Teaberry es una suite principal de entrada privada de 1.100 pies cuadrados conectada a una casa de mediados de siglo de un solo piso en un lote arbolado de 2 acres con vista al norte de la Bahía de San Francisco en Tiburon, CA. Presentado en Dwell (septiembre de 2018) con un baño tipo spa que ganó un premio de diseño en Architectural Record (octubre de 2018), la adición de 1.100 pies cuadrados es un refugio sereno y moderno inmerso en la naturaleza. Con impresionantes vistas del océano a través del país vinícola de Napa y Sonoma desde todas las habitaciones, la adición privada incluye un puente, porche, dormitorio y baño que consta de bañera de hidromasaje y una gran ducha con doble cabezal de ducha. Ubicado a 5 minutos en automóvil al norte del centro de Tiburón, puede tomar el ferry Tiburón a San Francisco, Sausalito y Angel Island. El puente Golden Gate está a 20 minutos. Even More Jaw-Dropping in Person!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Chris + Laura’s fantastic home. The view alone is worth it, but then add in the incredible architecture and design. I even saw a few deer out the window one morning, so you know you’re actually in nature. Only suggestion, try to arrive with some daylight, it gets dark up there and will be easier to navigate your first time with some light. I arrived a little later than I had hoped and it took me a minute to figure out parking, etc. It’s definitely a place not to be missed.

Luxurious Spa Retreat with Stunning Ocean View!

This property is a space not only beautiful, but awe-inspiring. It magically combines the aesthetics of an architectural masterpiece with ample, luxurious comfort. You can actually look and touch! Laura & Chris spared no expense when they created this sensuous, spa-like retreat nestled in the hills of the Tiburon Peninsula. Every square foot is dripping with plush amenities, from the heated floors to the cozy fireplace; from the rainfall shower heads to the massaging bathtub, and a cloud-like king size bed that comes equipped with a panoramic ocean view that warmly greets you in the morning. We were absolutely spoiled . . . and absolutely well rested before the end of our stay! The photos of the property that Laura & Chris have posted are amazing, and accurate (they were even published in a well known magazine recognizing the award-winning property), and yet, despite their best efforts, the photos simply fall short when compared to the visual nirvana that awaits soon-to-be-guests as they first step foot on the property . . . the place really is that breathtakingly spectacular. Laura & Chris are great hosts and wonderful people. We cannot wait until our next stay!

Amazing stay

This place was a wonderful place to spend a couple of days and relax. Sublime view, and easy access to the city for day trips or restaurants in Tiburon. Highly recommended for anyone looking to sample the excellent restaurants in the area (rather than cook food in a kitchen). A small fridge is supplied for convenience. The owner gave us a tour when we arrived (which was a first for me). We had a splendid stay.

My husband and I enjoyed your stay at this beautiful property. I felt like we were staying at a luxury spa. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The bathtub and shower were amazing. Pretty ocean views and architecture

I booked this property for a couple nights and a non commercial photoshoot. I think the views are amazing and modern architecture lovers will really appreciate the property. It also looks beautiful from every angle. Besides the morning fog horns from the Bay and an accidental smoke alarm being set off, it’s very quiet and zen and feels like a retreat. I would note that the location is not super close to restaurants and food delivery took a long time to arrive due to the location (45 mins to 1 hour). As a result I found myself wishing for a more full fledged kitchen (dish soap, microwave, larger trash bins, etc). Overall I am still happy I booked this property for the views and architecture.

Peaceful and Beautiful Retreat

Modern Romantic Getaway Nestled on the Hillside!

My partner surprised me with a weekend stay in this unbelievable (actually award-winning) home nestled high on a hillside in Tiburon. We can't say enough positive things about this home or our hosts, Laura, Chris, and Bella. The attention to detail, from the delicious locally made snacks to the clean lines and thoughtful design of this modern abode, leave absolutely nothing to be desired. The massaging bathtub next to the stone fireplace was a magical way to end the day after a long hike on the nearby Dipsea Trail. Even though it was a short drive, we felt like we were a world away from the city. We can't wait to visit again!

This property exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect. You are a world away but close to it all! The beauty of the space is amazing, relaxing and inspiring. Chris and Laura and of course adorable Bella (the beautiful puppy) made us feel welcome and were very accommodating and easy to reach. The down town area is quaint and relaxing, we took the ferry to Angle Island and also a trip to Muir woods and wine country.....only 30min away. I wish we could have stayed longer and would not hesitate to rent this space again in the future.
