Esta casa ofrece algunas de las mejores vistas al mar en la costa. Toda la casa ha sido renovado desde el suelo hasta el techo. Lovely home with a great view of the ocean. Access to the beach was less than a block away. Easy access to the redwood parks. The host was informative and friendly. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Just as advertised. What a beautiful view. And such a well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Lovely living room. Steps from the beach. Crescent City has enough restaurants and a grocery store, making it a great home base for exploring the Redwoods.

Pretty much just ss adverrtised and a nive spot to explore from. The back steps could use some improvement with a handrail but overall a great place.

Enchanting Seaside Home

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely seaside home. The scenery from the living room was enchanting. We had everything we needed. Our host was immediately responsive. Check in and check out was a breeze. Our host provided many recommendations for the area, many of which we didn’t even know about before planning our trip. Whether you are just traveling through on Highway 101 or staying for Redwood adventures, we highly recommend you stay here..

Excellent location & views

Overall was a great stay. Communication with the hosts was excellent in advance of and during the stay. The house had all the basics we needed in the kitchen and bath. The view from the sitting room was exactly as the picture depicted. A restorative way to start and end the day. Location was perfect, close to Redwoods National & State Parks and an easy walk to the beach.

Wonderful Vacation Home

My wife and I stayed in this house while we eloped in the Redwoods. This has to be the best place to stay in all of Crescent City with the most amazing host. It is spacious, clean, in the quietest part of the neighborhood, very safe as it is just down the street from a police station, the host responds to questions super quick, very close to Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park, and best of all has an amazing view!!! If Crescent City is your destination, you won’t regret staying here.

Nice quiet vacation home

Beautiful view, very clean and well maintained property, easy access to beach and lighthouse. Wonderful morning view of fog rolling off the ocean and crashing waves. Dining options in town are disappointing - best if you come prepared to cook in the well appointed kitchen! Grocery store in town is close by, a bit pricey and limited but you can still get the family fed. Very short drive to numerous scenic beaches and redwood forest experiences. Overall a wonderful get away.

Beautiful and close to everything

The house was beautiful, well stocked and felt like home. Beds were very comfortable and the view and location were amazing. We enjoyed the beach, just steps away, and with just a few minutes drive we were in Jedidiah Smith walking in the redwoods and enjoying the crystal clear waters of Smith River. Highly Recommend!!

Highly recommend!

This charming cottage was absolutely perfect! Excellent views, everything you need was provided, and it was spacious with comfortable beds. The owners even provide binoculars for sea watching, and colored pencils and paper for drawing. I could add much more but check it out for yourself. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was very nice. Everything you could ask for was provided - condiments, paper towels, books, games, even diapers! And the view was spectacular!! We could sit in the living room, have a cup of coffee and see the ocean and the light house. Fantastic!

Awesome!

Our stay here was incredible! The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed. It was so convenient to walk down to the beach. The best part is the view - we loved looking out at the ocean while we drank coffee in the mornings and watching the fog roll in in the afternoon.

Terrific house and location

The ocean views from this house are incredible: you can watch the waves rolling in for hours. And the house is very clean and comfortable with many updated features and everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was a perfect base camp for a Redwoods-oriented vacation. We would stay here again if we’re back in Crescent City.

Comfy cozy!

Beautiful view of lighthouse! Great location only one house from the beach. House was comfy cozy even when the power went out for a few hours in the evening. The only downside to this home is the neighbors messy yard that you have to look at. Other than that it was perfect!

Close Beach and Easy Redwood forest access

My husband and our two kids (12 & 14), stayed at Phil and Nicole’s place for three days after Christmas. It was the perfect size and even though CA was experiencing King waves, we could enjoy them from the sitting room. Nicole and Phil were great communicators, and have a very well stocked kitchen. We cooked everyday, and had all the amenities we needed. If we ever head back to Northern California, we would definitely stay there again!

The house was passed down to the family from Phil’s Grandparents who were long term residents of Crescent City. Growing up our family spent most summers at the house with many great memories enjoying barbecues at the beach and taking advantage of the nearby smith river and many beautiful redwood forest hiking trails.

This house sits on a bluff with phenomenal views of the coastline and the Battery Point Lighthouse. The house is only ten short yards from public beach access and offers many opportunities for spontaneous trips to the beach.
