Villa Sirena, enjoys a unique location. As one of Akumal’s classic homes, it enjoys a prime location on the point of Half Moon Bay.


The never-ending ocean and sky, with so many shades of blue, create an infinite and awe-inspiring view that can keep you entranced for hours at a time. There is no better place to watch the clouds roll by than this.


It is is a private oceanfront villa. The floor plan includes a full kitchen, a comfortable common area with seating for large groups, and well-furnished exterior spaces.

ONE OF OUR FAVORITE AMENITIES IS THE INFINITY POOL. IT’S EASY TO LOSE TIME HERE, RELAXED AT THE EDGE OF THE POOL, GAZING OUT OVER THE OCEAN. WE OFTEN CATCH UP WITH OUR GUESTS GATHERED AROUND THE POOL DECK, RELAXED, TAKING IN THE BREEZE AND THE VIEW.

VILLA SIRENA IS A 4 BEDROOM VILLA. 3 BEDROOMS ARE IN THE MAIN HOUSE. THE FOURTH BEDROOM IS A LOCK OFF WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE.
-THE PRINCIPAL BEDROOM IS LOCATED ON THE UPPER LEVEL, IS FURNISHED WITH A KING BED AND HAS ITS OWN BATH.
-THE UPPER GUEST BEDROOM IS FURNISHED WITH TWO DOUBLE BEDS AND HAS ITS OWN BATH.
-THE MAIN LEVEL GUEST BEDROOM IS FURNISHED WITH ONE QUEEN AND ONE DOUBLE BED.
-THE FOURTH BEDROOM IS A LOCK OFF SPACE WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE. IT IS FURNISHED WITH A KING BED AND HAS ITS OWN BATH.
-IN TOTAL THE HOUSE WILL SLEEP UP TO 12 GUESTS.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been to Akumal many times but normally stay in a casita of one of the hotels. This time we rented Villa Sirena aka Casa Nah Hah thru Akumal Direct and it was awesome! Just the access to the concierge alone makes it worth it! Plus the house is so beautiful, had the best view, snorkeling right in our backyard with sting rays, squid, turtles and so many fish! Highly recommend booking thru Akumal Direct, and if you’re looking for a house this one is a great choice. And the house manager Scott is so responsive & helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location at Punta Akumal was superior, with great waterfront views, water access, and reef snorkeling nearby, which was the main attraction for us. We walked to Yal-ku lagoon, Akumal Dive Shop, and shops/restaurants. The kids enjoyed the private pool daily. The concierge service was very convenient, setting us up with transportation and paddleboard rentals. Drinking water was provided, and they even left our kids a pinata for New Years Eve festivities! The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning up the place daily, and Alma fixed us two epic meals. The a/c was available in the bedrooms for the nights, but personally we preferred to keep the windows open and enjoy the nightly sea breezes. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to adventure to Akumal with a big party.

Scott was super helpful and quick to respond. We had zero issues with the property and loved our stay there. We spent a few days just hanging out at the house—the setting alone is worth the stay. We snorkeled in our little cove and walked north to the other cove for snorkeling there too. The neighborhood felt very safe. We walked to the little store and even down to the turtle cove. Akumal is a quiet little town with some great food and not many tourists. We would definitely return to this property.

Great Location and home

We enjoyed the home…beautiful and right in the water to see both sunrise and sunset. The home has aged a bit and there were a few small maintenance issues. The cleaning/cooking staff was great and kept everything in order. We experienced excellent meals at all of the local restaurants.

Alma is great and cooked for us. Scott was my contact and was amazing! He responded to all my texts and calls extremely fast and arranged excursions and taxis. He even had an issue with the AC in one of the bedrooms and had people come to fix the repair right away. Things to know:Rent a golf cart, will save on mutiple taxi's Main house has no AC, does get kind of hot during the day but always has a nice breeze from the oceanHave groceries delivered or stop in Playa Del Carmen as they have lots more options.

We loved the location in Akumal. Helpful to rent golf carts to drive to nearby restaurants (but also walkable if you prefer). House cleaner (and cook if you want) was great, as was the yard/pool maintenance person. Akumal rental agency and their concierge very helpful with planning your stay and nearby excursions if you want. Roughly 1.5 hours from the airport, but well worth it if you are looking for a smaller place to stay. We would rent again.

An absolute dream come true vacation spot!

