything, unable to heat sanitize without a dishwasher Shower turn on is unbelievable. You have to wedge your fingers under the mechanism and pull hard forward for it to work Left door blind to deck was broken

Thank you for the feedback. Our office is open seven days a week and can handle maintenance issues that may arise during your stay. The kitchen is nicely equipped but does not have a dishwasher. We do provide some dishwashing soap to get you started! Hope you enjoyed all Tybee Island has to offer.

Needs love

This property is not very well stocked. It shows a fireplace in the photos and although that is not listed as an amenity when it is in the photo you expect that to be a functioning item which was very disappointing. The reclining sofa did not close properly on the left-hand side and there’s no dishwasher which was not listed but it’s expected for this price point. Also the listing says $20 for the pet fee when actually it is $20 per night per pet which is also very misleading

We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than perfect. Due to safety concerns, we do not allow fireplaces to be used in any of our homes. Worth every penny!

This house was in a central location only a few blocks from the beach and restaurants. The home was very clean upon arrival & just as pictured! They have a pet area downstairs which was convenient in those early morning and late nights. The property manager called to check on us during our stay. We had the best time at toes in the sand and can’t wait to return!

First Time on Tybee

We absolutely enjoyed out stay at this property. Our dogs go everywhere with us and finding this perfect pet friendly property made our trip even more special. The dog run was great! We loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings and in the evenings. It felt as if we were sitting up in a tree house! The house was perfect for our stay. It was a great location just a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay.

Perfect week

Toes in the Sand was the perfect size for our family of three. The location was only a few minutes walk to the beach and centrally located on the island. The house was clean and well stocked. We will definitely be back next year.

This place felt like home away from home! Incredibly clean cottage, short walk to the beach, quiet street, it was great. Excellent spot for an easy family bike ride to the lighthouse or the sunset!

Very convenient location, we really enjoyed the shaded deck. There are two swings under the deck that were a big hit for my neice! We slept 5 people very comfortably. Only suggestion would be to be make sure you don’t spray any water on concrete because when it’s wet it gets very slippery. Loved the decor and enjoyed reading about the owners. Great place to stay with or without your pets. We really appreciated the fenced section for our pup! Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Toes in the Sand! We also highly recommend Tybee Vacation Rentals! We stayed for six weeks, it’s perfect for long-term or short stay rental. It’s very tastefully decorated and there is a wonderful amount of smart storage. It is less than a quarter-mile to the beach. It’s mid island so a very easy walk/bike ride to the lighthouse area at North Beach or the pier area at South Beach. Reviews from years past mention a smell in the washer and an uncomfortable bed in the master bedroom. Those issues have been taken care of. The deck is large and gets a nice amount of sun, with a nice big, clean grill to cook on. It’s great to have a carport and the stairs to the cottage are covered. The outdoor shower is adjacent to the carport, has a seat and many hooks. It also has a long hose that can be used for rinsing bikes, beach chairs etc. It was very comfortable for four adults but might be tight for six. We highly recommend this cute beach cottage!!

April 2018 Stay

This was our fourth trip to Tybee but our first time staying in a house on the island. We had a great stay at Toes in the Sand. Its a very nice little house, perfect for our family of four with a quick little walk to the beach and convenient to grocery stores and the highway. The dog run was a nice addition but I wish it wasn't advertised as a "fenced in yard" since its about a 5x15 foot dog lot and we had been excited about not having to worry about the kids playing in the yard. Everything we needed as far as paper products and dishes were present though, which was nice. The only other minor complaint is the fact that the door was keyless entry which means you can't dead bolt or lock it from the inside which led to me chasing my 18 month old son (he's a little wild) down the back stairs of the house every single time I looked away, about 73 times in total. But overall we really enjoyed ourselves and were lucky to get to spend a week in this beautiful little home away from home.

our check in with TVR, seamless. The staff amazing. The location of Toes In The Sand, is great. My only issue with the home is there is an awful smell in the laundry room. which I think is from the copious amount of mold filling the seal on their front loader washer. may want to fix that.

What a WONDERFUL anniversary weekend! This was our first time staying on Tybee Island and we had an amazing time...from start to finish. The island was amazing, the weather was amazing, the restaurants were amazing, and best of all -- our house was amazing! We were able to bring our black lab, Lulu, and she had a blast! We felt so comfortable in our home away from home. Everything was GREAT. Also, Tybee Vacation Rentals was a wonderful company to work with...In fact, everyone on this island is great. We got two free days of bike rentals (thanks, Tim's Bike and Beach Gear)...and got a discounted extra night's stay in our rental home thanks to Tybee Vacation Rentals! What a FABULOUS week. Thank you, thank you!
