There is s free shuttle service of the resort that goes every hour from several points of the residencial area to the beach and restaurants, and also a scooter service payable with an app for your confort if needed.

NOTES:

*The Resort is divided in two sections.

One the Residential side (where the private houses are) and the other the Resort side (hotels and beach). Two sides are joined by a bridge, which makes the entire complex. You will enjoy the beach, sun beds and relax at the resort beautiful Kay Beach Club, ordering by their delicious menu without leaving the resort at all, and optionally you can purchase the all-inclusive package directly with the resort at the clubhouse with a special rate, for buffet breakfast, lunch, diner and special shows. Ask for rates at casa club.

* We Highly recommend renting a car at the airport, there is no UBER in Quintana Roo state, and Taxis are hard to find and very expensive in the area, we do recommendations at our website

* Groceries and cleaning supplies are not included. If you need something please let us know to help you in any posible way.

There is a broom, mop and bucket available in the laundry room, also towel pools.

There is a 7 Eleven store just outside the resort and supermarket nearby, we provide locations and recommendations at our website