Such a special home located on the north point of Half Moon Bay. Loved having a private pool with our own private walkway to the bay for some of the best snorkeling in the area! The house felt very secluded compared to others that are located on the main road through Akumal. Golf carts came in very handy and were easy to arrange through Scott our concierge. The house was well appointed with everything that we needed. We appreciated the newly remodeled kitchen with freshwater on the sink as well as the refrigerator. That was an absolute plus. The daily housekeeping was a dream and having Alma prepare an authentic Mexican meal was also a treat. I highly recommend that it’s added to your vacation plan. It was probably the best meal we had our entire trip. We really appreciated the management team helping to arrange for grocery delivery service prior to our arrival. It took a lot of hassle out of Initial shopping and got our vacation underway much quicker. We can’t say enough good things about this spot or the service that we received. Scott and Alex were both so helpful whenever we had a question or a need. We’ve stayed in some very cool places all along the Maya Riviera and this place is probably our new favorite!

Not sure whose job it is but the Iguana waste could use daily attention. There was a pile on the pool deck when we arrived and stayed for the duration of our trip and there was more each day. I’m not sure what the duties were but all we saw was skimming the pool and some walking around of the property. Room for improvement on the exterior/maintenance/pool services.

Nah-Hah house was nice and in a perfect location for our group.

Beautiful views of the Ocean in a quaint little Mexican Village. The location of Nah Hah house was probably the best in Akumul, it sits out on a point which affords views of the ocean and back into town with great snorkeling directly off the back of the house. The only issue we had with the property was the common area of the house including the kitchen was not air conditioned. During the afternoon that part of the house was terribly hot. We were there from May 30-June 5 outside temp of 90-95f. Breeze was nice passing through the open windows and doors but still HOT. Bedrooms were very nice and Comfortable with mini-split Ac units in each. The Housekeeper and Gardener Alma and Sergio were such nice people, both went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and nice. Overall, we had a great experience and a great vacation in akumul.

I highly recommend renting a golf cart. It was super helpful to get around. The house itself was great for my group. It is an oceanfront home, not a beachfront, so there is a rocky path to get to the ocean, but given it is seaweed season and we're not many beach fans, this was perfectly fine with us. Having the pool look out into the ocean was GREAT! The home itself has so much character, and we loved it! Loved Alma, the chef!!! We got an arrival dinner and next day breakfast with her, I highly recommend it! The only thing I wished the house had is an AC in the living room area, but given how close we are to the ocean, the breeze helped keep the house cool. I will definitely book with this company again! BIG Thank you to their concierge team and Scott, the property manager, for their kindness and advice and for answering all my questions with so much patience! Highly appreciate it!

Beautiful views

You can see the ocean from every location in the house. The windows open up nicely to allow the ocean breeze to flow through. The upstairs balcony was wonderful at night. The staff is very friendly and keep the house very tidy. Alma cooked dinner for us one evening. We had been out for a sunset sail and came home to a deliciously prepared dinner. One thing to note about the house layout. The king bedroom downstairs has an exterior entrance. There is a foot path from the back patio to the bedroom. There is no interior connecting door. It is perfect for a couple who would like privacy from the group. We did not rent a car this trip, but found a golf cart was helpful for getting around Akumal. There are three restaurants within an easy walk. We enjoy La Bueno Vida in the evening. And loved jungle Juice for a morning smoothie, very healthy ingredients. Snorkeling right from the house is amazing. It was our daily activity. The first two days of our week were perfect, calm seas and super clear visibility. The coral is stunning. Lots of varieties of sea life. The ocean became very rough midweek and it was not safe for those who are not strong swimmers. Also the clarity was clouded up. We walked over to Yal-Ku and paid the $20 entrance fee to get out and swim in the calm waters. We had a wonderful stay, and will return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is incredible. The pool is out on the point with no obstructions, giving you views in every direction. You can see the ocean from every location in the house. The windows open up nicely to allow the ocean breeze to flow through. The upstairs balcony was wonderful at night. The staff is very friendly and keep the house very tidy. Alma cooked dinner for us one evening. We had been out for a sunset sail and came home to a deliciously prepared dinner. One thing to note about the house layout. The king bedroom downstairs has an exterior entrance. There is a foot path from the back patio to the bedroom. There is no interior connecting door. It is perfect for a couple who would like privacy from the group. We did not rent a car this trip, but found a golf cart was helpful for getting around Akumal. There are three restaurants within an easy walk. We enjoy La Bueno Vida in the evening. And loved jungle Juice for a morning smoothie, very healthy ingredients. Snorkeling right from the house is amazing. It was our daily activity. The first two days of our week were perfect, calm seas and super clear visibility. The coral is stunning. Lots of varieties of sea life. The ocean became very rough midweek and it was not safe for those who are not strong swimmers. Also the clarity was clouded up. We walked over to Yal-Ku and paid the $20 entrance fee to get out and swim in the calm waters. We had a wonderful stay, and will return.
